The dominant thread that ties my past, present and future together is a dedication to maximizing my
opportunities so I may contribute significantly within and beyond my sphere of influence. My ability
to recognize necessity and innovatively provide practical solutions enabled me to excel in many
endeavors. Early in my undergraduate program at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Nigeria,
I recognized the poor conditions of our learning environment. The lecture room was insufficiently
ventilated and barely accommodated the students, which made lectures uncomfortable because of
congestion, heat and high humidity. Additionally, the insufficient supply of laboratory chemicals to
perform experiments made many students cluster together in the lab to make use of the few available
resources. I took on an executive position in my departmental students association in an effort to
address these issues. My colleagues and I forwarded a petition on behalf of 300 undergraduate
students to the departmental administration for the much needed overhauls. We also approached our

The Next Three Years Performance
In the research, the next three years performance is estimated by different stage. Generally speaking,
the first stage will be only the next year 2016, which is basic on the average historical performance.
The second stage will be 2017 and 2018, the growth is assumed to keep about 9.6 % per year. In
addition, all the figures in this part are calculated by Danish Kroner.
Basic on the last five years income statement, sales in Novo Nordisk will increase from DKK 107927
million in 2015 to DKK 134004 million in 2018. However, the operating profit might decrease from
2015 and the operating margin will also decrease relatively. On the other hand, the net income and net
margin will rise to DKK 46900 million during the future three years. This is because the operating
cost in Novo Nordisk will has an unusual increase in the future, which should be concerned.
As the graph shows, the finance situation presented a fluctuated change during the past five years. It
may has a stable growth from DKK 9933 million in 2016 to DKK 14928 million in 2018. Debt in this
graph is assumed only long term debt that is zero, which is the reason why the leverage is zero during
the past five years.
According to the disclosure of Novo Nordisk balance sheet, the book value per share has an improving

There are many issues discussed when it comes to education including testing, school accountability,
teacher proficiency, and much more. There are many initiatives, programs, and reforms being
implemented to try to improve education outcomes for students. While the school, administration, and
teachers are an important part of student education, there is also another vital item needed to
encourage and ensure student learning: parent or family involvement in their child s education.
There are countless positive associations between parent and family engagement and student academic
confidence and success. Many organizations, including the National Parent Teacher Alliance (PTA)
and Parents for Public Schools (PPS), work to encourage parents and families take on an active role in
supporting and reinforcing their child s education. The PTA website gives many parent guides to
support and direct engagement. Their guide Making Sure Your Child Gets the Education They
Deserve advises parents to have high expectations of school buildings and equipment as well as
initiate and maintain strong contact with their child s teacher (pta.org). The PPS websites gives similar
advice to parents and families stating, School success takes great leadership, effective teachers and
engaged parents. We believe that parents are an essential education partner from the moment their
children are born (2017).

Media reportings are constantly telling us about shark sightings, and when an attack does happen
either blowing it out of proportions or not telling the full story on how the human could have been at

that rose up after the first world war. Though at first the United States prospered after the war, they
soon fell into the Great Depression. To some Americans, the government s attempts to alleviate their

controlling body that needed reform. One poem written in 1939 showcases this opinion through a
