Difference Between Micro And Macroeconomics
The differences between Macroeconomics and Microeconomics
The two aspects of Macroeconomics and Microeconomics are important factors when considering
an academic approach to economics. The understand their significance it is firstly important to
define these two aspects of economics.
Macroeconomics
This aspect of economics, studies the economy as a whole. Macroeconomics requires a study of
the overall performance of the aggregate economy. This can be achieved by looking key measures
such as GDP, Unemployment rates and inflation, major indicators of the overall performance of the
economy itself. By studying this, it can help economists determine the correct fiscal and monetary
policies that would be required for a country to achieve, or if established, maintain a stable growth.
It is most common in Macroeconomics to use larger variables, which are present in the economy to
determine such growth, if we consider government spending, inflation, employment and
consumption when considering a nation s current and future economic outlook (Investopedia, n.d.).
Microeconomics
While Macroeconomics, discussed above deals with a broad approach to the economy,
Microeconomics is quite different. Instead, microeconomics focuses on key agents of the economy.

What was interesting about the article I found on Business Insider is how, and why these events
can impact microeconomics and that over the weeks to come we may find changes in the market
and certainly the price of oil, according to the article, in the short term. It has been suggested, that
the production, or availability of oil originating in Russia and Iran may be interrupted. This is
likely to be a short change to the market, one of the reasons for this is because Syrian oil

The Theme Of Main Themes In Flowers For Algernon
Flowers for Algernon contains numerous themes throughout Charlie Gordon s journey. Charlie
Gordon the story s protagonist is a 32 year old mentally disabled man who has the opportunity of
a lifetime to undergo very special surgeries which will most likely change his life for the better,
hopefully. This operation has already been preformed on a laboratory mouse named Algernon,
who received astonishing and outstanding results so the doctor is convinced it can alter a human
s disability and help millions of people. The reason Charlie was chosen for this operation is his
teacher Miss. Kinnian who said he was a very hard worker and valuable aspect. After the operation
Charlie s intelligenceincreased rapidly and soon became a genius. Charlie... Show more content on

The second thing Keyes asserts is Algernon, without the operation Algernon would just be a
normal mouse eating and sleeping, doing what all other pet mice do, but with the surgery,
Algernon became important, he was the foundation and test subject for the experiment and there
was a more important point in his life, but Algernon did eventually decline and pass away, the
experiment had many problems and questions to be solved but Algernon helped answer a few of
these concerns. Algernon also served as a friend and representation of Charlie, this is due to the
fact that both Algernon and Charlie were the only ones who received this special surgery by the
same doctor, in a sense they both were connected. Charlie really loved Algernon and Algernon
sort of understood that, he and Charlie were connected mentally and physically, with the
operation this bond would not have been possible so this whole operation helped Charlie receive
a good friend not a regular companion. The final example Keyes provides is Charlie Gordon s
progress reports, at first, Charlie wrote incorrectly and with no emotion, bland, but after the
operation, he wrote correctly and with feelings because he was experiencing life, he felt sadness, a
bit of happiness and love, something he could not have felt without the surgery, people may argue
that he was sad and that is bad, but without those emotions

Leader Analysis: Winston Churchill
Winston Churchill was arguably one of the most significant political leaders in the last century. A
soldier, athlete, author, reporter, British politician, and international statesman, Churchill is best
known as the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 1940 1945. He organized and guided
British resistance against Nazi Germany s effort to subdue the European Continent and heavily
influenced the subsequent and much larger allied war effort that was eventually victorious over the
axis powers. This paper will briefly ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
In 1915 he presided over the most significant political and military defeat of the war the Gallipoli
campaign. Churchill, in searching for an alternative to the statement on the Western Front in
France, advocated for an attack from a different direction to force the Germans to fight on multiple
fronts he chose to fight at Gallipoli on the Dardanelles Peninsula of Turkey. Gallipoli was a disaster
and Churchill resigned in its aftermath. Out of government, he successfully lobbied for
reinstatement of his Army commission and a command in France. For six months he commanded
the 6th Battalion of the Royal Scots Fusiliers in the trenches. After his command was reorganized
and eliminated, he returned to the Liberal Asquith government as Minister of Munitions, Secretary
of State for War, and Secretary of State for Air. After the war, Churchill again switched parties and
served as Chancellor of the Exchequer in the Conservative government of Stanley Baldwin. After a
ten year absence from leadership, Churchill was again appointed First Lord of the Admiralty on the
outbreak of World War II. Culminating in 1940, with the resignation of Neville Chamberlain, he
was appointed to his first term as Prime Minister.
In the following paragraphs, I will analyze Churchill the leader and the characteristics of his
leadership style using our framework for transformational leaders. Addison offers that, Winston

The Adventures Of Samuel Clemons
The Adventures of Samuel Clemons What if I told you Mark Twain was not a real person and
he never wrote the novel The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn? Samuel Clemons was his real
name and Mark Twain was just his pen name. Clemons was cursed with death starting early in
life. When he was young many of his relatives died and was not properly educated. As an adult,
Clemons was able to write many famous novels and some lesser known poems. He raised a
family of his own, but would also suffer from financial problems. When he passed, many of his
family went with him. He is still remembered today as one of the best writers of his generation.
He wrote a poem, that he named To Jennie that was very true to the time it was written. Samuel
Clemons had a full life, stood his ground against all of his challenges, and had many memorable
experiences. Samuel Langhore Clemons had very unique experiences starting early in life. His
childhood was not the easiest; he was not properly educated and death surrounded him. He also
had to begin working at age twelve. This would all carve out his path to becoming one of the best
writers of his generation. Samuel was born on November 30, 1835 in a small town named Florida,

1950 s Double Helix
In the 1950 s many scientists were trying to study and find the structure of DNA. Early before
the 1950 s the work of pioneers had discovered DNA. Scientists began to wonder what else is the
DNA made up of and what is it s structure. Many competed to discover the DNA. It just so
happens in 1953 two men succeeded in their goal. James Watson and Francis Crickmade a mark in
the history of science. On this day February 28, 1953 Watson and Crick made the discovery of a
double helix in the DNA.
Studying DNA is understanding how genes process within new cells. It helps discover the genetic
code and protein synthesis. DNA has a complex structure simple enough to be discovered. The

