87 Mental Health Client-funded beds with 13 "independent clients" with home care assistance, to an
AHS fully funded 100-client-bed Mental Health Facility.
This experience of creating such a huge change, a much-needed change was a monumental moment
for me in my career in client advocation put to the test.
Requested to take on the role of Project Manager by the Owner and my direct supervisor CEO of
a private multi-level supportive care facility I was tasked from conception to celebratory audit
compliance followed by ribbon cutting cake ceremony, along with the first Patient admission with
family present. Turned out to be a success. We had a foodie celebration, even invited a few MLAs.
Budget for Project :
Came in just under budget, including my novice but rather highly successful advertisement I created
from scratch, which went straight through to being approved.
This advertisement drove capacity up by 23 % in 90 days. I was told this was breaking a record.

Requested to take on the role of Project Manager by the Owner and my direct supervisor CEO of a private multi-level supportive care facility I was tasked from conception to celebratory audit compliance followed by ribbon cutting cake ceremony, along with the first Patient admission with family present. Turned out to be a success. We had a foodie celebration, even invited a few MLAs. Budget for Project : Came in just under budget, including my novice but rather highly successful advertisement I created from scratch, which went straight through to being approved.
