Disadvantages Of Counterfeit Goods
INTRODUCTION
Counterfeit goods are fake imitations and replicas of products carrying a brand name (Phau Teah,
2009). These goods may include luxury brands from the fashion industry, electronics, software and
pharmaceuticals. Usually these products are of a lower quality as compared to the original. Companies
struggle to protect their goods from being copied since their name, logo, ideas and designs are copied
and sold cheaply in the market. This is unethical and illegal (Chaudhry Stumpf,2011).
Policy makers of countries have come up with various laws that include heavy fines and imprisonment
for this act. However, these are limited to the supply side of the problem, which would include the
producers, distributers, and marketers of counterfeit goods (Fernandes, 2013).
This problem has grown over 10,000 percent in the past 20 years, partly due to an increase in
consumer demand ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Some consumers purchase counterfeit luxury brands for their social adjustive function (e.g. to express
themselves and/or to fit in) (Wilcox, Kim Sen, 2009). If the social group the consumer desires to be a
part of, disapproves of such consumption, the perceived social risk involved in the purchase of
counterfeit product reduces consumer intention to purchase counterfeits. Consumers might refrain
from using such goods because they might be afraid of the embarrassment they will have to face if it is
detected that their belonging is not original (Chaudhry Stumpf, 2011). Here, the consumption or
purchase of the counterfeit will cause the individual to lose social capital from peers or society. When
risk is activated consumers are more motivated to avoid negative consequences than to maximize
utility (Mandel, 2003). However, Sinha and Mandel (2008) found that rising social risks and/or
consequences of such utilization may not work for consumers who have high tolerance for risk (i.e.

Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD)
There are many different types of learning disorders in the world today. The two most common are
ADHD (Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder). Today s
classrooms have changed drastically since the 1950 s. Some of the differences would be class sizes,
technology, and learning disabilities. One of the biggest changes in today s education world is the
abundance of students with some sort of learning disability. Studies have showed that there are more
and more ways to help deal with kids that can t seem stay focused. There are many different ways that
teachers can handle students with a learning condition. The three newest types are allowing kids to

But I also build in transitions every 15 minutes or so that require movement (to get into groups, turn
something in, write on a paper covered wall, etc). I have little to no fidgeting problems or issues with
attention loss. (Gonzalez). the first thing that needs to happen for Albemarle teachers to successfully
create a flexible classroom is: The teacher must have a vision for his or her room. He/she must be
willing to say, I m going to throw out some of this stuff. I don t need this traditional schooling
equipment. When kids move around the room, it allows them to feel more at home. Think about it,
when kids are at home doing homework, they aren t sitting at a desk. They are either at the kitchen
table, couch, in their bed, or on the floor. They aren t sitting at a desk sitting on a hard chair. They
more than likely can sit more comfortably while doing work at home vs when they are at school. The
students can have a choice of clipboards, the floor, end tables, coffee tables to write on when they re
moving around the classroom (Gonzalez). This makes it easier for the students to write when they re
getting comfy around the room. The average attention span of an eight year old is 6.26 seconds
(Ismall). So clearly, that doesn t give a lot of time to engage a kid and get them involved in an activity.
The key to getting a student involved, is keeping them interested. If a child isn t interested, they aren t
going to try very hard

Customer Service Quality At Comcast Corporation Essay
Customer Service Quality
Lack of good quality customer service can have a negative impact on any company, from fast food
restaurants to large corporations with call centers. Looking at Comcast Corporation as a specific
example of poor customer service quality, we will identify the source of the negative impact and
provide different options for improvement of quality within the call center.
Comcast Corporation started out as a small cable company and grew tremendously to the number one
company in internet and cable providers. This growth is directly correlated to the risks CEO Brian
Roberts has taken throughout the years such as buying smaller cable companies, successfully
acquiring investors to back the corporation, and at times learning from past mistakes. With a company
this big, problems are going to arise, but at what cost does a lack of quality in the customer service
department ultimately bring? Bad news travels a lot faster than good news, but if a company already
stands in the number one position, is upper management truly concerned? Business Insider s article
The 15 Worse Companies for Customer Service rated Comcast #4. The second lowest ranked cable
service. (Nisen, 2013) This refers to the television service alone, however, both internet and cable
received low scores. Comcast has lost hundreds of thousands of TV subscribers, due to online
streaming of shows with the use of Hulu and Netflix. Would a high quality of customer service give
customers the

