2. • I have completed my internship at CICS, RVCE, where I worked on two
projects related to analog and digital design.
• The first project was to design and develop a BGR based voltage
reference circuit, which can provide a stable and accurate output
voltage across temperature and process variations.
• The second project was to create a macro based SoC integration guide
using Innovus, which can help in automating the floorplanning,
placement and routing of complex SoCs.

• Overview: It is a research center that offers internship modules for
undergraduate and postgraduate students in various domains of integrated
circuits and systems design.
• Streams: The center offers four streams of internship: analog design, digital
design, mixed signal design, and RF design.
• Benefits: The internship provides an opportunity to associate with state-of-the-
art infrastructure and faculty researchers at RVCE, and to get industry certified in
the chosen domain. The internship also enhances the practical knowledge and
career prospects of the students.
