It is a relationship resembling a legal union and usually involving close
cooperation between parties having specified and joint rights and
responsibilities.
3. What is Leadership?
It refers to the art of motivating people in an
organization to work towards a common goal.
It is based on ideas which can be a person’s
own or inspired by other leaders.
It is also an art of communicating these ideas
effectively to others and encouraging them to
take up responsibilities and grow both
personally and professionally besides leading
the organization towards success.

The leader makes or breaks
decisions democratically, based on
their team’s opinion and feedback.
Although the leader is the one who
makes the final call, every opinion
counts.

It is the total opposite of
Democratic Leadership wherein
the opinions of other members
are not considered.

It always aims at transforming and
improving functions and capabilities
of both members and the
organization.

It goes by the books.
Although leaders with this approach
do listen to members and their
opinions, they may negate or reject it,
in case they go against the rules and
regulations.
