Analysis Of The Movie Selma
It isn t uncommon for historical events to be made into movies. It also isn t completely unheard of
for the events in a movie to be misrepresented either. On 7 January 2015, Selma director Ava
DuVernay tweeted I think everyone sees history through their own lens. This is what I see. That
should be valid. I m not going to argue history, in response to the controversy surrounding the
movie. The movie Selma , however, is historically accurate because President Johnson s priority in
1965 was anti poverty as shown in the movie, and it accurately depicts what it was like for African
Americans for votes. The movie Selma accurately represents President Johnson. In the movie,
Johnson is shown as reluctant to pass a Voting Rights act, instead

Marriage Proposals In Pride And Prejudice By Jane Austen
In Jane Austen s novel Pride and Prejudice , her character Elizabeth Bennet refuses marriage
proposals because she secretly believes that materialism and ignorance are the cause of lost love and
unhappiness.
In Pride and Prejudice , Elizabeth uses the example of marriages, like her parents or the Collins ,
to prove that marrying simply to have a man for security isn t the right reason. In chapter 42 of the
novel Austen writes Respect, esteem, and confidence had vanished for ever; and all his views of
domestic happiness were overthrown. in order to express that her character notices her parents
regret in marrying each other because her mother married for money and her father married for
beauty. She continuously thinks that she would marry ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Darcy s first proposal because she felt that marrying a man simply because he said he loved her
yet he has insulted her many times upon first meeting each other and was rude to her sister may
end up equalling that her future will feel miserable and detained. In chapter 34 Austen writes,
From the very beginning from the first moment, I may almost say of my acquaintance with you,
your manners, impressing me with the fullest belief of your arrogance, your conceit, and your
selfish disdain of the feelings of others, were such as to form the groundwork of disapprobation
on which succeeding events have built so immovable a dislike; and I had not known you a
month before I felt that you were the last man in the world whom I could ever be prevailed on to
marry. in order to demonstrate how his rudeness towards her and others prevents her from
accepting his feelings and even considering her own. She believes that a man as rude as him could
never create happiness and truly love a person like she wants in her own marriage. Gao also wrote,
However, Elizabeth still rejects his proposal at the first time because she didn t fall in love with
him. And she even dislikes him because of his pride. Elizabeth does not want to marry a man

Food Desert Case Study
For every problem, there always be a solution. Even though this problem is already in a dire state,
we believe that the problem can be solved step by step. We outlined several solutions that we
consider effective in removing the problem.
Incentivize Retailers
The major problem in food deserts is the access to a healthier and nutritious foods. To simply
resolve this, we just need to enable the access for the people. One way to accomplish this is by
encourage retailers to open a shop at this food deserts area. By enabling more access to a
supermarket or retail stores, we can greatly reduce this problem. It is even mentioned in The
Columbus Dispatch newspaper where in one of the interview with the locals, they mentioned that
the establishment of a supermarket within a walking distance is an option that the residence see as
a new option rather than driving miles away just to get the groceries done.
The incentive should also balance out the risk that the retailers are taking. We know very well that
opening up a new market requires a lot of funding even more for those that just starting. For
example, we can arrange for a share cost on the building that will be used for the opening of the
new supermarket.
Addition of Bus Route ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
In addition to the availability of the supermarket, many local residents depends on public transport
to gain access to the market. A statistic obtained from The Columbus Dispatch shows that
nationwide, 2.3 million households live more than a mile from a supermarket and have no car
access and an additional 3.4 million households live within half mile and have no car access. This
statistic shows that many households does not have car accessibility to a supermarket, thus they
heavily relied on public transportation. If more bus routes available in the food deserts area, these
will help the resident to gain access to supermarket with

Hills Like White Elephants
Hills Like White Elephants is a story written by, Ernest Hemingway. In the story, Hemingway
uses symbols to show the reader certain things that one could encounter during their daily life.
Symbolism is the use of symbols to signify ideas and qualities, by giving them symbolic
meanings that are different from their literal sense. The use of symbols in Hills Like White
Elephants is very important to the meaning of the story. The symbols in the story are white
elephants, the train and the hills. An important symbol in the story Hills Like White Elephants is
white elephants. A white elephant symbolizes something that no one wants. At a white elephant
party you decide whether or not you want to keep the gift. Jig has to decide whether she wants
to keep the baby or not. Jig says, I know. But if I do it, then it will be nice again if I say things are
like white elephants, and you ll like it? (Hemingway). The girl purposely asks the man if aborting

Hemingway shows their relationship and life together as they wait for the train. Trains symbolize
journey and destiny. The train represents the couples journey. The choice to be made and the
problems that will eventually come are a symbol of the train. The man says, That the train is

Essay on Intrinsic motivation
Intrinsic motivation
Young children are compelled to learn because of their natural curiosity in life. Older children seem
to need a push in the direction to learn. This describes the two types of motivation. Intrinsic
motivation describes the young child. It is motivation from within and the desire someone feels to
complete a task, including natural curiosity. Intrinsic motivation is anything we do to motivate
ourselves without rewards from an outside source. In relation to learning, one is compelled to learn
by a motive to understand, originating from their own curiosity (Rehmke Ribary, 2003 p.intrinsic).
There are different things a teacher can do to trigger this type of motivation in students. Some

Maslow s Hierarchy of Needs
At the basis of motivation there are many factors that may not been seen right away. One must
take a look at physiological reasons for motivation. How do we get students to their fullest
potential? Abraham Maslow introduced the concept of self actualization. This is the idea that
we use our abilities to our fullest potential. If we can convince our students that they are capable
of fulfilling their goals then they are on their way to self efficacy. (Elliot, 2000 p.335). Self
actualization is the highest goal to reach in motivation. It is placed at the top of Maslow s
pyramid called the hierarchy of needs. This pyramid includes five needs that must be met before
self actualization can develop. The idea of Maslow s hierarchy of needs is that if basic needs are
not met, motivation cannot occur. The first need is physiological needs. These are things such as
hunger and sleep. If these needs are not met, a student s motivation is dominantly focused on these
things. The next need up on the pyramid is safety needs. These needs

It is believed that Buddhism spread to China through the Silk Road. When the Silk Road opened in
the 2nd century BC, missionaries and pilgrims spread Buddhism to China. Chang Ch ien was
recorded to first bring Buddhism to China when he heard about India and Buddhist beliefs on his
way back to China. In about the 1st century BC, a Buddhist community is said to have been living

Mingdi, had a dream about Buddha in 68 CE and sent Cai Yin, his official to learn more about it.

