Currently, access to the platform has 18 institutions, and 40 registers of
which there are currently 17 endpoints ,so 17 pairs in use that exchange
data with each other.
Unified Electronic Data Exchange System
Most of the requests are through the information system of social records to
the Ministry of Internal Affairs (mup ) and to the Tax Administration.
One of the important facts of the use of other registers through this system
is that in one day the service of the Central Register of Populations is used
on average 10,000 times, and the service of the Tax administration about
500 times.
For the GSB, the following data is interesting:
Number of requests over the past 5 years are :
• 2019 - 710.535 2020
• 2020 - 1 367 142
• 2021 – 1 539 021
• 2022 - 91,026 - ( cyberattack - systems were not available during that
period)
• 2023 – 2.500 000 requests ( as of 1 September )

• In 2023. more then 32 394 birth certificates that were not taken out for the
purpose of enrollment
• The ability to apply at any time - 24 hours open servis
• Quick analysis of applications at all levels
• Eliminated crowds in institutions
• Saving time and money for citizens and many other benefits
