challenge to improve my overall health. Looking back in the past 4 years, I know that I have
always found myself happiest when I was regularly exercising. Exercising decreased my anxiety

that I wanted to challenge myself to get to my old self, where I had an overall positive energy. I

restaurant. However, all of the factors relate directly to the customer satisfaction and an enjoyable
dining experience. A detailed description of these aspects will now be discussed, along with how to
implement these changes. There are many possibilities for how the materials could be improved.
First, tables and chairs should be maintained at higher standards. This could be improved by setting
time limits on clearing and resetting tables. For example, tables must be cleaned no longer than two
