8. Place the bottom sheet, unfold the sheet across
the mattress than unfold from the foot part
toward the head of the bed.
7. Tuck the sheet under the head of mattress on one
side of the bed, miter the corner and the sheet
under the mattress, and moveto the opposite site
of the bed.
8. Place the top sheet/Blanket and tuck the foot part.
9. Open one side of the bed by folding the top covers
back where the patient will be transferred.
10. Put pillow with clean Pillowcase.
11. PrepareWrinkle free bed.
12. Applied proper Body mechanics accurately during
the procedure.
13. PerformHand washing.