Starting in 468 BCE during the Zhou dynasty, the Grand Canal took about 6 million peasants about
a millennium to build. The construction of this canal finally finished in 610 CE under Emperor
Yangdi of the Sui dynasty. Changing China s staple from millet and wheat to rice was the main
reason of the building of the canal, but it also helped Chinese economy by connecting the more
productive southern China to the capitals in northern china. It increased interdependence between
the north and the south. One section of the Grand Canal was also intended to supply Chinese
armies which led to better defense and administration in China. Also, in building the canal, officials
were required to work together, so the Grand Canal brought better authority and unity to political
officials. The downside of this canal, though, was the number of peasants killed in constructing it.
Over half of the 6 million peasants employed to build the canal died in building it, which was a
reason the Sui dynasty fell. The great Grand Canal set the foundation for the great Tang dynasty.

A Formal Analysis Of Death Mask Based On Gold Death Mask...
A Formal Analysis of Death Mask Based on Gold Death Mask from Mycenae, Grave Circle A,
Shaft Grave IV circa 1550 BC
The Greek Exhibition section of The Royal Ontario Museum houses this replica, one made by an
unknown artist, of an original, gold funeral mask said to be a depiction of the face of the
Mycenaean King, Agamemnon. Known widely as the Death Mask of Agamemnon, the original
artefact dates to 1550 BC, which corresponds with the Greek Bronze Age when metals were
being worked due to technological advancements in various urban societies of the world. It is a
marvel of craftsmanship as much as of cultural and technological prowess of that age since the
original was made from a single sheet of almost pure gold.
Discovered in a burial site labelled Grave Circle A, shaft Grave IV on the citadel of Mycenae by an
archaeologist named Henrich Schliemann (1876), the original mask has been claimed to belong
to the grave of King Agamemnon of Mycenae. This claim has since been questioned for it verity
since the grave was likely dug as much as three centuries before Agamemnon is thought to have
lived and ruled. Nevertheless, the death mask has an aura of romance and mystery about it since it
reveals so much about the cultural and social practices of the civilization of Mycenae, who like
other ancients such as the Egyptians made funerary masks for their powerful and wealthy dead.
The original of this mask, made as it is with such finely sculpted and etched detail out of a thin sheet

The Formation Of Garrison Litigation Management Group
As to the astuteness of taxpayers in ordering their affairs so as to minimize taxes, the very
meaning of a line in the law is that you intentionally may go as close to it as you can if you do not
pass it. This is so because there is no public duty to pay more than the law demands: taxes are
enforced exactions, not voluntary contributions. (Case 1)
According to an Journal on Regulation published by Yale University, throughout the years
especially in the mid 1990s corporate abuse the system by creating tax shelters, a common scheme
typically involving complex financial transactions between corporation, partnerships, trust, legal
instruments and others to artificially offset their taxable income. Tens of billions are estimated to

Annoying Shoppers
Grocery shopping can be a very interesting experience. It seems like nothing more than a quick

Its almost relaxing, that is if the grocery store is completely empty. Unfortunately, there are

so full that the pile of groceries in her cart is taller than she is! Inevitably, creating a longer
waiting time for you. Next, she will stand there, stare at the clerk s computer screen and argue
about the 2 for 1 price for every item that doesn t match up exactly the way she wants. Finally,
after all her groceries are scanned, bagged and carted, the couponer will then proceed to dig
through her entire purse searching for every coupon she has ever saved over the past year for
that one shopping trip. As if she hasn t already wasted enough of everyone s time. It is at this
point of your experience when you realize that any hope of an efficient and speedy shopping trip

The United States Border Patrol
The United States Border Patrol has a mission and duty to protect our borders through regulating
laws and preventing illegal terrorists, drugs, and weapons from entering the United States. This
has been a clear goal ever since laws have been passed to help secure our borders back in 1924.
The need for Border Patrol and the demand for tighter security plans have been increasing due to
terrorist attacks on American soil, the presence of radical groups, and a high rate of crime in the
United States. The big idea here is that as crime continues to develop so will our border securities.
I would like to primarily focus on the current role of the Border Patrol versus what it might have
been in years past. Many tragedies have occurred in recent times more than what was
experienced years ago. The United States has suffered throughout the year 2000 and continues to
suffer from severe threats to the nation. It only makes sense to make changes and tighten our
borders in order to help prevent the ongoing crimes. If the Border Patrol does this than the
individuals living in this nation will live in a better and much safer environment. Along with their
current role, the research on the Border Patrol s changes that either have hindered their work or
made them more effective will be looked into as well. The role of the Border Patrol has
significantly changed from the past when we look at it today. In the past, Border Patrol has lacked
in technology. A lack of technology hinders the agents

Relation Between Gender And Infants
Researchers have hypothesized that the hormone that makes an infant a male also organizes the
brain in a masculine way. Studies have shown when testosterone is blocked in the developing fetus
then the male child engages in less rough and tumble play. If the brain plays a part in masculinizing
a male infant then one can obviously see that genderassignment before the child decides their

The two main reasons to the passing of the Immigration Restriction Act was because of racism and
economic fears. The Immigration Restriction Act was also commonly known as the White
Australian Policy . There is evidence of racism all throughout this time; most being towards the
Chinese and Aboriginal cultures. One reason that the immigrationact was passed was because many
Australians were jealous or worried about the hard work that foreigner workforces were doing.
The white Australians were threatened by the fact that they could lose their jobs. A second reason

were hard workers and needed to support their families and themselves. It also states in source 1
that South Sea Island Islanders (commonly known as Kanakas ) were imported as cheap labour

Viktor Frankl s Man s Search For Meaning
Number 119,104: Viktor Frankl s Man s Search for Meaning
Viktor Frankl had a chance to escape the wrath of World War II, but he didn t! Instead, he chose to
stay behind so that he could be close to his parents. That choice, ultimately led him to extreme
experiences within several Nazi concentration camps, including the infamous Auschwitz. Watching
those around him suffer the same fate, the same hardships and the same pain, he noticed that they
all reacted differently. Those who had found a meaning or will to live did so, but others who had
lost everything dear to them often just gave up and died. Frankl realized that (and he often quotes
Nietzsche), He who has a why to live can bear with almost any how .
Frankl s Early Life and Parental Attachment
Viktor Frankl was born on March 26, 1905 in Vienna, the same day Beethoven died to Elsa and