They shared some of the same ideas on how they could solve the problem. The two men had very
different personalities, they respected each other s work and became very good friends. Through
this friendship Watson and Crick came up with an idea of testing their theory of how the DNA
molecule might fit together by using stick ball models. Even though their first attempt failed, they
didn t give up. In addition to the stick ball models, Watson and Crick used x ray pictures to give
them ideas for the structure.
There were two scientists that were experts in taking these x ray pictures. Watson and Crick used
pictures taken by Rosaline Franklin and Maurice Wilkins to gain some valuable information.
Within two years of starting their study Crick and Watson were able to put together an accurate
model of the DNA structure. The double helix model shape would eventually help scientist all over
the world learn more about genetics. DNA is composed of nucleotide deoxyribose sugar a phosphate
group and four nitrogen. Phosphate and sugar link to form a polymer x ray provided the final clue
of DNA. DNA molecule is a double helix shaped of a structure like a twisted ladder. The ladder is
formed from pairs of nitrogen bases A, T, C, and

Lolita In Tehran
The fight for freedom is the fight that people of the past and the present are trying to win. A
fight where the result are endless options. In the texts I have a dream by Martin Luther King Jr,
Persepolis 2 by Marjane Satrapi, and Reading Lolita in Tehran by Azar Nafisi the demand for
freedom is shown through the thoughts and worries of the people. Martin Luther King Jr
believes that people of colors haven t really been given freedom, even though they re no longer
slaves. In his speech Luther King made a very important point about what we define as freedom
. But one hundred years later, the Negro still is not free: one hundred years later, the life of the
Negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination
(King 48). This paragraph illustrates the point that freedom is not given, but something we have
to fight for, a prime example is the people of colors in America. He also said that there will be no

To obtain a degree in criminal psychology one must take courses within the psychology department.
Accredited Psychology programs require supervised fieldwork, giving the students a chance to
engage with criminals to evaluate and diagnose them. Once earning the doctoral degree one must
obtain a license. To achieve the license, usually one is required to complete supervised,
postdoctoral clinical work, pass a licensing examination, pass an ethics test and have no criminal
record. A criminal Psychologist might work in a number of different settings, including private
practice, corrections offices and law enforcement agencies where one can see patients. I would
consider choosing Georgetown University for my future studies because it has a unique setting, it
s a private school which means smaller student bodies, and the fact that their acceptance rate is
very low intrigues me to challenge myself, and engage into a demanding, exasperating and
fascinating journey. Georgetown would be the perfect fit for me because it offers a major and
minor in psychology and an undergraduate and their graduate program offers a five year program

Comcast Universal Merger Case Study
Company and Situation
In December 2009, Comcast announced its intent to acquire a majority stake in the media
conglomerate NBC Universal from General Electric (GE). The planned acquisition was subject to
scrutiny from activists and government officials; their concerns primarily surrounded the potential
effects of the vertical integration that the acquisition could create, as Comcast is also heavily
involved in cable television and internet services in many media markets. The deal went through,
resulting in Comcast owning 51% of the company until March 2013, when GE divested its stake to
give Comcast sole ownership.
Comcast CEO Brian L. Roberts described the deal as a perfect fit for the company, as Comcast
would be able to bolster its role as a creator and distributor of content, with a particular emphasis on
multiplatform anytime, anywhere media that American consumers are demanding ; increasing
access to NBC owned content through various platforms. The deal would also add Comcast s own
cable channels to NBCU s existing suite of cable networks, contributing to 82% of the merged
company s total revenue. Despite the focus ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Ownership remained split at 51% to 49% for four years. Then, on February 12, 2013, Comcast

The acquisition was completed March 19, 2013. The video marketplace has changed structurally
with or without Comcast NBC acquisition. More and more videos, programs and advertisements
are displayed on the Internet, not the traditional media channel, television. The video business

How General Relativity Affects Humanity
Aaron Peters
Mrs. Smith
Language Arts

General Relativity
General relativity affects people today, whether they are an astronaut or a zoologist. To understand
general relativity, one must know how spacetime works, how black holes affect it, and how it
affects humanity.
General relativity is the idea that everything is made out of spacetime and that mass affects
spacetime. One way to describe spacetime is by using a metaphor of a rubber sheet. The
metaphor goes like this: a rubber sheet is stretched between two boards. A ball placed on it would
bend the rubber sheet. Spacetime is like that rubber sheet and the ball is anything of mass. A ball
placed on the rubber sheet would roll towards the mass, which stimulates ... Show more content on

Because bent spacetime takes longer to climb, time passes slower the closer we are to mass. This is
not related to gravity, it is purely time itself being affected. For example, if one were standing on
top of Mount Snowdon, it would only take 1/10^14 of a second less time to drink a cup of tea than
it would at sea level (Stannard 83 89, Chaisson 39, Hawking 86 92).
The more things pull on you, the longer things take to happen. This can be very extreme, for
example, if one was standing on top of a black hole it would take infinitely long for one to die
even though someone watching would see her or him die instantaneously. This is again caused by
the warping of spacetime, and that black holes warp spacetime enough to extend time to a standstill
(Hawking 147 151, 160).
Although black holes are seen as a gap in space from a distance, they are not actually black as
the name implies: they give off light from absorbing hydrogen and helium. The cloud of hydrogen
and helium surrounds the black holes, which is often joined by nearby stars and planets. These
clouds are proof of black holes being almost the reverse of a normal star: instead of creating matter
to make energy, they destroy matter to make energy (94, Hawking

How Did The Odyssey Influence Greek Culture
From having read The Epic of Gilgamesh before The Odyssey there are a few parallels that can
be seen between both books. Since The Odyssey was written nearly a thousand years after The
Epic of Gilgamesh I wondered what other influences were incorporated into The Odyssey. It s
mentioned within the Gods and Goddesses Documentary that Greece was constantly adapting its
religious views as a result of the constant invasions and cultural diffusion between other Ancient
civilizations at that time. The video then further states that the gods and goddesses of Greek culture
are not solely created by the Greeks themselves, but the people who migrate and assimilate into
their culture as well. It was after watching this video that I decided to start researching to see what
other influences are contained within The Odyssey.... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Even the great poet Homer can t manifest every idea of the polytheistic religion of the Greeks by
himself. This type of story takes time and collaboration through multiple generations of Greek
culture and the diversity within this culture. Griffin further explains that Greek influence lies in the
ancient north from the Germanic, Celtic, Latin, and Iranian people. The Aryans being another
influence, brought along their language and religion. The Aryans were arguably the biggest
influence on Greek culture due to their access to trade routes with kingdoms of the east which
include Mesopotamia and Egypt. The plot of Odysseus is common among the ancient traditions
that influence Greek culture: The story of the hero who is dishonored and avenges himself on his
own companions, and the story of the hero whose wife is best by other men while he is away on
his adventures, so that he must return in time to reclaim her and take his vengeance, (Griffin,

