Tucker and his group are very close to the extraction zone. When Tucker made plans with Harper, they
agreed the extraction zone would be in Volgograd, which is less than 100 miles away. They also just

Abstract In today s competitive world, apart from a few isolated cases (e.g. luxury goods), the selling

certain amount of money for the product. Hence cost is one of the most influential factors in the
outcome of a product or service. Hence over the past years different costing techniques are evolved
such as operation based approach, case based, break down approach, feature based costing, Activity
based costing, time driven activity based costing etc. These techniques are classified based on
techniques with similar features. They are mainly classified into qualitative techniques and
quantitative techniques. Qualitative cost estimation techniques are based on a comparison analysis of a
new product with the products that have been manufactured previously in order to identify the
similarities in the new one. Whereas the quantitative techniques are based on a detailed analysis of a
product design, its features, and corresponding manufacturing processes. Therefore quantitative
techniques are more preferred. Time driven activity based costing is a relatively new tool based on
quantitative technique.

COMMENTARY. The reason I chose this article was because I find anything with Europe interesting.
I went to Germany as a class trip with my German class my senior year of highschool and completely
fell in love with the culture. While on this class trip we stopped in many different parts of Europe as
well. Having been to see of the places and seeing how the culture is now,defiantly had some influence.
Although one problem I have encountered while typing this article is the Schengen Agreement. Yes it
might have worked then, but as the war in Syria has caused many of the refugees to flee to different
parts of Germany and Europe. The Schengen Agreement is starting to cause panic for all of the
countries involved. Since there is no border patrol the refugees can flee to anyone of the countries
freely without a passport. Meaning they cannot stop them from coming through. Having witnessed
firsthand some of the PEGIDA riots while in Europe I can see a problem in the process of happening.
Having their borders open now in the 21st century could be more of a problem then they anticipated.
The benefits however make it easy for people to travel to work, stop the mafia obviously but also
maintains a trust with the people of the agreement and the government enforcing it. I do believe that
this article was useful in giving background information on how Italy slowly started to get rid of the
mafia, and how the rest of Europe banded together and used their forces to overcome most of the

In the previous two chapters, some theories of stress and burnout, pastoral ministry, and especially the
context of African American churches and pastors were discussed. With this background of the
research literature, this chapter will discuss the experiential research used in this study with selected
African American pastors. It will also analyze burnout of pastors in Northeast Florida African
American by analyzing the results of the survey and burnout focus group.
Description of Sample and Procedure
Sample
Participants in the survey were Northeast Florida clergy who work in church districts of various
denominations.
Procedures
The sample was obtained by asking permission from individual to conduct this research. After
obtaining his approval, the survey packets that included a cover letter, demographic questionnaire and
burnout inventory were distributed to the participants who in early April 2016. Although
approximately 50 survey packets were sent to pastors in the area. Only 26 participants (52%)
completed the survey with usable data for the research. Some of the pastors have of a traditional,
conservative character, some declined to answer the questionnaire by saying that the subject does not
apply to them. Moreover, five were not in a paid pastoral position, six were not pastors, and two were
incomplete.
The other participants were sent by mail the same survey packet. A total of 50 survey

rules that only existing marriages of same sex couples are valid, it will be a hollow victory, because
we do not want to be the only ones on the Freedom Train. The California Supreme Court needs to
overturn Proposition 8 because what Prop. 8 does for the first time in American history is to take out
of a constitution a group that has been declared equal by the supreme court (Tyler). LBGT supporters
feel the victory must overturn the November 4 ruling as it speaks to a fundamental civil right within
our constitution. Same sex marriage is a controversial and very serious legal issue that needs to be
resolved. I disagree with the individual state rulings. The laws honoring and protecting heterosexual

Religion is potentially one of the single most influential concepts in our history as people. Power in
religion divides social groups and those groups contain a tiny portion of a ruling elite group who make
use of power and control others. In social groups, individuals who are inferior or subordinate are dealt
with as subjects by the ones who exert more control and are compelled to accept societal norms free
willingly while those who are superior hold power. A Pentecostal church uses powerful mechanisms
such as internal surveillance or panopticism to keep their believers in a well disciplined society. In this
essay I look at the way power is exerted throughout the ritual at Kennedy Road Tabernacle in a
Pentecostal church, demonstrating how those in power have control over the ones who are inferior or
subordinate. Throughout this examination, I will use the theories of Louis Althusser and Michel
Foucault to analyze the ways in which power is exerted within the members of this community.
During my observations at our visit to the Pentecostal church, there was an unequal distribution of
power between the men and women in labour divisions and the tasks they were assigned in terms of