Samurai Kyuzo Character Traits
Kyuzo is a very interesting character in Akira Kurosawa s The Seven Samurai (1954). Kyuzo is
first introduced to the audience during a duel with another Samurai. Kambei s eyes are locked on
Kyuzo as he shows tremendous swordsmanship, skills not many samurai would accomplish in a
lifetime. Kyuzo at first rejects the offer of joining the samurai, however, he later changes his mind.
Through his serious, cold face it is hard to breakdown Kyuzo s character, nonetheless, we soon see
the true qualities of his personality. Courage and rectitude are the most valuable bushido virtues
Kyuzo holds. Throughout the movie Kyuzo makes some every decisive decisions, while also

Linking a specific bushido virtue with Kikuchiyo could either be hard or easy depending on
how one may look at his attributes, however respect is one virtue Kikuchiyo shows in a not so
obvious manner. In Dave Kehr s Calling All Samurai Avengers: Your Anime Has Arrived he
wrote Kikuchiyo, regrettably, turns out not to be a colorful drunk, but a hulking, lunkheaded,
poorly assembled robot, who has the rasping, braggart voice (Christopher R. Sabat) of a
professional wrestler, and the impulse control to match . Although it is easy to see Kikuchiyo is
not a polished samurai warrior, he holds some valuable character traits which ultimately provide
aid for both the bandits, and the famers. Although he was never formally added to the group of
Samurai by Kambei, Kikuchiyo showed his worthiness during the scene when the samurai arrive
at the village. Great tension could be felt between both the famers and samurai until this was
broken by Kikuchiyo s humorous character. The first sign of respect shown towards Kikuchiyo
was by Heihachi as he said, I guess we re really seven now (Kurosawa 63), formally admitting
Kikuchiyo to the group. Kikuchiyo without a doubt shows great bravery and courage throughout
the movie, however he also shows

Dawn Brancati Decentralization
Dawn Brancati furthered the literature around the decentralization of governments in her work,
Decentralization: Fueling the Fire or Dampening the Flames of Ethnic Conflict and Secessionism?.
She introduces a point that had not been explored before in academia, by showing a causal
relationship between regional parties and ethnic conflict/secessionism. She displays in her work
that political decentralization indirectly leads to ethnic conflict and secessionism. This is not
inherent to the structure of a decentralized government, but rather inherent to the political climate
that decentralization creates. This is because politically decentralized governments foster regional
political parties. She shows through a statistical analysis of 30 countries, that it is the power of
regional parties that ultimately increases or decreases ethnic conflict and desires for secession.
Her publication focuses on governments that are ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Her analysis of decentralization focuses on ethnic conflict and secessionism. Ethnic conflict is
violence between ethnic groups and secessionism is the movement of people towards an
independent state. The main focus of her paper is on regional parties within politically
decentralized governments. Regional parties differentiate from a national political party in that a
regional party focuses their efforts both in policy making and campaigning in a specific region
within a state.
Brancati begins her analysis by posing the question, what impact does a decentralized government
have on ethnic conflict and secessionism? The conventional knowledge on the topic is that political
decentralization is believed to reduce ethnic conflict and secessionism in the world today...by
bringing the government closer to the people, increasing opportunities to participate in government,
and giving groups control over their political, social, and economic affairs. She believes in this
statement to the extent that

Death by Driving Drunk
In todays world, one of the leading causes of death during driving is drunk driving. Drunk driving
not only puts you in danger but everyone around you in danger. There are many ways that alcohol
affects you that makes you drive very bad. To help stop this, The police have made many laws
regarding drunk driving and have made many arrests regarding driving under the influence. There
are also many stories out there that make us wonder about the dangers and risks of drunk driving.
Theres also many laws and reforms being proposed to stop people from drunk driving. Alcohol
affects your body and your driving skills very much. Alcohol is a depressant so it slows down
your system. This includes your brain. Slowing down your brain causes the driver to get
distracted easily and can quickly change their mood. Drinking also weakens your immune system
increasing your chances of getting ammonia. Drinking too much can also make you get cancer in
places like the mouth or throat. Drinking a lot could also result in liver failures and increased
chances of heart attacks. The more you drink, the more lethal the heart attack could be (unknown
name1). Alcohol is a depressant. That means that it slows down your reflexes and makes it take
longer to react to situations. Drinking affects the three parts of the brain. These parts are called the
cerebrum, cerebellum, and the medulla. The cerebrum controls reasoning, voice, or recognition.
This is why drunk drivers often drive aggressively since

And to compare the experimental value with the theoretical.
Background:
The Molar Heat of Combustion of a substance is the heat liberated when 1 mole of the substance
undergoes complete combustion with oxygen at standard atmospheric pressure, with the final
products being carbon dioxide gas and liquid water. (Ref. Conquering Chemistry, Roland Smith,
2005 )

many social issues that people are focused on, and some people have started to ignore other

International are very famous and it has been one of the reason of a company to be famous and
betterknown around the world. Petron has also linked with international companies even though it
is not that famous in our own very company. On the other hand, we can see that it goes the same
to PETRONAS. We should be able to expand our business, when we reach a certain level in the
market place.
Moreover, both Petron and PETRONAS have the largest retail network. Recently they have opened
branch at Philipine, United States and more countries. They are also producing the most exclusive
petroleum. This is also one of the main reasons why it has being opening many branches as in
other countries. Shana (2015) says that PETRONAS continue to look at CIS countries, and we are

Robert Frost Literary Devices
In Robert Frost s Mowing , Robert Frost uses many unique literary techniques to address complex
reflections. Mowing examines the thoughts of a speaker that, while mowing some hay, believes that
a scythe is whispering. As the speaker debates whether it is fantasy or reality, the overall theme of
reality being the sane and comforting approach is developed through various stylistic techniques.
As the reader initially reads Mowing , an initial observation is Frost s use of repetition. In the
entirety of the poem, Frost emphasizes the word whisper . The writer does this primarily to
distinguish the action of the scythe, which is what the purpose of the poem revolves around.
Although that being true, Frost uses repetition in another innovative manner. To comprehend Frost

scythe works. A scythe is an instrument that has a long blade that cuts hay in a circular motion. The
significance of the movement of this instrument is that in... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