The Theme Of Power In Jurassic Park
According to Dictionary.com science fiction film is defined as a genre that uses speculative,
fictional science based depictions of phenomena that are not fully accepted by mainstream
science, such as extraterrestrial lifeforms, alien worlds, extrasensory perception and time travel,
along with futuristic elements such as spacecraft, robots and much more (Dictionary). Scientific
fiction films tell the story of scientific creations and how they impact society. As the creations are
made, the films show the destructions of each creation and where things go wrong with each
product that is made. The film, Jurassic Park was released in 1993 after the release of the book
in 1990 (BookRags). The film is about a group of people who were chosen to tour an island
themed park that is populated by dinosaurs. In the film are are several themes which make the film

Charter Schools Vs. School Schools
To quote Jonathan Stith, Where you see the charters providing an avenue of escape for some, it
hasn t been for the majority, (Zernike 4). In some cities charter schools are educating more that half
the students in some American cities (Zernike 1). These charter schools make promises to parents
and students that are hard to pass up in many cities, where public educationis lacking and private
education is out of reach for many. Charterschools exist all across America, in forty two states and
Washington D.C.(Oliver). These charter schools promise choice, opportunities for better and
safer education, as well as strive to to close the achievement gap occurring in schools across
America. (Oliver). The question is: are charter schools living up to this promise? I believe that
many charter schools are failing to follow through on these promises and, that changes should be
made in order to provide a more genuine source of educational opportunity to students across
America. The first promise of charter schools I would like to focus on is that on choice. While
charter schools offer a lot of choice there is still no good choice (K Zernike 1.) Charter schools
typically pop up most frequently in urban areas often where they are unneeded. Charter schools
will set up wherever space is available, sometimes within blocks from each other according to Kate
Zernike, making it easier to find a charter schoolthan to buy a carton of milk, (K Zernike 1). A good
example of this is in

The Characterization of Miss Brill in Miss Brill by...
In the Bedford Introduction to Literature, Characterization is defined as ... the process by which a
writer makes that character seem real to the reader (2126). In order to do this a writer has multiple
tools at their disposal that add to the depth of a character and simplify roles in a story. This includes
the use of Protagonists and Antagonists, static and dynamic characters, showing and telling, and
motivated and plausible action, as well as many others. The short storyMiss Brill by Katherine
Mansfield is no exception to this and displays the main characterof Miss Brill as the protagonist,
who is confronted with the reality of her existence.
In order to bring us closer to Miss Brill, Mansfield uses the technique of showing, by ... Show more

This is also a nice example of the fore mentioned method of showing, allowing the reader to draw
the conclusion of the situation alone.
One of the most vital elements of the story though is the classification of Miss Brill as a dynamic
character. Being a dynamic character entail that the knowledge about the character grows and that
some kind of change takes place because of the action occurring in the plot. In Miss Brill this
hinges on the fact that Miss Brill spends her time alone, with almost no actual human contact. Her
only means of living life is through that of those around her, she watches their actions, listens to
their conversations and acts like a hidden parasite, drawing her own meaning in life by observing
others, or as she put it ... there was always the crowd to watch (Mansfield 259).
The tragedy of the story rests in that she does not see herself as this. She describes some of the
other people in the park as ... they were nearly always the same, Sunday after Sunday, and Miss
Brill had often noticed there was something funny about nearly all of them. They were odd, silent,
nearly all old, and from the way they stared they looked as though they d come just come from
dark little rooms or even even cupboards! (Mansfield 259), this is exactly what she is. Not only

just going out for runs. Since I know that medical school is a very busy place, I figure that I
would be able commit to run at least 5 days per week. Methods I would lose 10 pounds by
running at least 5 times per week. The progress and the success of this goal would be measured
based on how much weight I lose as I get toward the end of the 4 months time period. This was
an attainable goal, since I have had previous experience in running. Running is important to me
because overall it improves not just my weight but also my moods and gives me overall peace. At

Running was great and I was able to follow 5 days per week for the first two weeks before I went
off. Even though the running has not gone as expected, I figured that I could still try to meet the
expectation of 10 pounds by altering my diets. So now I include more vegetables, eat 3 times and
snake in between per meal. I have been trying to improve my mood by sleeping more, which
means basically getting 8 hours per night. But once exams have settled down I am hoping to pick

Ken Kesey Counterculture
Ken Kesey: The Man at the Vanguard of the Psychedelic Counterculture The infamous Abbie
Hoffman once said, The 60s are gone, dope will never be as cheap, sex never as free, and the

the civil rights movement, anti war became en vogue, and the beatles took over the world.
However, literature was also experiencing one of its greatest heights.
The beat movement was in full swing, however, it was about to crash head on into the hippie

How Did Israel s Food Rations Contribute To The Creation...
THE DIVISION OF ISRAEL
Under the reign of Solomon, Israel reached great economic and political heights along with its
security and prosperity. Solomon was renowned for his wisdom, wealth and building projects, but
with these projects came heavy taxes and harsh labour on his people. After his death, the kingdom
was divided into two separate kingdoms, north and south. The biblical record accounts for the
division as a consequence for him staying from God, but his tax and labour laws and new
administrative districts also lead to friction within his people. The immature leader that followed
him amplified this friction.
One of the contributing factors to the division was the heavy tax imposed on the people. This
came in the form of food rations for both the Kings court. The writer of kings records the
massive daily provisions of the king s palace, which included milled flour and livestock. The 12
new administrative provided these rations monthly. This caused major angst within the country as
Judah was excluded from providing rations. Along with providing rations for Solomon, the people
had to supply wheat and olive oil for the King Hiram of Tyre, who provided timber for the Temple
of the Lord. These heavy taxes cause an extensive burden of the realm and caused major fractures

Essay on Franklin D Roosevelt
Franklin D. Roosevelt
In the 1932 election, the Democrat Franklin Delano Roosevelt collected 57.4 percent of the
popular vote to easily defeat the republican opponent, Herbert Hoover. He strove to be a symbol
of confidence and a new hope for the nation, declaring in his inauguration day speech on March 4,
1933, quot;the only thing we have to fear is fear itself quot; (Norton, p.727). By incorporating this
theory into politics, he attempted to pick America off the ground, and set America back on track
with two sets of programs called the First and Second New Deals.

date another very important piece of legislature was passed, the National Industrial Recovery Act,
which created the National Recovery Administration (NRA) to manage the recovery of the industry
and finance economies (McElvaine, p.112).
Among many agricultural measures, the creation of the AAA stood out as the most important.
Under the leadership of Secretary of Agriculture Henry Wallace and AAA head Chester Davis, the
AAA controlled the production of crops, and thus prices, by offering subsidies to farmers who
produced under set quotas (Leuchtenburg, p.121). This funding was financed by a tax on food
processors, which transferred to high prices for processed goods for consumers (Leuchtenburg,
p.121).
The major act in the industrial and finance area was the creation of the NRA. The NRA brought
together representatives of the nation s major industries, who together drafted codes of fair
competition (McElvaine, p.113). Under its head administrator, Hugh Johnson, the NRA established
the regulations that held industry together during the New Deal.

