detect a rapid rise in voltage from the pressure transducer, and the program would

In the United States our legal system makes it a priority that every individual is
given a fair trial and that their due process is never violated. Issues such as
competency can affect the course of a trial and make a trial more difficult to get
through. Competency can extend a trial and make it more complex. It is the job of a
mental health professional to assess competency and deliver their findings to the
judge for further action. Competency is a very large part of our judicial system
because without it, an individual cannot have a fair trial.
As defined by Cornell Law, mental incompetency is an individual who is mentally
incompetent because of injury or disease; they lack the mental capacity to contract or

evaluation by a mental health professional must take place. Throughout the course of

Abstract
Surface roughness has become the most significant functional requirement and it is an
index of the product quality. In order to increase the efficiency of hard to machine
alloys like titanium and nickel alloys, an Electro Chemical Honing (ECH) process
has been employed to achieve highest material removal rate with the best surface
qualities. This extended abstract describes the design and fabrication of an
indigenously developed tooling setup for ECH of external cylindrical surfaces of
Titanium alloys (TI 6AL 4V) and also highlights the key process parameters and their
affect on ECH process. The influence of the machining parameters on the surface
finish has been investigated and optimized the process parameters for improving the
surface roughness is also evaluated. Percentage improvements in surface roughness
values Ra and other parameters like electrolyte temperature, composition and
concentration were studied while changing the processing time (PT). And also the
study of surface characteristics of micro and macro level and micro hardness too
examined.

American s spend a startling $156 Billion dollars every year on tobacco and
tobacco related products and an additional $133 Billion dollars on healthcare for
diseases that originate from smoking and chewing tobacco. The human toll is also

these extreme statistics CVS Caremark, now CVS Health, has decided to make the
hard business decision to stop selling tobaccoproducts in all 7,700 of its drug stores.
The decision stemmed from changing its image from a corner store that fills

system. Upon researching these various systems I did not find a system that allowed
the manager/owner to track orders/drivers on the map using smart devices.