Persuasive Essay On Wild Nature
Wild nature is home for a huge number of animal varieties, a significant number of which are exotic
or near extinction.
Throughout recent decades, mankind has attempted to prevent the extinction of these creatures,
secure the territory of these species, and by one means or another, minimize the negative
consequences of the presence of humans.
Be that as it may, there is another issue that has not been given careful consideration to this issue is
keeping these outlandish creatures as pets.
Although the caregivers of these pets believe they are doing no harm, in fact such a practice should
be prohibited due to a number of reasons that not only endanger the animal, but also the person.
In reality, no one, aside from maybe the wealthiest individuals, can provide for a wild creature and
give it all its essential needs.
Exotic creatures have extraordinary requirements. For instance, wild tigers require a substantial
domain to wander and roam in with large amounts of fresh meat.
A venomous Monocled cobra, which can be lawfully purchased in various states for a weak $100,
will over and over strike when feeling in danger, the snake can feel threatened for multiple reason
and most are unidentified until bitten. In a different category, a bobcat can chase its prey eight
times greater than itself with the will and potential to rip its target to shreds. Chimpanzees and
different primates require a ton of room for climbing, as well as ocean warm blooded creatures that
require tremendous water bowls to swim and drink. Overall, the amount of time, dedication, and
most importantly space, is too great for an ordinary individual to maintain.
In addition to cleaning and entering the enclosed habitats, it is much too dangerous for a common
being to provide and withhold.
Along with the everyday dangers of exotic animals, these animals might also have serious diseases
that the caretaker may be completely oblivious to.
For example, the monkeypox outbreak that affected dozens of people in the Midwest in 2003 was
so uncontrolled and unknown it almost became an epidemic. Also, many of these animals are
carriers of zoonotic diseases, such as Herpes B,

Death in The Dream of the Rood Essay
Death in The Dream of the Rood The crucifixion of Christ is treated differently within the bodies
of Old English and Middle English literature. The values of each era s society are superimposed
on the descriptions of the sacrifice of Christ on the cross. Christ is depicted either as the model of
the hero, prevalent in Old English literature, or as the embodiment of love and passion, as found in
Showings by Julian of Norwich.
Old English literature establishes the elements of the heroic code, to which its society ascribed. A
man must live, or die, by his honor. In The Dream of the Rood the crucifixion of Christ is
depicted as the ultimate symbol of heroism, as all mankind bewailed Christ s death and prepared a

21) Julian of Norwich, an anchoress of Saint Julian, received great visions of the crucifixion of
Christ, on what was thought to be her deathbed. According to the Norton Anthology of English
Literature, Sixth Ed., her revelation of these visions, Showings, is colored by her experience and
temperament as an individual woman. Julian s depiction of the crucifixion describes Christ s love
for humanity upon his crucifixion. This I took it for that time that our Lord Jesu of his courteous
love would show me the comfort before the time of my temptation; for me thought it might well
be that I should by the sufferance of God and with his keeping be tempted of fiends before I
should die. (Norton Anthology of English Literature, Sixth Ed., p. 294) His choice to die upon the
cross seems to be the necessity for the salvation of mankind, not as the manifestation of His
inimitable honor and glory.
The thanes of the heroic code are bound to their lord by honor. The Dream of the Rood affirms
this powerful obligation as the author writes that when God visits us on judgment day, He will
ask who would stand fast, unafraid, for Him, their real leader: Before his host he will ask where
the man is who in the name of the Lord would taste bitter death as he did on the cross. (Norton
Anthology of English Literature, Sixth Ed., p. 21). In addition, the lord is bound to his men. This
ideal is continued within the chivalry of the Middle Ages. As a passage of Showings tells the

Belize, only 8,867 sq. miles in size, is set on the northeast coast of Central America. The
Caribbean Sea lies to the east and from the air its turquoise waters are clear, permitting the
colored coral formation of the nice coral reef to be simply discovered. Coral islands referred to as
cayes, coated with stands of mangrove trees, dot the coast. Lying in aquamarine and jade colored
bays, these cayes shield the jungled lineation from the ravages of the ocean.
North of Central American country lies the peninsula of Mexico. The city Hondo, that empties into
Chetumal Bay, is that the border between the 2 countries. The east border is demarcated by a

largely undiscovered, they re coated by abundant jungle and a cover of tropical rain clouds. The
Paleozoic crust is comprised of granite and metamorphosed arenaceous rock that sustains stands of
pine in its impotent acidic soil. Unsuitable for agriculture, the ridge (note that in Central American
country, ridge refers to any modification in vegetation) was exploited by Preceramic peoples and
Maya hunters. Averaging or so one,000 feet, the most divide is comparatively dwarfed by Victoria
Peak that reaches three,680 feet. The southern highland becomes broader and descends westwardly.
The northern a part of this region, referred to as the Mountain Pine Ridge space, lies within the

The higher elevation (1,500 2,700 feet) provides spectacular falls for the various streams that lace
the land. The plateau s northern edge could be a broken stone escarpment descendant steeply to the

Herbal Supplements Essay
Herbal Supplements and Drugs Interactions
KimHang Phan
Molloy College
Herbal Supplements and Drugs Interactions The clear definition of an herbal supplement is defined
by The Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA) as a product not a drug.
The product contains vitamins, minerals, amino acids, herbs, and dietary constituents for use to
supplement the diet ( Using Dietary Supplements Wisely, 2014). Like medications, dietary
supplements exert both negative and positive effects to the body. Supplements may improve health
but they also produce the potential harmful if interacting with certain drugs. For this reason, dietary
supplements are regulated by FDA to ensure both safety and effectiveness ... Show more content on

The 2007 NHIS also found the following:
American Indian or Alaska Native adults (50.3%) and white adults (43.1%) were more likely to
use CAM than Asian adults (39.9%) or black adults (25.5%). Children whose parent used CAM
were almost five times as likely (23.9%) (Barnes et al., 2008, p.1).
Because natural products or herbal remedies become prevalent usage among adults in America, it
is very important to acknowledge if an herbal product is safe or useful for certain health
conditions and its potential interaction with other drugs causing toxicity. For example, evening
primrose oil may interact with anticoagulants and antiplatelet medications ( VP PRECIP , 2014).
Bayles (2009) stated that the seeds of the evening primrose are rich in omega 6 essential fatty
acids (EFAs), including linoleic acid and gamma linolenic acid (GLA) (p.1405). Omega 6 EFAs
and GLA contain some properties, which help to reduce inflammatory. Evening primrose oil
(Oenothera biennis) is a native North American plant. Evening primrose oil (EPO) is commonly use
in breast pain, premenstrual symptoms (PMS), menopausal, cancer, asthma, diabetes, and other
chronic inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and eczema (Bayles, 2009). EPO is well
tolerated by most individuals. Some people reported a mild stomach upset, abdominal pain, nausea.

