4. Why Primary Leaving Examination (PLE)?
A brief overview of the impact
of stress and pressure on key
stakeholders on Primary
Leaving Examinations
However, one common phenomenon is never addressed at such times; the
mental state or well being of the pupil, the parents, the teachers, the school
owners and any other stakeholders involved!
Many schools, PLE results act as their only source of advertisement and
publicity
Pupils are equally eager and excited to cross over to the other level in their
live.
As parents, having spent 7 years, you are expectant to see how your child
performs at the national level
As mentioned in one of the classes, the one way anyone can cross to Senior
Secondary is through successfully passing their PLE.

9. IN CONCLUSION
There is still need to create spaces where examinations are
looked at not as horror movies but as a pathway to the next level,
whereas parents have higher expectations in school
administrators, it is a collective effort that can enable a pupil to
thrive whether academically or otherwise.