The Importance Of Guiding Young Children
Guiding young children is an awesome responsibility that requires patience, understanding, flexibility,
knowledge of child development and appropriate practices, intentional decision making, but most of
all guiding young children requires kindness and love. Guidance involves discipline, not punishment.
To begin our discussion on guidance let s first look at the difference between discipline and
punishment. Discipline is used to teach and guide. Punishment is used for the purposes of controlling
and retribution. (Godfrey, 2013) Guiding children does not mean taking punitive action when they fail
to meet an expectation. Instead, guiding means to help children learn how to function suitably in a
variety of social contexts. The goal is not to break a child s spirit, causing them to fear harsh
punishment or judgement. The goal is to teach them how to regulate their emotions and actions, to
develop control, so they can make safe, responsible decisions.
An adult who practices punishment, controls a child externally. This communicates to a child that they
are not able to control themselves, thus have no responsibility for their actions. Also, it can create in
the child s mind, the idea that they can commit a behavior so long as they do not get caught or are
willing to accept the consequences. Behavior that is modified with punishment does not evolve from
the understanding of what is expected in a society, but rather from fear. Since no understanding was
obtained this will not

Philip K Dick Research Paper
What is reality? Did the past you remember actually happen? Can you exist in two realities at once?
Are you who you think you are? Through his work, science fiction author Philip K. Dick implies that
we will all be asking such questions soon. For Dick, reality is just one of his layers. All of his novels
combined together accurately predicted the world we are in now. Philip K. Dick acts as the Charles
Dickens of science fiction in his sheer density and detail. Nearly all of his works come from the real
place, which is reality. What he sees is disintegration, dirt, corruption, and that was him; Dick looked
on the dark side of the human element saw how the dark side was romantic and incorporated those
dark corners into his books. Inside this

The Effects And Effects Of Video Recording On Anxiety
Abstract
As the use of technology increases, more and more companies will be turning to recordings to monitor
and save data, including therapists, interviewers, and law enforcement officials. It s important to
understand what effects being recorded will have on the outcome of the conversations. Using college
students and placing them in different situations of recorded discussions, this study seeks to measure
the effects of these type of data gathering on anxiety and truthfulness. Using the information gathered,
we will make conclusions regarding the most effective ways of getting the proper information from
subjects or clients that could be used in real life situations to come.
Effects of Video Recording on Anxiety
As technology advances, there is considerably less need for the use of old practices. We re seeing this
now in ways we could never have imagined. Interviewers, interrogators, and therapists alike are
debating turning to video and audio recording to preserve sessions rather than note taking, which can
be a source for mistakes.
Implementing live recording in therapy, interviews, and interrogations allows for more accurate
recollection of thoughts and ideas for both parties. One stated benefit from the study conducted by
Decarlo and colleagues was that with the recording method, the officers were able to spend more time
listening and interacting with the suspect than taking accurate notes of the interrogation, which could
be misconstrued with

The Complexity Of Management Problems
With a unique blend of practice and theory, the intricacy of management issues in the business world
fascinates me and provokes me to look into the field of OM/OR, where scholars seek to employ
methods from multiple disciplines to solve real life management problems. I have been fortunate to
have experiences in several institutes around the world, including UC Berkeley and UCLA, and in
doing so have developed a powerful interest in research at the level practiced in these esteemed
institutions. I am convinced that doctoral study in Operations, Information Technology at Stanford
Graduate School of Business is what I hope to pursue.

Those reading motivates me to explore methodologies in different branches of science such as
econometrics, statistics, and mathematics. By the time I finish each topic, I had not only broadened
my knowledge but also acquired the ability to explain my ideas consistently and coherently.
My awakening to the wonder of business world began in the summer of 2014, when I was introduced
to the National Operation Research and Optimization Courses by Prof. Dongdong Ge(a former Ph.D.
from Stanford, MS E), which turned out to be the turning point in my life. Different from previous
mathematical courses which emphasized theory, these courses including Stochastic Models, dynamic
inventory and pricing management, Business Intelligence and Data Analysis opened up new worlds
for me. I was overwhelmed by how optimization can be applied so broadly in economics and
management, and how people can make use of the growing availability of data.
Later in the fall of 2014, I was enrolled as an exchange student at UC Berkeley. As I was eager to
embrace different branches of science as well as strengthen my background with advanced knowledge,
I challenged myself with some of the most difficult courses, including Applied Stochastic Process by
Prof. Rhonda Righter. The course materials and problem sets were challenging, but I found it
especially enjoyable to collaborate with my classmates, mostly first year Ph.D. students. My

