Gallagher Bluedorn. Annalea Milligan received her Bachelor of Music degree in performance at
Pacific Conservatory of Music, and is currently a first year graduate student pursuing a Master of
Music degree in bassoon performance at University of Northern Iowa. For the first half of the program
she played the bassoon in Rhapsody composed by Willson Osborne and then she was accompanied by
Mariya Akhadjanova on piano playing Variations on Theme of Pergolesi composed by Otmar Nussio
which included I. Arietta, II. Scherzetto, III. Tamburino, IV. Lamento, V. Ostinato, VI. Rapsodia, VII.

A plant s growth ability is dependent on its ability to acquire the resources it needs to survive.
Competition such as interspecific and intraspecific, limiting resources, and population density affect
the fitness level of a plant. This experiment was conducted in order to test the capability of collards
and radishes to grow in manipulated densities under interspecific and intraspecific competition. I
hypothesized that both collard and radish plants will grow more efficiently in single species pots under
low density conditions. I also hypothesized that in the mixed species plots the radishes will be more fit

The high density radish collard pots contained 32 seeds of each species. While our group replicated
this 3x2 design four times to total 24 posts, we incorporated the whole class data. Therefore, there

the teeth to keep the pain away. They used forceps to perform the procedure. By the 1700s dentistry
has become more known as a profession. A French surgeon name Pierre Fauchard came up with the
idea of tooth filling and the use of prostheses (to restore missing parts of teeth and the structures of the
jaw and palate.) He also found that the acids from sugar leads to tooth decay. Later, Baltimore College
of Dental was founded as the first dental college in 1840. Twenty years later, the American Dental
Association was created. In 1869, the first African American to earn a dental degree and the first
female dental assistance was in 1885. Americans didn t start frequently brushing their teeth until after

Tort claims usually involve state law and are based on the legal premise that individuals are liable for

One of the major, most well known tort categories is negligence, which is usually a situation when
someone accidentally does wrong, which in turns causes injury to another person. In a negligent tort
claim the plaintiff must prove four elements to have a successful claim. The first element is duty, a
plaintiff must prove that a duty of care was owed by the the defendant (Lau Johnson, 2011). The
second element is that the defendant breached that duty. The third element is causation. The plaintiff
must also prove an actual connection between the defendant s conduct and the resulting harm. A
casual causation, in which case the defendants actions directly caused the injury, or a proximate

Deciding if there is proximate cause can be more difficult to determine, as it must be concluded that

Mars Journey
It s the year 3012, Jan 2nd. Today we re the third group being sent up into Mars for a mission to find a
colony called Matis. The other two groups that went up to Mars had something go wrong.
Communicating had failed and they never returned. So being the 3rd group going and not knowing
what s going on up there is very nerve wracking. At least we have a different mission then them which
consists of getting samples of the sand and rocks to see if it s even livable. Maybe this why they never
returned.

It could be on the opposite side so we decided to stay together so we don t get lost. After a few
hundred feet we saw the base. We walked the rest of the way there and went inside. We found a lot of
stuff there the place was all trashed as if something was living there. We explored further and was
surprised to find a locked door. We decided to move on and will report it back to NASA later. We still
needed to get our samples.
On our way back we grabbed our samples that are needed for our second mission. It was surprisingly
harder to find a rock than we thought it would be. We found a cave that was made of stone, so we
ended up getting our rock samples from there. As I reported to Brad and Nate I got all of the rock
samples, I saw something out of the corner of my eye. I started to yell for them to run back to the base.
I don t what the creature is but all I do know Is it had white sharp teeth and was the color of the sand.
It was as if it was waiting for us to come there.
We were running back to the base and it was chasing us and was catching up to us. It was slowly
getting harder to run. I then realized my oxygen tank is getting low and it was getting harder to run.
Once we got the base I realized my oxygen tank had a hole in it. I started to freak out that no oxygen
was at the base and my spaceship of 100 s of feet away. Brad and Nate tried to calm me down but it
was too hard to.
