would like to see equal marriage rights for Australian same sex couples. I created and conducted

INTRODUCTION Kasia was and still is my best friend growing up. We had gone on several
vacations together with each other s families. Then there was one vacation that I went with her
on right before our senior year of high school. Her family has a passion for flying, they have
three planes now and Kasia had planned on becoming a commercial pilot. Because of their
passion for flying they go to Oshkosh, Wisconsin every summer for the EAA AirVenture, which
is a big flight convention outdoors. I went with them one year and I started to notice some things
with Kasia. I noticed that she was constantly going to the bathroom and with every glass of
water I had she would have had three. I pointed this out to her and told her that she should go see
a doctor. I did not know what was wrong with her I just knew there was something wrong with her.

I wanted to write about something that was meaningful, and I found it! Truthfully, it read a little
unclear the first time. The poem allowed me to place my own thoughts into its setting, thoughts

Peirce offers insight on the roles and requirements of a presidential elector. The book includes a
quote by Senator Benton in eighteen twenty six which reads, the elector, may give or sell his vote
to the adverse candidate, in violation of all the pledges that have been taken of him. The crime is
easily committed, for he votes by ballot; detection is difficult, because he does not sign it;
prevention is impossible, for he cannot be coerced; the injury irreparable, for the vote cannot be
vacated; legal punishment is unknown and would be inadequate... That these mischiefs have not
yet happened, is no answer to an objection that they may happen. As Senator Benton explained,
electors are often bound by pledges, although it wouldn t be unusual for a political figure to break a
verbal promise. Since eighteen twenty six, state laws have been put in place to attempt to limit the
independence of each presidential elector, which requires the electors to vote for their pledged
candidate. Though some punishments for breaking the law are strict including large fines and in
some states even considered a felony, this law is only observed in twenty seven states, leaving
electors in twenty three states and the District of Columbia without punishment for voting against

Anthropology Field Expedition
Everyone gathered on the campus grounds waiting on the bus to take us on our very first
archaeological field expedition. I ll be the first to admit I m something of a loner, my only
contacts with my fellow classmates was the occasional salutation of Good Moring when
entering a classroom but only if someone beat me to the room. Normally I m the first person
there because I like sitting at the back of the classroom and those are normally the first seats to
go. Imagine our surprise when we found out that we wouldn t be staying at a lodge. We would be
out in the wilderness, using flimsy old cloth tents. We were told to sign a waiver, should any freak
accident occur on the trip the university would not be liable.
We would be treated like adults, we could do whatever we like during our spare time. Very few
tents so the eighteen of us would have to share and it would be three to a tent. Only our professor
got his own tent. My class had only two guys in it and the girls were very clingy and cliquish. As
a transfer student I knew no one, didn t have the familiarity the others did of knowing each other
and growing up in the same neighborhood. As the antisocial one I ended with the two guys. I
could tell the guys knew each other before coming on the trip because they had that brotherly
love, all jokes and comradery. At first I was freaked out about having to share a tent with guys I
barely knew but the outgoing nature of the two made me feel comfortable and not excluded. We
