Please provide a summary of the information detailed throughout this project proposal.
As requested by SITP Ltd, I ve been reviewing and updating the specifications of the Con Man Project
which was originally designed by Endless Journey Ltd in 2006.
The aim of this project is travel without the necessity of the traveler taking numerous documents,
cards etc. As an employee of SITP Ltd, my proposal is to design a credit card sized device that holds
your credit cards, debit cards, gift cards, rewards cards and other important documents, allowing you
to swap from card to card based on your requirements. The owner of the card can store up to 6 cards
on the physical card at one time. You can store an unlimited amount of accounts in the app, and it s as
easy as dragging and dropping to swap which ones are loaded on the card. In order to give better user
experience, the Con Man card will come out to the market with the independent feature.

Failure of the Russian Provisional Government
To a large extent the political predicament in Russia was unsuccessful due to the provisional
government holding power. The provisional government set policies that weren t under the autocratic
government which lead them to be favoured by the people of Russian, an example of these policies
included; freedom of speech, freedom of the press, Immediate preparations for a vote to elect a
constituent assembly consisting of representatives from the whole nation; when formed, the
provisional government will cease to exist and many others (Malone, 2009,P.108). However the
provisional government went back on to their policies and this manifested into the July days. Thru the

made a huge impact on the economy as over 104000 workers loss their jobs (Malone, 2009,P.116)

The Death Of Sickle Cell Disease
The purpose of this essay it to determine whether or not Jonathon Jackson, a 30 year old air traffic
controller whom has been faithful to his company and job for over eight years that has recently
discovered he has sickle cell anemia, should be dismissed from his job regarding his genetic test
results. Sickle cell anaemia is the most severe form of sickle cell disease and is a genetic disease of the
red blood cells (Gibbons, 2015). Red blood cells have a disk like form which allows them the ability
to travel through blood vessels. Although in people with sickle cell, the red blood cells form an
abnormal crescent shape which makes them rigid and sticky as shown in Diagram 3 below. This
causes the sickled cells to get trapped in small vessels which blocks blood from reaching different
parts of the body leading to pain, tissue damage and many more symptoms (University of Utah, 2015).
The term anaemia comes from having a shortage of red blood cells in your blood which occurs
because sickled cells only last up to 10 20 days while normal red blood cells last approximately 120
days. The name sickle comes from an old farm tool known as a sickle as shown in Diagram 4 below
which represents the same shape as curved sickled cells (Petch, 2012). Sickle cell disease affects
millions of people worldwide and is most common in those who have ancestors from Africa, the

Analysis of the Decision
Parker s budgeting decision is a good example of an individual acting with bounded rationality. This
term was introduced by Simon in 1957 (as cited in Tolbert Hall, 2008) to argue that normative models
of decision making, which assume fully rational and objective judgement (Teale, Dispenza, Flynn
Currie, 2003), are unrealistic because human rationality is limited. Parker s judgement may have
seemed rational to him, but it was not rational for the organisation, a subtle distinction about
rationality made by Storing (as cited in Tolbert Hall, 2008). Parker s judgement was also not rational
in that he did not have all available knowledge and awareness of risk, which are the conditions of
normative models (Teale et al, 2003) and the official theory of management (Anthony, as cited in
Teale et al, 2003, p. 14). For example, Parker did not know about the variations in the terrain when he
made his decision, and he also assumed that the assistant workers could work at the same physical rate
that he could. Both of these limitations were factors resulting in a risk to on time task completion.

Ageism also known as age discrimination has an enormous part in our society today. Many people
have experienced discrimination against their age daily, even in schools and workplaces. Why is this
important? Ageism can relate to everyone in the society; managers, employees, teachers, police
officers, principles, etc. For example in a workplace, there are questions you are not allowed to ask
during an interview, to your employees and coworkers, etc. Managers can get in trouble for saying
stuff like you can t do this because your too young , forcing someone to retire due to their age, not
interviewing someone due to their age, As an employer, you cannot be denied a job, training or
promotion, or forced to retire, because of your age, etc.
If you are experiencing age discrimination against you, you can make a human rights complaint by
contacting the human rights tribunal of Ontario. The Ontario Human Rights Code protects people
from discrimination under the ground of age. The Code defines age as 18 years or older However,
persons age 16 or older are protected from discrimination in housing if they are not living with their
parents also you cannot refuse to rent to younger people because you assume they won t be good
tenants.