Moscrop Hallway Assignment
I sat near the window as a pop of orange then a strand of yellow started to appear. They gradually
wove together in intricate patterns leaving a trail of light behind for the sun. The concoction of colours
slowly revealed the barren world filled with nothing but white snow, sprinkled on its landscape. The
sun followed pursuit of the blend of colours as it began its journey to the skies. Its rays penetrated
through the windows bringing warmth that seeps into me along with the cold, frigid air of the
Canadian winter. I would stay still to admire the view until the trance was broken by the familiar
pressure of the student s feet on my back.
A hallway is like the colours and the students are the sun. I am the path way that the students follow to
get to wherever they need to go, without me they would be lost. If you pass by the hallways of
Moscrop Secondary, you would notice the dull walls with paper flyers stuck to it and the grey and red
lockers permanently attached to it. You would look up and see an abundance of paintings of flags and
pictures exuding positive messages and you would think it was nice, just nice. Then you would
continue on your way not even noticing the floor you stand on that made it possible for you to view
the dull walls and the paintings on the ceiling, not even a glance. Well, that s alright, people tend to
over look me as just something to stand on but you don t see it the way I do. The way I view things, is
that I am the pillar that supports the walls

Based on Hofstede cultural dimensional analysis for Tesla, a high end premium automobile, it would
require a higher individualism score. (The Hofstede Center, 2015). Moreover, based on the second
dimension, power distance, Tesla s main customers should be those wealthy individuals in Denmark
with a vast amount of income that have a significant contribution to the society. (Hofstede Center,

Such techniques would help drive brand marketing and loyalty campaign for Tesla. Apparently, in
order to be sensitive to local Denmark needs, all marketing campaigns should be in the local Danish
language, including television ads, magazine/newspaper articles, etc. Such tactic is essential to really
target the wealthy Danish population. All such schemes are vital to promote brand loyalty for Tesla
Motors. As we approach the marketing campaign kick off time, it is necessary to hire a local Danish
Manager to handle the campaign. Such a manager would be responsible and accountable for all
aspects of communication and coordinating the event. Prior to the event, it is important to physically
be present in planning the entire event with an official time and date that works around the Danish
curfew. (Griffith, 2012)
Adaptation strategy: Denmark Some of the challenges facing Tesla are: cost of lithium will increase,
dealing with competitors making similar automobiles and selling its automobile in the mass market.

How To Write An Essay About Spring Break
Spring break was the most expected event for most of the students at Lenoir Rhyne University.

studying, forget about thick books, colorful PowerPoints and endlessly long assignments. However,
some of the Bears didn t have an opportunity to wear their party dresses and jeans shorts those are the
students who are in the middle of the season. Spring break week was very productive for our tennis
team as they traveled to Hilton Head Island where about 30 other tennis teams came to prepare for the

Dialects, Idioms, Slang and Pronunciation of the American Language
There are hundreds of regional dialects within the same language. These dialects reflect the everyday
experience of people living in different parts of the country and shape their cultural identity. Someone
from Pittsburgh sounds very different than someone from Texas, and if they speak to each other, they
will have a good guess as to where the other is from. The type of English spoken in the United States
is commonly known as American English (Delaney). Various dialects are the result of historical,
geographical, and social factors. There is a considerable range of language diversity within each of the

Like all languages there is a large amount of social and ethnic variation within the language, but there
is also a great deal of variation from British English. (Upton) It has been shaped by its colonial history
in cultural aspects, but the separation from England has caused the language to evolve separately.
(Upton) Regional dialects in the United States generally reflect the elements of the language of the
nationality of the original settlers, or those who have consisted of a large percentage of immigration to
the area since then. Sociologists estimate the number of United States dialects range from three New
England, Southern and Western/General America to 24 or more. Some researchers even suggest it s
actually impossible to count the number of dialects in the United States because under a loose
definition of the term, thousands of cities, towns and groups have their own varieties of dialects.
(Wolfram, and Schilling Estes) Accent is the way people pronounce their words, the sound of their
voice but not the actual words. Dialect is the actual vocabulary and grammar used by people. Many
people tend to get accent and dialect confused. Different regional accents also affect how people are
perceived, people can be judged or stereotyped by their accent or dialect. Accent and dialect both
pertain to the way people speak, that s why some people often confuse these two terms. However, they

The Economic Crisis in Eurozone
With the impending Presidential election consuming the American news cycle, major media outlets
and the general public alike have neglected a growing crisis within one of the world s most important
centers of commerce and culture. Despite the domestic rancor over stimulus packages, runaway debt
and rampant unemployment which has inspired fierce political debate here in America, the fact
remains that many European countries have borne the brunt of the global recession currently
decimating national economies. The so called Euro Zone, a consortium of 17 neighboring nations
which belong to the European Union (EU) and have adopted the Euro as their common currency, has
experienced unimaginable financial disarray during the last decade. In the modern age of globalized
economic structures, the increasing instability emanating from European markets is now threatening to
spread to Asia, America and around the world. Initially envisioned as a confederation of member
states collaborating together for mutual benefit, the EU and its 27 member nations established a single
integrated market with the goal of facilitating trade and international commerce. With the introduction
of the Euro across the Eurozone, this monetary system has proven to be unsustainable given the region
s traditional reliance on entitlement programs and social assistance. With federal budgets stretched to
their limit, the debt crisis has already spread through Greece, Ireland and Portugal, all of which have