The Flamingo Rising Character Analysis Essay
Changes in life I just really don t like being the center of attention that much. It s kind of ironic.
Whether it means giving a speech in front of an audience or dancing on a stage, no one likes it.
However, in the novel, The Flamingo Rising, Larry Baker introduces Louise, a different type of
person that will do anything to be the center of attention. In Larry Baker s novel, Louise and her
brother, Abraham Isaac, start their first day at school at the age of twelve. Louise s limp becomes
obvious because she is nervous. As the class stares at her, she overcomes this nervousness and takes
control of the situation. In the novel, The Flamingo Rising, Larry Baker clearly shows that Louise s

It s apparent that Louise s identity has changed from being a shy and isolated girl to someone
that wants to have power. In addition, Louise s desire for attention affects how she acts at school
and at the Flamingo. On her first day at school, she asked her teacher is this where I sit? (38)
even though her teacher clearly stated that seconds ago. She did this not only to draw the
embarrassment away but to show something else, her figure. At school, she is considered one
of the most popular girls in school because she has breasts (38); the figure of a mature woman.
Also, Louise works the concession stand, which is located in the middle of the Flamingo. The
concession stand is the place where everyone goes to buy food, drinks, and basically anything
one can get at a movie theatre. Since this is located in the middle of the Flamingo, there is a lot
of attention there. And who works there? Louise does! It can be seen that Louise wants to be the
center of attention. Also, because Abraham and Louise are twins, they have to share some things.
One thing Louise hates to share is their birthday. When their birthday is on the same day, it
means that their party will be on the same day. One day will not be dedicated to Abraham nor will
one day be dedicated to Louise. In the novel, Louise is surprised to hear that Abraham asked her
what she will do on her birthday.

Analysis of Jonathan SwiftВґs A Modest Proposal Essay
Poverty has been a problem not only in Texas or the United States, but all over the world. Many
types of individuals have addressed this topic for years, raised money, volunteered, but still, as
much as there s said and done, the issue hasn t been fazed a bit. From Jonathan Swift s Modest
Proposal, he clarifies the poverty issued throughout Ireland in the early 1700 s and how one
suggestion could change it all. Elaborated from the Literary Reference Center, A Modest Proposal,
like Gulliver s Travels, transcends the political, social, and economic crisis that gave birth to it,

As the audience continues to read The Modest Proposal, they see that maybe he isn t joking, that
he really wants to eat the babies and start a new fashion trend. To make things more believable,
he states times of the year when the babies are just right, they re not too done or underdone.
Swift specifies that the little ones fattened up would be delicacies at banquets, christenings, or
any special celebration. From the book itself, Swift states that, The skin that is left from the
infants carcasses could be used for ladies gloves and men s boots... the carcasses can be sold for
a decent price to any and all. Many kings, queens, higher lords, and upper class take this proposal
as a suitable option. Some even tended to make breeding farms for women to make scrumptious
little darlings over and over again until their time of birthing was done. Did this really happen, you
say? Did it even fall through and decrease poverty?
All in all, Swift addressed the issue in a way that no one would have thought. In the end, he wasn t
being serious about harvesting the little ones and digesting them, but simply letting everyone open
their eyes and see what was going around in their small community of Ireland. Some might say
Swift was sick, crazy, but he was simply genius. Using this strategic option created ways for people
to set forth and fix the problem. Just like himself,

How Does Wuthering Heights Change Throughout The Novel
In many books, the settings and characters often relate to each other. Wuthering Heights by Emily
BronteМ€ exemplifies this concept perfectly in the way the houses compare to the main characters.
Wuthering Heights is the story of love and revenge between its characters. In BronteМ€ s
Wuthering Heights, settings are reflected in the temperaments of these main characters: Heathcliff,
Edgar Linton, and Catherine Earnshaw.
First, in the novel Wuthering Heights, the character Heathcliff reflects the house Wuthering
Heights. The first way Heathcliff s attributes mirror the features of Wuthering Heights is Heathcliff
s incessant aggressive, bad mood. Wuthering Heights, when seen in the novel, always seems to be
having turbulent weather. Heathcliff s aggression directly compares to the aggression of the
weather there. The second way Heathcliff and Wuthering Heights relate is their resemblance of
physical traits. Heathcliff over time does not age very well. Similarly, the house is not kept up, is
always a mess throughout the book, and is described as rustic looking by Nelly, The apartment and
furniture would have been nothing extraordinary as belonging to a homely, northern farmer with a
stubborn countenance (BronteМ€ 3). The third way that Heathcliff and Wuthering Heights are
alike is their low level in society, so to speak. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

MacDonald stated in Allan Smith s essay, American mass culture continued to operate as an
assimilative force, seeking to maintain social stability while gradually merging people of different
backgrounds into the cultural mainstream (Smith, p2). What MacDonald is trying to say is that
movie producers can t just throw the huge movie roles out to black film stars. White people might
not take it very well and possibly get the impression that minorities will never amount to
anything, nor be a large portion of the population. In the late 1970 s, the hit movie Roots took
the country by storm serving as an icebreaker for minorities getting into the movie industry. It
showed the world that a movie consisting of all black actors could still be a very popular movie.
Even though it revolved around the concept of slavery, once Roots came out, minorities started
to show up more and more in films. In the years to come, this trend would become more and
more of a standard in America s mainstream culture. In the late 1980 s a film entitled Lethal
Weapon came out. In this movie, a black man is shown having the family and being the successful
one, while Mel Gibson, the white man, plays the role of the suicidal lunatic after the death of his
new wife. This movie was one of the first few movies where this kind of thing was going on. Just
for laughs, the two would make fun of each other and make somewhat racist assumptions about