The Video Is A Music Video
Me!Me!Me! is a music video and animated short that was created for the Japan Animator Expo in
2014, but was released in the US in 2015 through Vimeo with English subtitles. The song in the
video was made by the electronic music artist Teddyloid feat. Daoko, a Japanese singer. The
audience of this video would be all fans of animeand electronic music, i.e. presumably young
people who proactively use electronic devices. The video is set in three main sequences, each
revolving around the main character, a young teenage boy. It follows his dreamy haze of his break
up, and his interactions with idealized, semi human females. My interpretation of this video was
that this young man lost all meaningful relationships in his life because of his unrealistic
expectations of women due to pornography and the representation of women in popular culture, and
how his addiction to these forms of media only made it worse. The purpose of this video is to
highlight the issues with unnecessary sexualization of women, escapism and addiction, as well as
heartbreak and regret. This author s intent was to prove director Hibiki Yoshizaki was an amazing
storyteller and animator, and for the video to gain attention and views, through the use of hyper
sexualized imagery. This is shown in the video by the depiction of women inside his mind as two
conflicting personalities, his loving girlfriend, and nightmarish girls who, as the video description
states, attack and ravish him, and the environment they

How Did Mexican Architecture Influence The Spanish...
Arts and literature Spanish paintings became popular during the Romanesque period. During the
middle ages, many aspects of art became important like the manuscripts that were mainly written
for religious purposes. The manuscripts during the medieval period depicted the life of the people
then like how they dressed, what food they ate and their many ceremonies. There were many
manuscripts written by a Spanish king called Alfonso X the Castilian King. There was a transition
in the history of Spanish art from the Romanesque to gothic art. The Romanesque art had to do with
miniature pieces of art but during the gothic period many of the acts produced then were stained
glasses. Spanish paintings in the 19th century was filled with the customs and... Show more content

At a point in history a lot of moors occupied a great portion of Spain and they created some
beautiful architecture with a Spanish twist to it which includes the great mosque of Cordoba which
has a church embedded in it. Throughout history the Spanish architecture has been shaped by the
changing trends in Europe. In the start of the 12th century the gothic style was introduced which
greatly influenced the styles in the buildings like the cathedral of Toledo, Burgos and Leon. The
renaissance trend in Europe greatly influenced the Spanish architecture. Spanish architectures were
not just about buildings they were also a means of communication. Each architecture that was
created reflected the community s values, pursuits and culture. Each Spanish building erected
showed the dominance of a cultural group in the community and the geographical area it was
erected in showed the extent of their power and dominance. Such buildings often bore an
identifying sign for example the sign of a church was different from that of a mosque. The church
s sign was significantly that of a cross while that of a mosque bore that of a crescent moon and a
star and it signified the significance or dominance of a religious group or cultural group in that
area. The middle ages were an exciting period in the history of Spanish architecture and it was at
that time there was the entrance of the moors which means Muslim in Spanish. And there was a
clash between Muslims and Christians in that time of history. At that time the Christians and
Muslims emerged their cultures together to form the Mozarabic architecture. It was not uncommon
to see a church being converted to a mosque and vice versa. The great church of Cordoba with a
church embedded in it was a good opportunity to see how Christians and Muslims saw their

Hip Hop Is Widely Known As A Genre Of Music That Started
Hip hop is widely known as a genre of music that started in a New York City borough called the
Bronx in the late 1970s, but it is more than just the music. Hip hop is a culture that consists of
being a disc jockey which is also known as deejaying or turntabling, breakdancing, MCing or
rhyming rapping , graffiti, and fashion. Each of these items are key elements in creating hip hop
and these key items are part of the hip hop culture. Deejaying was an important factor
contributing to hip hop culture since it sort of gave birth to hip hop. For instance, breaking
dancing became huge for early hip hop since DJs played music that was perfect for breakdancers.
DJs also looked for rappers or MCs to partner up with their music to give it more... Show more

To become a DJ when hip hop was blossoming one would require to have two turntables, a DJ
mixer and a wide collection of disco records. Not only that, one would also require some kind of
speaker system to play the music out loud. The concept of DJing is to take two different or the
same records and find their break down part and play that over and over to create a beat. The
break down part is the part in the song where it is mostly beat focused and the people can really
start dancing to the music. This was discovered by a DJ known as DJ Kool Herc. According to
an article titled The History of DJing the author states, Campbell noticed something peculiar: the
dancers grew ecstatic during certain parts of the records the breaks (Adaso). Clive Campbell
better known as DJ Kool Herc saw that the dancers only came out to dance during those parts of
the song. So since DJ Kool Herc was already a DJ he decided to switch it up and play mostly the
breaks. And people enjoyed that, so now at most of the parties, people were dancing most of the
time. Furthermore, most of the time the dancing at these parties wasn t just regular disco dancing
they were breakdancing. Which relates to what I mentioned before, it means dancing to the break
part of the song. There are two other terms that also refer to breakdancing which are B boying and
breaking. Most often people would break dance to

Masculinity In Bonnie And Clyde Film
Aside from Arthur Penn s Bonnie and Clyde film, there was another impactful movie that
became influential during the 1960s as well. The Graduate, directed by Mike Nichols, was a
movie that projected a storyline of secrets and deception. Like Bonnie and Clyde, this was also
released in 1967. Benjamin Braddock, a college graduate, had recently moved back home where his
parents threw him a graduation party. However, viewers come to found out that he starts to have an
affair with Mrs. Robinson, an unsatisfied housewife. Little does she know, Benjamin starts to fall

Robinson. However, Nichols manages to incorporate the sense of individuality and gender into
one movie. Both, Benjamin and Elaine, are still young and naive. At the same time, they re
trying to figure what their future will hold. While as for the older generation, it shows the
different mindsets between the new and the old. It was a time where values and morals were
called into question. Mrs. Robinson exemplifies what it s like to comprehend and brace the
concept of femininity while still undergoing the values of a patriarchal society. During the
1960s, gender inequality had continually impacted several Americans. However, we re still
struggling in today s society which shows much we ve evolved as a nation. From the film,
Benjamin is having an affair with an older woman which seems to be out of the norm especially
during their time. Through Mr. Robinson, we can see that he is displeased when he finds out
about his wife s affair with a younger man. On the other hand, Mrs. Robinson is also disturbed
and dissatisfied when she finds out Benjamin falls for her daughter, Elaine. From her perspective,
she craves the attention where she failed to receive from her husband. This starts to evoke ideas
into people s heads about values and