Rap As An Art Of Racism
All of the rappers shown in the documentary make music and use rap as an art of storytelling and form
of expression of what they have to go through and their struggle in their daily lives. Some of the social
issues and grievances that had been brought up are issues of gun violence, police brutality,
gentrification, economic discrepancy and immigration policies. All of these social issues and
grievances are issues that affected the society, especially those living in the malnourished
neighborhoods featured in the documentary. Some of them talked about how they watched their
friends died in the streets. For example, one of the rappers named YD showed the place where his
friends died. Issues of police brutality brought up so many times, especially in the lyrics written by
N3LL. Plus, Trick Daddy and Uncle Luke shared their experiences with the Overtown riot and how
Miami police officers beat a black businessman and killed him in the process. We can see how each
rapper in this documentary expressed the problems that they faced from police brutality to
immigration policies in the US through their lyrics.

While some of these deficiencies related to the planning process itself, many stemmed from an
ineffectual organization of the planning activity and a failure to develop the necessary internal
relationships (Simkin, 2002).
Traditionally, planning has been based on the assumption that the future is predictable as an
extrapolation of the past and present. In the face of a radically different future, many organisations
will find that doing more with the same or doing it better will not suffice. (Blanken and Liff, 1999, pp.
97 98). The planning is unpredictable for the future. Therefore, there are many ways in which the
process can go wrong. For example, Most companies plan, using a combination of forecasting and
budgeting systems. These tend to project current business into the future, which can work if the future
is going to be the same as the present or the past (McDonald, 2002).
Make a successful planning
A successful marketing strategy plan is fit with the appropriate context, whether it is measured
successfully is depends on the companies. Strategies have two essential characteristics, they are made

Compare And Consequences Of A Hero
A hero is a man who afraid to run away (English Proverb). Heroes are strong determined people who
will not let fears or bad influences stop them from doing what they truly believe in. A hero is an
everyday person who takes risk despite any person ot fears may get in there way. A hero is a common
person who takes risk despite their fears, and inspires others. For example a hero will not let their
fears stop them from doing what they believe in and then it will inspire others to do the same. For
Instance, In the Sermon White House Funeral for Abraham Lincoln Dr. Phineas D. Gurley states He is
dead; but the memory of his virtues, of his wise and patriotic counsels and labors, of his calm and
steady faith in God lives is precious and will be a power for good. Citation). Dr. Phineas describes
how Abraham Lincoln left a great mark on this country for generations on and on. A hero takes risk a
hero might be scared to face his fears such as talking to his dad for the first time who has been locked
up in prison. It takes a hero to overcome that and not let the fears take over his/her life. Lastly a Hero
is a leader. In the poem O Captain! My Captain! It states, From fearful trip the victor shop comes in
with object won. (Citation). The poem explains how a leader took a risk and fought for what he felt is
right. In the end a true hero is a brave strong person who takes risk not just for themselves, but for

Narrowing and hardening of the artery walls causing buildup of fatty tissues (plaque), cholesterol and
other substances, which may restrict blood flow is referred to as atherosclerosis. Having restriction of
blood flow develops damage to a patients organs and also increases the risk of heart attacks, blood
clots, and strokes overtime (WebMD, 2015). It is said to be the most common form of arteriosclerosis
that forms small patches and arterial spasms. The plaque also known as atheroma, builds up and may
cause the blood clots to burst. Atherosclerosis is considered to be a heart condition, but may also affect
arteries in any part of the body and could be prevented and treated (Mayo Clinic, 2015). The arteries
in the body are blood vessels that transport blood from the heart and through the body. Endothelium,
which is a thin layer of cells that lines the arteries to help keep the inside of the arteries smooth and

