2. SISTEMA CARDIACO
El sistema cardiovascular,
también conocido como
sistema circulatorio, es
esencial para el
funcionamiento del cuerpo
humano. Está compuesto por
el corazón, los vasos
sanguíneos (arterias,
capilares, venas) y la sangre
que circula por ellos
3. El corazón es una estructura
cónica relativamente pequeña,
de tamaño casi igual a la de
un puño de una persona unos
12 cm de longitud, 9 cm de
anchura y 6 cm de grosor, su
masa promedia de 200 y 13
gramos en adultos.
ESTRUCTURA
4. Su función es distribuir sangre y otros
nutrientes a todos los órganos y
tejidos del cuerpo.
Los pequeños vasos sanguíneos
llamados capilares facilitan el
intercambio de oxígeno y nutrientes
entre la sangre y las células del
cuerpo. El dióxido de carbono y otros
productos de desecho, que son
expulsados de tu cuerpo, también son
intercambiados a través de tus
capilares.
FUNCIÓN
5. ETAPA DE FORMACION DEL SISTEMA CARDIACO
DURANTE EL EMBARAZO
Durante el desarrollo intrauterino, la
morfogénesis cardíaca ocurre
entre la tercera y sexta semana.
El sistema cardiovascular es el
primero en alcanzar una
madurez funcional durante el
desarrollo embrionario,
evolucionando a partir de la
lámina esplácnica del
mesodermo lateral y recibiendo
una contribución importante de
células de las crestas neurales y
una considerable inducción del
endodermo en sus etapas
iniciales.
7. MALFORMACIONES GENETICA
Los defectos cardíacos congénitos son
problemas con la estructura del
corazón. "Congénito" significa que
los problemas están presentes al
nacer.
Los tipos más comunes son:
o Defectos septales
o Defectos de las válvulas cardíacas
o Defectos en los grandes vasos
sanguíneos