Compare And Contrast Japanese Constitution And Kawai s
CRITIQUE OF ROBERT E WARD S THE ORIGINS OF THE PRESENT JAPANESE
CONSTITUTION AND KAZUO KAWAI S, SOVEREIGNTY AND DEMOCRACY IN THE
JAPANESE CONSTITUTION . Robert E Ward and Kazuo Kawai were both political scientists
who wrote these articles during the Allied occupation of Japan; Ward wrote his article in
December 1956 whilst Kawai wrote his article in September 1955 . Both authors have very similar
arguments in regards to the Japanese constitution that was put in place in 1947 by the Supreme
Commander of the Allied Powers an American initiative. Ward and Kawai argue that the
constitution that was put in place will be in some form reformed by the Japanese people. Kawai s

Kawai s main point is that the role of the emperor will be brought into question as his newly
reduced powers do not compliment Japan s social structure. Ward hold a similar argument in that he
believes that the constitution was rushed and poorly imposed upon Japan. Ward uses a detailed
described of the process as to which the constitution goes through and uses this to demonstrate how
it s forcefully imposed nature proved to be counterproductive for the American initiative. Both
writers maintain the notion that the constitution is an alien invention which proves less than
productive for completing the objective of creating a democratic Japan. The issue that arises from
these articles is whether or not the constitution was an effective or even a necessary change in
Japan. The question as to whether or not the constitution should be changed still exists today , as
the current Japanese Prime Minister ShinzЕЌ Abe wishes to, and has succeeded in, changing the
constitution . Both arguments that are presented in the articles are somewhat convincing.
Subtracting the fact that the constitution remains unchanged after both articles are written, the
individual merits of the articles are convincing. Kawai argues that the social hierarchy was one of

Rhetorical Analysis Of The Atomic Era By William Faulkner
The Atomic Era, spanning from 1945 through the 1960s, was a source of immense concern and fear
that faced both Americans and the entire world. During this tumultuous time in history, past
abominations such as the Depression and two deadly World Wars haunted Americans, while the
Cold War loomed as an imminent threat. Due to such prolonged suffering, the human spirit holding
people together the world over had fallen apart at the seams. Upon receiving the Nobel Prizein
Literature in 1950, William Faulkner delivered an acceptance speech in which he applies balanced
sentences, meaningful repetition, and potent hyperbole in order to call aspiring writers to abandon
their fears and encourage them to create work that will aid the world in midst of the current, volatile
Atomic Age.
William Faulkner incorporates balanced sentence structure throughout his speech to draw
connections between the writer and their role within humanity. Faulkner begins his speech by
addressing all aspiring writers and linking himself to them. He states that these writers are already
dedicated to the same anguish and travail, among whom is already that one who will someday
stand here where I am standing. Faulkner immediately establishes a hopeful tone regarding the
future of writers, writers who, like Faulkner, understand that good writing requires the hard work
of self sacrifice. Later on, when discussing the work of authors who disregard the universal truths
of writing, Faulkner once again employs a balanced sentence. He claims such works are of defeats
in which nobody loses anything of value, of victories without hope and, worst of all, without pity or
compassion . Defeat and victory juxtaposed blurs the lines between the two and emphasizes the lack
of meaning found within the works of authors unwilling to share the problems of the human heart.
The parallelism of victories without hope, pity, and compassion marks any author s work lacking
these essential elements as destitute. Faulkner closes his speech with a final balanced statement,
The poet s voice need not merely be the record of man, it can be one of the props, the pillars to
help him endure and prevail. Faulkner expounds his central message that our writings must be the

Ultraviolet Portrays Damage The DNA Of Skin Cells
Ultraviolet rays damage the DNA of skin cells in human bodies. Sunlight is the main source of
UV rays. The purpose of sunblock is to protect your skin from Ultraviolet rays that are caused by
the sun. This can be very important because it can cause someone to get hurt by the rays of the
sun or anything that has a lot of heat to it. For example, if you live in an area with a bright sunall the
time, you have a higher risk of skin cancer. This is because the more sun it is the more you are
going to be outside in the sun, so too much sun can cause you to have black spots or sunburn, etc.

Cardiovascular Disease
Diseases of the cardiovascular and lymphatic system can present itself in many ways. Often these
diseases circulate through the body creating a vehicle for pathogens to spread. We will look at four
different diseases that affect the cardiovascular and lymphatic system. Plague is an infectious
disease; it had a deadly effect on human history. The plague was known as Black Deathin the
middle ages. The causative agents of the plague are Yersinia pestis Gram negative bacteria. This
bacterium is usually spread through contact with the vectors or in this case the oriental rat flea,
which usually have direct contact humans. The oriental rat fleas feed on the reservoirs such as

The causative agent is Filoviridae ebolavirus. There is no known reservoir for the virus, although
scientists believe that fruit bats may be a possible reservoir because they harbor the disease without
showing any signs or symptoms. Once infected with the virus the symptoms, usually do not appear
for two to twenty one days, which resembles the flu and often mistaken or misdiagnosed as the flu.
However, as the disease progress, bleeding from the inside is noticeable through stool, coughing up
blood, bleeding from the eyes and ears. Unfortunately, there is no treatment for this deadly infection
and usually involves treating the symptoms as they appear. Nursing interventions are a major part
in treating the patient and possible survival from this disease. Priority nursing interventions include,
watching for any changes in the patient s respiration rate and pattern, monitor the patient s fluid
and electrolyte imbalance, intake and output. Also, check and monitor complete blood count and
coagulation studies for signs of blood loss and coagulopathy, monitor and test stools, urine and

