IMPROVING LEADERSHIP

2. What is Partnership?
It is a relationship resembling a legal union and usually involving close
cooperation between parties having specified and joint rights and
responsibilities.

3. What is Leadership?
It refers to the art of motivating people in an
organization to work towards a common goal.
It is based on ideas which can be a person’s
own or inspired by other leaders.
It is also an art of communicating these ideas
effectively to others and encouraging them to
take up responsibilities and grow both
personally and professionally besides leading
the organization towards success.

4. DIFFERENT TYPES OF LEADERSHIP:

 The leader makes or breaks
decisions democratically, based on
their team’s opinion and feedback.
 Although the leader is the one who
makes the final call, every opinion
counts.

 It is the total opposite of
Democratic Leadership wherein
the opinions of other members
are not considered.

7. 3. Laissez-Faire Leadership
 “Let Them Do It.”

8. 4. Transformational Leadership
It always aims at transforming and
improving functions and capabilities
of both members and the
organization.

9. 5. Bureaucratic Leadership
 It goes by the books.
 Although leaders with this approach
do listen to members and their
opinions, they may negate or reject it,
in case they go against the rules and
regulations.

It is not just to promote LEADERSHIP between and amongst everyone, but
also to become a steward of a haven of peace societies through EQUAL
SHARING OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES in order to attain these
endeavors.

14. 1. Conduct family counseling for parents on responsible parenting. (“Parents are
the heads/leaders of a family and that correct leadership should start with them
for their children to emulate.”)
2. Conducting school team buildings through games for children to enjoy while at
the same time developing leadership in them.
3. Conducting community seminar workshops about right and just leadership, and
how to cope with adversities caused by the latter in order to become effective.
4. Conducting institutionalized seminar workshops on timely and relevant
leadership strategies and methodologies.
5. Participating in global fares and studies about updated trends on efficient and
effective leadership approaches in order to become GLOCALLY (Global-Local)
competitive leader of today and tomorrow.
