is to date the worst structural engineering failure. The failure caused significant losses

machinery, and the building was entirely destroyed as well. The report also
demonstrates that the collapse of Rana Plaza was due to primary causes of

At about 9 o clock in the morning on the 24th day of April 2013, Rana Plaza, an

Reflective Reflection
For the last six weeks in both mental and acute setting, I have reflected on events
that I had met in each week. Now, I am going to identify essential personal learning
outcomes from those events and will include personal awareness of strengths and
weaknesses. Among the different models of reflection, I will use the Gibbs model of

In Littleton, Colorado, April 20, 1999, Dylan Klebold and Eric Harris killed
thirteen people and wounded more than 20 people at Columbine High School
(History.com 1). This act of violence affected many people directly. The families,
friends, classmates, and school faculty were directly affected by it because they
personally knew the victims and the shooters. This massacre is still an important
event to remember to this day. Many people can learn from what happened and the
causes for this act. Schools in the United States have also been greatly affected by