The Conflict Of Indian Muslims
Communities are established upon the foundations of shared language, geography and history, not
solely religion. An example of failed attempt to build a nation on the basis of religion is
Israel . Since Jews settled there from all over the globe, with difference ethnicities, backgrounds and
languages etc., the country is engaged in constant internal conflict and disagreements, which has
made it clear that nations cannot be built upon the basis of religion.
On the other hand the two nation ideology stated that Muslims and Hindus in the Indian
subcontinent are two separate nations with their prime identity being religion. The ideology was a
founding principle of Pakistan Movement. Defining an ideology in which religion was a
determining factor of Indian Muslims was coined by Jinnah who declared it as an awakening of
Muslims to create a separate country.
But what is ideology? It is characterized as a collective set of principles, ideas and moral values
that constitute the goals and aspirations of a society, group, or person; it shapes their actions and
motives for the future and gives meaning to their lives. The concept of ideology is present in
everything from politics to sociology.
As the world changes, older and widely accepted ideologies are brought to question and when
established beliefs are challenged, it leads to heated disagreements and a lot of confusion as it

Loyalty In Macbeth
The Tragedy of Macbeth is a play by the famous playwright, William Shakespeare. William
Shakespeare s plays are known for his character s dramatic aspects and how they are portrayed in
the play towards the reader or onlooker. Macbeth illustrates importance of Kingship and Natural
Order. In Macbeth the notion of honor is of one s word and loyalty to one s superior, in this case
the king, King Duncan. Despite of this, Macbethdisplays defective relationships that loyalty is
essential to the relationship. By killing his comrade and friend, Banquo, Macbeth shows that he is
untrustworthy and his egocentric mind. By killing his king and relative, Duncan, Lady Macbeth
and Macbeth reveal their ambitiousness toward the hierarchy. Upon hearing the report of Macbeth

* Oxygen saturation (SpO2) is a measurement of the percentage of hemoglobin molecules
carrying a full load of oxygen. Oxygenated hemoglobin (HbO2) absorbs more infrared light than
red light, while deoxygenated hemoglobin (Hb) absorbs more red light. By comparing the
relative amounts of different light absorbed, the oxygen saturation (SpO2) can be determined. *
However, there are some possible causes of erroneous readings: Motion artifact: Movement
(shivering or tremors) or improper fit of the sensor can cause erroneously low readings.
Hypotension (due to cardiac arrhythmias, blood loss or peripheral vascular disease) and
peripheral vasoconstriction (caused by hypothermia, smoking or sickle cell disease) can alter
readings. Smoke inhalation or carbon monoxide poisoning can cause high levels of
carboxyhemoglobin and also skew pulse oximetry readings. Response delay: A technical
limitation that requires additional time to detect hypoxemia (SpO2 less than 90 percent). The
length of delay can be affected by poor sensor site perfusion and vasoactive drugs. * Sensors are
sized according to weight and it is important to select the correct size to avoid reading errors. The
sensor site should be assessed regularly for skin breakdown, cyanosis, pulse rate and temperature. *
Pulse oximetry is not recommended in the following situations:

Rhetorical Analysis Of Toyota
Being in a spiralling economy, the automobile industry must step up their games to produce
attractive advertisements. Creativity is crucial to attract potential buyers and gain more sales. To
target specific prospects through ads, the automobile industry usually apply rhetoric concepts to
enhance their product s appeal in every way, and not just purely on the automobiledesigns. As men
are the main target audience, car ads are usually being advertised as appealing and dangerous.
Nevertheless, there are other important aspects to be highlighted as well, which can be perfectly
marketed with certain rhetoricaspects. Although automobile ads always target the male audience,
the industry also understands how partners or family can influence in purchase... Show more content

Toyota reminds the audience to always pay close attention to their surroundings and the system
effectiveness is dependent on many factors, which shows that it has its limitations. From this
perspective, some may argue on how it is quiet contradict to their effort to show the
effectiveness of the brake in unexpected situation, as the reliability has its limitations.
Therefore, it can be said that Toyota cars can be used by everyone and everywhere, however, the
attitude of the driver is still very important. Looking at how the commercial emphasize on the
calmness and the family being the passengers, for instance, the mother looking back to check out
on the son after the near death experience or the pre collision, Toyota is trying to show how
important it is to take safety measure seriously as the driver is responsible over the life of others
passengers. The emotional aspect from this scenario might not be magnified into a tensely or
panicking mode, yet subtly leaves an impact to the audience to always care about other people in
the car and the external surrounding. Toyota is proving that their vehicle is safe for family use,
and while they will keep manufacturing better designs and systems for their users, the driving
attitude is important too. The ad does not show reckless driving of any sort, to prove that even
when we drive at a slow pace, accidents can still happen and can be caused by external factors.
Therefore, with a good driving attitude and Toyota vehicles, the risk can be

The Reign Of Alexander The Great
Alexander the Great In 338 BC Phillip II of Macedonia, became ruler of Greece after a lengthy
battle. Phillip s plans to war against Persia were cut short when he was assassinated in 336 BC.
Speculation suggest that Phillip s previous wife, Olympias and his son Alexander may have
been involved in the assassination plot. The murder had taken place after Olympias and
Alexander were forced out of Macedonia once Phillip had remarried Cleopatra, who was much
younger. In the wake of his father s death, 20 year old Alexander III of Macedonia seized the
throne. The reign of Alexander the Great (336 323 BC) would change Asia and Europe forever.
As the crowned ruler Alexander was not in competent, he had received some of the finest
education, including tutoring by great philosopher Aristotle. While still just a teen Alexander had
become a soldier. In 338, Alexander took charge of the Companion Calvary and assisted his father
in defeating the Athenian and Theban armies. After becoming the feudal ruler of Macedonia
Alexander didn t automatically gain complete control. Once he had support of the Macedonian
army the troops helped Alexander eliminate any other possible heirs to the throne. After that was
accomplished, Alexander had to persuade the Greeks to recognize him as ruler. He did this by
sending his army south and destroying the city of Thebes. That massacre took all of 3 days. His
intimidation tactic proved beneficial, other city states quickly chose to pledge their alliance

