George Frederickson s article, The State of Social Equity in American Public Administration, analyzes
the evolution of social equity in American public administration, outlines examples of the ever
widening social equity gap, and charges public administrators to walk the talk about social equity. In
his thesis statement, Frederickson argues that available data suggest that despite the long history of
public administration and the enormous contribution it has made toward ensuring a more equitable
society, the American society has become less equal in the social, economic, and political life ... Show

the grave consequences of treating the issue of social equity, which is central to these tenets

range for damselfly nymphs then damselfly nymphs will be abundant. The many experiments we
conducted on the creek provided us with crucial findings that showed Steele Creek was in the lower
range of good health . The several experiments we conducted consisted of a: Habitat Survey, Soil
Analysis, Water Analysis and Macro Invertebrate Identification. These tests were restricted to the