The New Command That Christ Gave The 11 Remaining...
This morning, we considered the new command that Christ gave the 11 remaining disciples.
But they can t focus on that.
They are bewildered because Christ is going away.
They are confused and Peter speaks up perhaps for the whole group...
And this is where we come to our text this evening:
John 13:36 38
36 Simon Peter said to Him, Lord, where are You going?
Jesus answered him, Where I am going you cannot follow Me now, but you shall follow Me
afterward.
37 Peter said to Him, Lord, why can I not follow You now? I will lay down my life for Your sake.
38 Jesus answered him, Will you lay down your life for My sake? Most assuredly, I say to you, the
rooster shall not crow till you have denied Me three times.
It s almost as if Peter didn t hear the NEW command.
But can we blame him?
His Beloved Master has just said, I am going away and you can t come.
I m going and you re staying.
Peter s mind is occupied; and He missed the command to love one another.
Peter, probably similar to the Jews in chapter 7 and 8 who said where is He going that we can t find
Him? Will He go among the dispersion?
Peter was probably thinking geographically Why can t I follow you?
The other disciples seem to have missed it too they are just slower to respond.
Thomas in ch. 14 will say, Lord, where are you going and how can we know the way?
Jesus takes up the distraction and speaks with His little children tenderly.
But He will come back to the vital command to love a few chapters later in