The Causes For The Emergence Of Speech
The Causes for the Emergence of Speech in Humans
By
Fazrurnaguib Paharuddin
Since the beginning of time, humans utilized the mechanism of speech to interact with each other
and to gain specific needs and benefits. The emergence of Homo sapiens finally revolutionized the
way humans achieve what they wants. Humans are assumed as a magnificent creature and
consequently each cultures has its own tale on how we became exist and prominent on the Earth
(Long, 1963). Speech and language are among the pivotal keys to the purposes of social
communication. In this paper, I will discuss about the foundation of speech in humans.
The study of this topic is hard and controversial because there is no direct evidence linking the
reasons and the theories. For this reasons, scholars from many different areas have come up with
varieties of ideas and speculation to resolve the causes and the chain events of reactions that lead
to the emergence of speech in humans. Humans extraordinary ability to make use of the mouth for
speech caused scholars to deduce that this evolution is a compelling progression (Fitch, 2000). To
get the matter at hand precise and concise, I will select a few theories that I found fascinating and
analyze them. The advantages and disadvantage of these theories will be looked at to determine
which of them best answers the real justification of the development of speech in humans.
First, we have a theory proposed by Max MГјller in his lectures in 1861. He claimed two

Descriptive Essay About Tinker Bell
The bearing summer heat shines down on us. My black wool socks absorb the heat, making my
feet feel sticky like gum. My dance shoes hug my toes. Not the sweet, grandma type hug, but
more of a strangling and choking squeeze. The actors next to me are suffering as well. I hope our
stage makeup doesn t sweat off. I whisper to my neighbor Boy, it sure is hot today. The boy next
to me has a bandana tied around his head hiding his short, wispy tan hair. When the show is over

Suddenly, a small, sparkly girl glistens pass our handmade ship we are leaning on. It s Tinker Bell. I
can hear her tiny voice interact with the audience, introducing our story. The other fairies raise
their delicate voices crescending to the final not of the song. A half hour, the sun ticking a wy
like a clock in the sky.... Heh. That reminds me of the Tic Toc Croc. The actress who portrays
this character wears a ginormous croc costume, which is most likely a million degrees. That
does not dent her kindred spirit though. She always dab at the end of her song. Hey! It s our
cue! taps my neighbor Jenny. I stand up and focus my senses under my eyepatch. Soon our song
begins. We burst out of the ship in a chorus like fashion chanting: Yo ho, Yo ho, a pirate s life for

Charlestown Light Display
It s the time of the year where people turn yards into a giant light displays. In many town squares
people create an electric winter wonderland by creating light displays that are set up in amazing
patterns to make props of anything that is relative of Christmas, scenes from famous Christmas
movies, famous Christmascharacters, or Characters that have a cartoon or movie. have speakers
that play Christmas music, and setting lights to turn on or off to make a part. In Scottsburg sadly
we have a display, but its not interactive or impressive as other towns.
There are some alternatives to the crisis of wanting a good display you can visit these local
displays that you will enjoy. In Charlestown they have a fully automated light display with music,
lights, and fake snow machines almost every year. Each year there is something new added to the
display making it even better than before. The lights that are in the display are centered in the park
in the square, but they put the lights not only in that one space in the park but on surrounding
buildings. The Charlestown ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

The War on Gun Control Essay
Gun Control War We are no stranger to gun control debate and controversy here in the U.S. We
hear of gun deaths, mass and school shootings on the news on a daily basis. Is it safe to say that
the U.S. needs permanent gun control laws to protect its citizens or would it be in violation the
constitution? The second amendment was written by our founding fathers back in 1791 in a day
where it was common for any citizen to own a weapon. Many times we tend to misinterpret our
rights as well as we do with guncontrol laws. As George Washington once said A free people
ought not only to be armed, but disciplined . Have we shown ourselves to be disciplined enough to
have the right to bear arms or have we not, which would explain the massive... Show more content

This made it easier to control the distribution of guns in the U.S. For many U.S. citizens Gun
Control laws and regulations is a violation to their inalienable rights. It has been fought in court
various times and both sides make valid points. One of the most popular cases id The District Of
Columbia vs. Heller in this case The District of Columbia Did not allow the use of handguns and
would not allow anyone to carry a gun without a license. They brought in different people to
testify and state their purposes, most of which were of self defense This once again put under
the same question of it being unconstitutional. If you think to yourself would you want a person
walking around in the streets with a gun at all? Would a person walking around with a gun on
the street with the proper license make a difference? It only takes one person to ask this question
and raise others. This has been happening recently over the years here in the U.S. dealing with it
court cases and debates over this topic. In the case of the Trayvon Martin Shooting a young man
of the age of 17 was shot and killed by George Zimmerman. George Zimmerman was a leader of
his neighborhood watch and was licensed to carry a handgun. George Zimmerman claimed to have
been attacked and shot in self defense. How was any of this to be believed when there was only

environment. She remained focused on the citizens of her city. In an effort to create an
environment that would keep Atlanta in a real limelight. Her priority was to balance the city s

education, homelessness, ethics reform, going green, infrastructure development is unmatched.
After serving the city of Atlanta as Mayor, Shirley continued to serve the citizens through

Energy Drinks Market
Energy Drinks Red Bull
What are energy drinks? Cola and coffee drinks have long been promoted and known as energy
drinks meant to give you a little pick me up, mostly in the form of caffeine and sugar. Jolt Cola in
the 80s was one of the early entries in the energy drink market, with double the caffeine of normal
colas, it was marketed towards teens and college students as a way to get an energy edge and
keep you awake and energized. Their slogan, in fact, was twice the caffeine . Jolt has in fact
recently been reincarnated given the success of other energy drinks. What are the most popular
energy drinks? Red Bull, created by an Austrian company, really defined the category, and was
launched in Europe in the late 1980s. Their ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
It is actually 70% real fruit juice (and 100% energy as they claim!). They were the first to use the
16oz larger size, and this has caught on and become the standard. Only Red Bull continues to
market the smaller cans, which is part of their image.
While the UK is certainly not the only market in Europe where energy and sports drinks are big
business nor indeed is it the large
Bars and clubs remain important outlets for energy drinks across Europe Many people will try an
energy drink brand for the first time in a bar, with or without alcohol there is a growing trend
towards everyday consumption as a source of energy.
This in itself throws up other challenges not least how the brands, and the stores that sell them,
distinguish themselves from each other. This has led to a range of new products, which
differentiate themselves from Red Bull through packaging, or colour, or taste, or through what they
contain, said Hall. Consumers are increasingly knowledgeable, and they understand more and more
about the ingredients in these drinks, so if the science is good, it can be a real selling point.
Sports drinks are perhaps a case in point. They are generally linked with energy drinks, and indeed
have a number of similarities in terms of functionality and target audience. Yet they are generally
consumed in different situations they are unlikely to be consumed in a bar, for example and have
different effects on the body.