The debate on whether to sanction Queen Guinevere by death, or not, takes place between the Pope,
King Arthur and Sir Lancelot through letters. Men who are the source of women s suffering are the

Although she is in more social limelight and higher status than other women, she suffers the same
humiliation as they do. She is stripped naked in front of her subjects. The homo social bond among the

Queen Guinevere is the only woman who does not fully conform to what is expected of her. She does
not passively consent to Mordred s intention to inherit her like an item. She makes use of the women s
persuasive power and feigns the desire to look good on their wedding day to pave her way out of
Mordred s captivity. She is the master of flirtation and she knows how to stroke the male ego.
All in all, Queen Guinevere mirrors what the male society expects of her by becoming a nun. She
blames the tragedy which has befallen the Kingdom on the romance. She is unaware that she was only
an instrument of the action but not the agent of it. She is neither an example as a Queen nor as a
woman to the women of her time as well as the readers of the 21st century.

Select Well log upscaling from the Data preparation tab. In well log upscaling window select the
NPHISS log and all wells. After applying the values, go to Petrophysical in property modelling tab.

Water saturation is the key parameter in the reservoir engineering calculations. Geology of the region
and the various rock properties determine the water saturation parameters. The water saturation value
used here is the average of all water saturation values given in the data. From the data the average of

The Environment Of A Soil Ecosystem
A soil ecosystem is composed of both living and non living matter with a diversity of interactions (The
Environmental Literacy Council, N.d.). This is a place where energy and matter are transformed and
transported. Analyses that can be used to assess the functioning of land ecosystems is abiotic
indicators, biological indicators, and atmospheric indicators. Abiotic indicators can include pH,
moisture,and temperature. Soil temperature and moisture are important environmental factors that
affect the conservation and physiology of earthworms (M.L. Presley et al, 1996). Biological indicators
can include earthworms, plants, and leaf litter. Atmospheric indicators include carbon dioxide
emissions. Interactions among these three indicators can also help to assess if the ecosystem is
functioning. It is hypothesized that a functioning ecosystem is related to many types of interactions,
such as earthworms eating leaf litter and leaf litter falling from the plants. It is predicted that IU has
good soil quality based on the fact is is near Jordan River, and there is a diversity of plant life
growing. What is the ecosystem s quality based on the interactions between leaf litter, soil, and
worms? The ecosystem is claimed to be functioning based on the biomass of the earthworms and leaf
litter and the pH, moisture, and temperature of the soil.

Hormonal Causes
Hormonal changes leading to the release of an egg from the ovary and the thickening of the
endometrium in preparation for the fertilized egg do not occur.
Causes of Male Infertility
The main causes of male infertility may include health or medical issues. This includes varicocele,
infections, antibodies in which attack sperm cells, drug use or weight and many more [9].
Varicocele
A varicocele is a swelling of the veins that drain the testicle. It s the most common reversible cause of
male infertility [9].
Infections
Some infections can interfere with sperm production or sperm health or can cause scarring that blocks
the passage of sperm. These include epididymitis (epididymis inflation) and orchitis (testicles) [9].
Antibodies Attacking Sperm
Anti sperm antibodies are immune system cells that mistakenly identify sperm as harmful invaders
and attempt to eliminate them [9].
Illicit Drug Use
Anabolic steroids taken to stimulate muscle strength and growth can cause the testicles to shrink and
sperm production to decrease or mute. Cocaine or marijuana use may also reduce sperm production
[9].

India s Ban On Tobacco Advertising
India in 2001 proposed a ban on tobacco advertisement in an effort to curb tobacco use with
adolescents. It was met with sharp criticism from the tobacco industry. However, some saw it as a
great move by the government in looking after the welfare of its citizens. I hope to explore in the
essay each side s voice as well as deal with the myriad of issues the government faced upon the bans
proposal. Lastly I will give my opinion on what position the government should take. One the main
arguments for this proposed ban was that the tobacco industry was targeting children. In fact citing an
internal documents from the tobacco industry that referred to 14 to 24 year olds as their targets
(Reynold, 2010). Recognizing this report for India was extremely important. Due to the increased
health problems of smoking by targeting a younger age bracket they would effectively increase the
weight the government had to carry when it comes to providing health care for its citizens. The
government also had in its favor the fact that in all but one case smoking use by young people had
decreased when these bans where put in effect. The government s argument for banning tobacco ads
can be summed up pretty simply. They were trying to watching out for the safety of their citizens and
were working toward the betterment of India. The government had the advantage of being able to take