  • 2. Analysis Of The Movie Selma It isn t uncommon for historical events to be made into movies. It also isn t completely unheard of for the events in a movie to be misrepresented either. On 7 January 2015, Selma director Ava DuVernay tweeted I think everyone sees history through their own lens. This is what I see. That should be valid. I m not going to argue history, in response to the controversy surrounding the movie. The movie Selma , however, is historically accurate because President Johnson s priority in 1965 was anti poverty as shown in the movie, and it accurately depicts what it was like for African Americans for votes. She believes that a man as rude as him could never create happiness and truly love a person like she wants in her own marriage. Gao also wrote, However, Elizabeth still rejects his proposal at the first time because she didn t fall in love with him. And she even dislikes him because of his pride. Elizabeth does not want to marry a man whom she dislikes. to establish that Elizabeth s feelings were yet to be found and to also explain that Elizabeth would like to have all feelings reciprocated rather than be one way, which would cause some ... If we can convince our students that they are capable of fulfilling their goals then they are on their way to self efficacy. (Elliot, 2000 p.335). Self actualization is the highest goal to reach in motivation. It is placed at the top of Maslow s pyramid called the hierarchy of needs. This pyramid includes five needs that must be met before self actualization can develop. The idea of Maslow s hierarchy of needs is that if basic needs are not met, motivation cannot occur. But the most well known story of the spreading of Buddhism is when Han emperor, Mingdi, had a dream about Buddha in 68 CE and sent Cai Yin, his official to learn more about it. Meanwhile, Mingdi learned from his ministers that he had seen Buddha, the God of the West in his dream. After 3 years Cai Yin came back to china with Buddhist teachings and... The construction of this canal finally finished in 610 CE under Emperor Yangdi of the Sui dynasty. Changing China s staple from millet and wheat to rice was the main reason of the building of the canal, but it also helped Chinese economy by connecting the more productive southern China to the capitals in northern china. It increased interdependence between the north and the south. One section of the Grand Canal was also intended to supply Chinese armies which led to better defense and administration in China. Also, in building the canal, officials were required to work together, so the Grand Canal brought better authority and unity to political officials. The downside of this canal, though, was the number of peasants killed in constructing it. Over half of the 6 million peasants employed to build the canal died in building it, which was a reason the Sui dynasty fell. The great Grand Canal set the foundation for the great Tang dynasty. A Formal Analysis of Death Mask Based on Gold Death Mask from Mycenae, Grave Circle A, Shaft Grave IV circa 1550 BC The Greek Exhibition section of The Royal Ontario Museum houses this replica, one made by an unknown artist, of an original, gold funeral mask said to be a depiction of the face of the Mycenaean King, Agamemnon. Known widely as the Death Mask of Agamemnon, the original artefact dates to 1550 BC, which corresponds with the Greek Bronze Age when metals were being worked due to technological advancements in various urban societies of the world. It is a marvel of craftsmanship as much as of cultural and technological prowess of that age since the original was made from a single sheet of almost pure gold. Discovered in a burial site labelled Grave Circle A, shaft Grave IV on the citadel of Mycenae by an archaeologist named Henrich Schliemann (1876), the original mask has been claimed to belong to the grave of King Agamemnon of Mycenae. This claim has since been questioned for it verity since the grave was likely dug as much as three centuries before Agamemnon is thought to have lived and ruled. Nevertheless, the death mask has an aura of romance and mystery about it since it reveals so much about the cultural and social practices of the civilization of Mycenae, who like other ancients such as the Egyptians made funerary masks for their powerful and wealthy dead. The Formation Of Garrison Litigation Management Group As to the astuteness of taxpayers in ordering their affairs so as to minimize taxes, the very meaning of a line in the law is that you intentionally may go as close to it as you can if you do not pass it. This is so because there is no public duty to pay more than the law demands: taxes are enforced exactions, not voluntary contributions. (Case 1) According to an Journal on Regulation published by Yale University, throughout the years especially in the mid 1990s corporate abuse the system by creating tax shelters, a common scheme typically involving complex financial transactions between corporation, partnerships, trust, legal instruments and others to artificially offset their taxable income. Tens of billions are estimated to be lost in tax revenue due to these shelf tax created by companies that took advantage in how complex the Internal Revenue Code to create paper losses to offset their taxable income. The United States Border Patrol The United States Border Patrol has a mission and duty to protect our borders through regulating laws and preventing illegal terrorists, drugs, and weapons from entering the United States. This has been a clear goal ever since laws have been passed to help secure our borders back in 1924. The need for Border Patrol and the demand for tighter security plans have been increasing due to terrorist attacks on American soil, the presence of radical groups, and a high rate of crime in the United States. The big idea here is that as crime continues to develop so will our border securities. I would like to primarily focus on the current role of the Border Patrol versus what it might have been in years past. Many tragedies have occurred in recent times more than what was experienced years ago. The United States has suffered throughout the year 2000 and continues to suffer from severe threats to the nation. It only makes sense to make changes and tighten our borders in order to help prevent the ongoing crimes. If the Border Patrol does this than the individuals living in this nation will live in a better and much safer environment. Along with their current role, the research on the Border Patrol s changes that either have hindered their work or made them more effective will be looked into as well. The role of the Border Patrol has significantly changed from the past when we look at it today. In the past, Border Patrol has lacked in technology. A lack of technology hinders the agents ... Mowing examines the thoughts of a speaker that, while mowing some hay, believes that a scythe is whispering. As the speaker debates whether it is fantasy or reality, the overall theme of reality being the sane and comforting approach is developed through various stylistic techniques. As the reader initially reads Mowing , an initial observation is Frost s use of repetition. In the entirety of the poem, Frost emphasizes the word whisper . The writer does this primarily to distinguish the action of the scythe, which is what the purpose of the poem revolves around. • 43. Persuasive Essay On Wild Nature Wild nature is home for a huge number of animal varieties, a significant number of which are exotic or near extinction. Throughout recent decades, mankind has attempted to prevent the extinction of these creatures, secure the territory of these species, and by one means or another, minimize the negative consequences of the presence of humans. Be that as it may, there is another issue that has not been given careful consideration to this issue is keeping these outlandish creatures as pets. Although the caregivers of these pets believe they are doing no harm, in fact such a practice should be prohibited due to a number of reasons that not only endanger the animal, but also the person. In reality, no one, aside from maybe the wealthiest individuals, can provide for a wild creature and give it all its essential needs. Exotic creatures have extraordinary requirements. For instance, wild tigers require a substantial domain to wander and roam in with large amounts of fresh meat. A venomous Monocled cobra, which can be lawfully purchased in various states for a weak $100, will over and over strike when feeling in danger, the snake can feel threatened for multiple reason and most are unidentified until bitten. In a different category, a bobcat can chase its prey eight times greater than itself with the will and potential to rip its target to shreds. Chimpanzees and different primates require a ton of room for climbing, as well as ocean warm blooded creatures that require tremendous water bowls to swim and drink. Overall, the amount of time, dedication, and most importantly space, is too great for an ordinary individual to maintain. In addition to cleaning and entering the enclosed habitats, it is much too dangerous for a common being to provide and withhold. Along with the everyday dangers of exotic animals, these animals might also have serious diseases that the caretaker may be completely oblivious to. For example, the monkeypox outbreak that affected dozens of people in the Midwest in 2003 was so uncontrolled and unknown it almost became an epidemic. The values of each era s society are superimposed on the descriptions of the sacrifice of Christ on the cross. Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... 21) Julian of Norwich, an anchoress of Saint Julian, received great visions of the crucifixion of Christ, on what was thought to be her deathbed. According to the Norton Anthology of English Literature, Sixth Ed., her revelation of these visions, Showings, is colored by her experience and temperament as an individual woman. Julian s depiction of the crucifixion describes Christ s love for humanity upon his crucifixion. This I took it for that time that our Lord Jesu of his courteous love would show me the comfort before the time of my temptation; for me thought it might well be that I should by the sufferance of God and with his keeping be tempted of fiends before I should die. (Norton Anthology of English Literature, Sixth Ed., p. 294) His choice to die upon the cross seems to be the necessity for the salvation of mankind, not as the manifestation of His inimitable honor and glory. The thanes of the heroic code are bound to their lord by honor. The Dream of the Rood affirms this powerful obligation as the author writes that when God visits us on judgment day, He will ask who would stand fast, unafraid, for Him, their real leader: Before his host he will ask where the man is who in the name of the Lord would taste bitter death as he did on the cross. (Norton Anthology of English Literature, Sixth Ed., p. 21). In addition, the lord is bound to his men. This ideal is continued within the chivalry of the Middle Ages. My interpretation of this video was that this young man lost all meaningful relationships in his life because of his unrealistic expectations of women due to pornography and the representation of women in popular culture, and how his addiction to these forms of media only made it worse. The purpose of this video is to highlight the issues with unnecessary sexualization of women, escapism and addiction, as well as heartbreak and regret. • 53. Rhetorical Analysis Of The Atomic Era By William Faulkner The Atomic Era, spanning from 1945 through the 1960s, was a source of immense concern and fear that faced both Americans and the entire world. During this tumultuous time in history, past abominations such as the Depression and two deadly World Wars haunted Americans, while the Cold War loomed as an imminent threat. Due to such prolonged suffering, the human spirit holding people together the world over had fallen apart at the seams. Upon receiving the Nobel Prizein Literature in 1950, William Faulkner delivered an acceptance speech in which he applies balanced sentences, meaningful repetition, and potent hyperbole in order to call aspiring writers to abandon their fears and encourage them to create work that will aid the world in midst of the current, volatile Atomic Age. William Faulkner incorporates balanced sentence structure throughout his speech to draw connections between the writer and their role within humanity. Faulkner begins his speech by addressing all aspiring writers and linking himself to them. He states that these writers are already dedicated to the same anguish and travail, among whom is already that one who will someday stand here where I am standing. Faulkner immediately establishes a hopeful tone regarding the future of writers, writers who, like Faulkner, understand that good writing requires the hard work of self sacrifice. Later on, when discussing the work of authors who disregard the universal truths of writing, Faulkner once again employs a balanced sentence. He claims such works are of defeats in which nobody loses anything of value, of victories without hope and, worst of all, without pity or compassion . Defeat and victory juxtaposed blurs the lines between the two and emphasizes the lack of meaning found within the works of authors unwilling to share the problems of the human heart. The parallelism of victories without hope, pity, and compassion marks any author s work lacking these essential elements as destitute. • 60. The New Command That Christ Gave The 11 Remaining... This morning, we considered the new command that Christ gave the 11 remaining disciples. But they can t focus on that. They are bewildered because Christ is going away. They are confused and Peter speaks up perhaps for the whole group... And this is where we come to our text this evening: John 13:36 38 36 Simon Peter said to Him, Lord, where are You going? Jesus answered him, Where I am going you cannot follow Me now, but you shall follow Me afterward. 37 Peter said to Him, Lord, why can I not follow You now? I will lay down my life for Your sake. 38 Jesus answered him, Will you lay down your life for My sake? Most assuredly, I say to you, the rooster shall not crow till you have denied Me three times. It s almost as if Peter didn t hear the NEW command. But can we blame him? His Beloved Master has just said, I am going away and you can t come. I m going and you re staying. Peter s mind is occupied; and He missed the command to love one another. Peter, probably similar to the Jews in chapter 7 and 8 who said where is He going that we can t find Him? Will He go among the dispersion? Peter was probably thinking geographically Why can t I follow you? The other disciples seem to have missed it too they are just slower to respond. Thomas in ch. 14 will say, Lord, where are you going and how can we know the way? Jesus takes up the distraction and speaks with His little children tenderly. But He will come back to the vital command to love a few chapters later in ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