The United States National Government
In recent decades of the technological era we are seeing an increasing scope of the United States
national government. Economic intervention, welfare services and homeland security were never
planned to be a part of the national government s agenda. These programs naturally became rolls
of the federal government as time has passed through the needs of the people. The national
government has drastically changed over the past 200 years since the original design. During the
civil war and following the great depression the federal government took a major leap in the
balance of power. The country was in a fragile state during both of these time periods and the
country called for immediate action. This could only be done with the use of... Show more content

Today, we categorize those who supported ratification of the Constitution and the federal
government as the Federalist. Those who opposed it are known as the Anti Federalist. The Anti
Federalist feared that this new government design would be too powerful and tyrannical just like
the monarch of Great Britain. Instead they supported local, state governments. The Federalist wrote
series of papers known as the Federalist Papers, in which they responded to the concerns of the Anti
Federalist. Many times disproving claims of tyranny. In the 69th Federalist Paper, Alexander
Hamilton addresses the concern of the presidential powers, ...the President will resemble equally
that of the king of Great Britain and of the governor of New York (1788). The federalist believed
that the national government should hold authority in most matters, like that of a king. At the same
time there would be checks and balances on the president just like a governor. The Federalist did
not want a tyrannical government, and believed that the Constitution would protected them from
such. A compromise had to be made to determine the fate of the United States.
To resolve their differences, the Anti Federalist drafted a list of rights protecting all citizens, now
more commonly known as the Bill of Rights. The Bill of Rights secured the rights of citizens, while
also limiting the scope of the national government under the 10th amendment. The framers
designed a government able

Recommendations And Improvements Of The Fishbone Diagram
PROCESS RECOMMENDATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS After defining our standards,
measuring the data, and analyzing the information it was time to improve the products and
processes. This was done by assessing the manpower, materials, methods, meals, and machines
related to the process. The tools used in the analysis were the fishbone and the process flow
diagrams shown below. Some concepts on the fishbone diagram are related to the product directly
while others are related to the delivery process, the staff and the physical appearance of the
restaurant. However, all of the factors relate directly to the customer satisfaction and an enjoyable
dining experience. A detailed description of these aspects will now be discussed, along with how to
implement these changes. There are many possibilities for how the materials could be improved.
First, tables and chairs should be maintained at higher standards. This could be improved by setting
time limits on clearing and resetting tables. For example, tables must be cleaned no longer than two
minutes after the customers leave the table . Second, restrooms should be maintained on routine
schedules. For example, staff should inspect restrooms every 30 minutes and sign posted inspection
sheets verifying that they were sanitized and restocked. Furthermore, changing tables, hand
sanitizers and baby wipes should be available in all restrooms. Even the music in the restrooms was
an added bonus. Third, cloth napkins and finer utensils

