• Discovered and recommended a subscription plan vs. ala carte purchases for our eBook program
which saved NYLI ~$70,000/year.
• Completely re-designed the NYLI website from a DotNetNuke platform to WordPress at a cost of
$1,450 compared to the previous website which cost NYLI $27,500, saving the organization over
$25,000.
• Implemented a VOIP phone system.
• Led/managed project to completely re-wire NYLI’s physical space for Internet, including project to re-
wire for new tenant space.
• Implemented major technologies including; federated search, Seamless Catalog, widgets, integration
with major ERMs, EZProxy authentication service, Zoho Creator statistics database, MailChimp
newsletters, HD microfilm scanner, LibGuides, designed NYLI’s intranet, etc.
• Created NYLI’s Disaster Recover/Business Continuity Plan and had it in place well before the