  • 2. Difference Between Micro And Macroeconomics The differences between Macroeconomics and Microeconomics The two aspects of Macroeconomics and Microeconomics are important factors when considering an academic approach to economics. The understand their significance it is firstly important to define these two aspects of economics. Macroeconomics This aspect of economics, studies the economy as a whole. Macroeconomics requires a study of the overall performance of the aggregate economy. This can be achieved by looking key measures such as GDP, Unemployment rates and inflation, major indicators of the overall performance of the economy itself. By studying this, it can help economists determine the correct fiscal and monetary policies that would be required for a country to achieve, or if established, maintain a stable growth. It is most common in Macroeconomics to use larger variables, which are present in the economy to determine such growth, if we consider government spending, inflation, employment and consumption when considering a nation s current and future economic outlook (Investopedia, n.d.). Microeconomics While Macroeconomics, discussed above deals with a broad approach to the economy, Microeconomics is quite different. Instead, microeconomics focuses on key agents of the economy. What was interesting about the article I found on Business Insider is how, and why these events can impact microeconomics and that over the weeks to come we may find changes in the market and certainly the price of oil, according to the article, in the short term. It has been suggested, that the production, or availability of oil originating in Russia and Iran may be interrupted. This is likely to be a short change to the market, one of the reasons for this is because Syrian oil production, although a large reserve had ceased over three years ago (Holodny, ... Charlie Gordon the story s protagonist is a 32 year old mentally disabled man who has the opportunity of a lifetime to undergo very special surgeries which will most likely change his life for the better, hopefully. This operation has already been preformed on a laboratory mouse named Algernon, who received astonishing and outstanding results so the doctor is convinced it can alter a human s disability and help millions of people. The reason Charlie was chosen for this operation is his teacher Miss. Kinnian who said he was a very hard worker and valuable aspect. After the operation Charlie s intelligenceincreased rapidly and soon became a genius. Charlie... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The second thing Keyes asserts is Algernon, without the operation Algernon would just be a normal mouse eating and sleeping, doing what all other pet mice do, but with the surgery, Algernon became important, he was the foundation and test subject for the experiment and there was a more important point in his life, but Algernon did eventually decline and pass away, the experiment had many problems and questions to be solved but Algernon helped answer a few of these concerns. Algernon also served as a friend and representation of Charlie, this is due to the fact that both Algernon and Charlie were the only ones who received this special surgery by the same doctor, in a sense they both were connected. Charlie really loved Algernon and Algernon sort of understood that, he and Charlie were connected mentally and physically, with the operation this bond would not have been possible so this whole operation helped Charlie receive a good friend not a regular companion. The final example Keyes provides is Charlie Gordon s progress reports, at first, Charlie wrote incorrectly and with no emotion, bland, but after the operation, he wrote correctly and with feelings because he was experiencing life, he felt sadness, a bit of happiness and love, something he could not have felt without the surgery, people may argue that he was sad and that is bad, but without those emotions ... Gallipoli was a disaster and Churchill resigned in its aftermath. Out of government, he successfully lobbied for reinstatement of his Army commission and a command in France. For six months he commanded the 6th Battalion of the Royal Scots Fusiliers in the trenches. After his command was reorganized and eliminated, he returned to the Liberal Asquith government as Minister of Munitions, Secretary of State for War, and Secretary of State for Air. After the war, Churchill again switched parties and served as Chancellor of the Exchequer in the Conservative government of Stanley Baldwin. James Watson and Francis Crickmade a mark in the history of science. On this day February 28, 1953 Watson and Crick made the discovery of a double helix in the DNA. The two men had very different personalities, they respected each other s work and became very good friends. Through this friendship Watson and Crick came up with an idea of testing their theory of how the DNA molecule might fit together by using stick ball models. Even though their first attempt failed, they didn t give up. In addition to the stick ball models, Watson and Crick used x ray pictures to give them ideas for the structure. There were two scientists that were experts in taking these x ray pictures. Watson and Crick used pictures taken by Rosaline Franklin and Maurice Wilkins to gain some valuable information. Within two years of starting their study Crick and Watson were able to put together an accurate model of the DNA structure. The double helix model shape would eventually help scientist all over the world learn more about genetics. DNA is composed of nucleotide deoxyribose sugar a phosphate group and four nitrogen. Phosphate and sugar link to form a polymer x ray provided the final clue of DNA. DNA molecule is a double helix shaped of a structure like a twisted ladder. In the texts I have a dream by Martin Luther King Jr, Persepolis 2 by Marjane Satrapi, and Reading Lolita in Tehran by Azar Nafisi the demand for freedom is shown through the thoughts and worries of the people. Martin Luther King Jr believes that people of colors haven t really been given freedom, even though they re no longer slaves. In his speech Luther King made a very important point about what we define as freedom . But one hundred years later, the Negro still is not free: one hundred years later, the life of the Negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination (King 48). • 15. How General Relativity Affects Humanity Aaron Peters Mrs. Smith Language Arts 24 October 2017 General Relativity General relativity affects people today, whether they are an astronaut or a zoologist. To understand general relativity, one must know how spacetime works, how black holes affect it, and how it affects humanity. General relativity is the idea that everything is made out of spacetime and that mass affects spacetime. One way to describe spacetime is by using a metaphor of a rubber sheet. The metaphor goes like this: a rubber sheet is stretched between two boards. A ball placed on it would bend the rubber sheet. Spacetime is like that rubber sheet and the ball is anything of mass. A ball placed on the rubber sheet would roll towards the mass, which stimulates ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Because bent spacetime takes longer to climb, time passes slower the closer we are to mass. This is not related to gravity, it is purely time itself being affected. For example, if one were standing on top of Mount Snowdon, it would only take 1/10^14 of a second less time to drink a cup of tea than it would at sea level (Stannard 83 89, Chaisson 39, Hawking 86 92). The more things pull on you, the longer things take to happen. This can be very extreme, for example, if one was standing on top of a black hole it would take infinitely long for one to die even though someone watching would see her or him die instantaneously. This is again caused by the warping of spacetime, and that black holes warp spacetime enough to extend time to a standstill (Hawking 147 151, 160). Although black holes are seen as a gap in space from a distance, they are not actually black as the name implies: they give off light from absorbing hydrogen and helium. The cloud of hydrogen and helium surrounds the black holes, which is often joined by nearby stars and planets. These clouds are proof of black holes being almost the reverse of a normal star: instead of creating matter to make energy, they destroy matter to make energy (94, Hawking ... These charter schools make promises to parents and students that are hard to pass up in many cities, where public educationis lacking and private education is out of reach for many. THE DIVISION OF ISRAEL Under the reign of Solomon, Israel reached great economic and political heights along with its security and prosperity. Solomon was renowned for his wisdom, wealth and building projects, but with these projects came heavy taxes and harsh labour on his people. After his death, the kingdom was divided into two separate kingdoms, north and south. The biblical record accounts for the division as a consequence for him staying from God, but his tax and labour laws and new administrative districts also lead to friction within his people. An example of failed attempt to build a nation on the basis of religion is Israel . Since Jews settled there from all over the globe, with difference ethnicities, backgrounds and languages etc., the country is engaged in constant internal conflict and disagreements, which has made it clear that nations cannot be built upon the basis of religion. By comparing the relative amounts of different light absorbed, the oxygen saturation (SpO2) can be determined. * However, there are some possible causes of erroneous readings: Motion artifact: Movement (shivering or tremors) or improper fit of the sensor can cause erroneously low readings. Hypotension (due to cardiac arrhythmias, blood loss or peripheral vascular disease) and peripheral vasoconstriction (caused by hypothermia, smoking or sickle cell disease) can alter readings. Smoke inhalation or carbon monoxide poisoning can cause high levels of carboxyhemoglobin and also skew pulse oximetry readings. The length of delay can be affected by poor sensor site perfusion and vasoactive drugs. * Sensors are sized according to weight and it is important to select the correct size to avoid reading errors. Humans are assumed as a magnificent creature and consequently each cultures has its own tale on how we became exist and prominent on the Earth (Long, 1963). Speech and language are among the pivotal keys to the purposes of social communication. In this paper, I will discuss about the foundation of speech in humans. For this reasons, scholars from many different areas have come up with varieties of ideas and speculation to resolve the causes and the chain events of reactions that lead to the emergence of speech in humans. Humans extraordinary ability to make use of the mouth for speech caused scholars to deduce that this evolution is a compelling progression (Fitch, 2000). To get the matter at hand precise and concise, I will select a few theories that I found fascinating and analyze them. The Federalist did not want a tyrannical government, and believed that the Constitution would protected them from such. A compromise had to be made to determine the fate of the United States. To resolve their differences, the Anti Federalist drafted a list of rights protecting all citizens, now more commonly known as the Bill of Rights. The Bill of Rights secured the rights of citizens, while also limiting the scope of the national government under the 10th amendment. The framers designed a government able ... • 51. Recommendations And Improvements Of The Fishbone Diagram PROCESS RECOMMENDATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS After defining our standards, measuring the data, and analyzing the information it was time to improve the products and processes. This was done by assessing the manpower, materials, methods, meals, and machines related to the process. The tools used in the analysis were the fishbone and the process flow diagrams shown below. Some concepts on the fishbone diagram are related to the product directly while others are related to the delivery process, the staff and the physical appearance of the restaurant. However, all of the factors relate directly to the customer satisfaction and an enjoyable dining experience. A detailed description of these aspects will now be discussed, along with how to implement these changes. There are many possibilities for how the materials could be improved. First, tables and chairs should be maintained at higher standards. This could be improved by setting time limits on clearing and resetting tables. For example, tables must be cleaned no longer than two minutes after the customers leave the table . Second, restrooms should be maintained on routine schedules. For example, staff should inspect restrooms every 30 minutes and sign posted inspection sheets verifying that they were sanitized and restocked. Furthermore, changing tables, hand sanitizers and baby wipes should be available in all restrooms. Even the music in the restrooms was an added bonus. Third, cloth napkins and finer utensils ... • 52. A Short Note On The De Los Datos 4.4. ANГЃLISIS DE LOS DATOS.