Kill A Mockingbird By Harper Lee
During the Civil War period, a pro¬slavery mob chained Francis McIntosh to a locust tree, burnt him
fatality in 1837. There are a lot of abolitionists, like Elijah Parish Lovejoy, who lost their lives when
criticizing lynching. Elijah Parish Lovejoy showed both physical and moral courage fighting against
inequality. The real courage of abolitionists during that time was gaining equal opportunities for
African ¬Americans, and be treated the same as white people, no matter the consequences. Even after
a century, there is no slavery anymore, there is still racism happening. In Harper Lee s book To Kill a
Mockingbird, she shows the real meaning of courage fighting for equal rights in the small town of
Maycomb, Alabama, during the Great Depression. Lee shows that the society is unfair and teaches
people how important it is to have courage. The novel is narrated by an innocent girl named Scout,
whose father, Atticus, is a famous lawyer, and tries to provide equal rights to the people. She lives
with her father Atticus and her older brother Jem. The two siblings grow up learning about prejudice,
unfair treatments in the society and they started to understand the moral of life. In the event of Tom

Misconceptions In Rape Fantasy By Estelle
What is your rape fantasy?
Rape fantasies illustrates the misconceptions pop culture taught society and women about rape
through the reoccurring irony and vulnerability theme. Throughout the story, the narrator named

conversation begins with Chrissy when she asks, What are your rape fantasies? To put the word rape
and fantasy in the same sentence is erroneous because there is nothing fantasizing about being forced
against your will. The story proves that women are mentally unprepared for a life threatening

The Desperation On Johnny s Face
Stopping at the frightened and confused look John was giving him, Roy trailed off, I m sorry.
Too much, Johnny tried explaining.
I was talking too fast? And I was talking about too many subjects? Roy asked slowly.
Nodding, Johnny yawned and gasped.
Shhh, it s okay, Roy soothed, rubbing his arm. You have a lot of wounds on different parts of your
body.
Confused about why he had them, but unable to figure out how to ask, John just looked towards Roy.
Not able to know words, tell me, clear up why, Johnny pleaded in his head, frustrated to feel as though
his mind was trying to think while being encased in mud.
Do you want to know what happened? Why you are hurting now? asked Roy, reading the desperation
on Johnny s face.
Nodding, John groaned as it set off a round of nauseous and increased the thumping inside his head.
Don t worry, you can t get sick, Roy assured him. The doctors have a tube going in your nose that

Sighing, John leaned back on the bed and waited for Roy to begin explaining. Starting with the

The Chaos Of The Storm By William Golding Analysis
Everybody knew the the storm was coming. The clouds were building, the air felt as if it could
explode, the color drained from the water. It s this setting where a terrible incident occurs in Lord of
the Flies, where a group of kids is stranded on an island with no adults, and a struggle over power
emerges. To make matters worse, the kids believe there s a beast on the island. In Chapter 9, the storm
strikes both physically and figuratively. The boys fears and violent emotions kick in and lead them to
kill Simon, a quiet but kind boy whom they mistakenly think is the beast in the chaos of the storm.
Author William Golding uses strong word choices, repetition and figurative language to create a
frightening climax where stormy emotions break ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
A strong storm is approaching the island, foreshadowing the murder by mob of Simon. Golding uses
the storm to build drama. His word choice describes the coming of the storm and the boys increasingly
wild behavior, using words such as thrust and clamorously. He then uses repetition to show the storm
has arrived, with both the lightning continuously striking and the boys chants coming faster and faster.
And finally, he uses animal imagery to unleash the beast, resulting in the death of Simon. Like any
violent thunderstorm, there is damage left over. For the boys, this storm will forever ruin their

Jeannette Walls Cooking
When I read Jeannette Walls literature regarding her cooking at such a young age, I was appalled. She
was the age of three and cooking with open flames. She could feel the heat rising from the boiling
water which engulfed her hot dogs. While she was cooking, she could smell the boiling water that
surrounded the hot dogs flaring up. She sensed the abnormally hot air in her nose as she breathed in
the warmness. Personally, I can t imagine being only three years old and cooking. First of all, why is
she cooking while her parents aren t watching? I could hear Mom in the next room singing while she
worked on one of her paintings (Walls 5). Her mother is paying no attention to her three year old
daughter cooking. It s absurd to think about it. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
She must have also been in charge of walking the dog down the streets alone, or maybe in charge of
lighting bonfires. The responsibilities of this three year old are unheard of compared to today s
standards for raising a child. I would never, under any circumstances, let my three year old daughter
use a stove. A big reason for this is evident when the author says, I was still standing on the chair,
swatting at the fire with the fork I had been using to stir the hot dogs (Walls 5). First of all, she was
not taught the proper way to fight a fire. Instead of the stop drop and roll method we were all taught,
she swats at the fire with a fork in panic. By swatting at the fire, she hoped the fork would damage the
entity that surrounded her and put an end to the pain. She was feeling the moisture from her skin being
drawn out from her. She smelt her dress being burned right off her as well as the fire on her bare skin
bubbling up and filling the room. In her head, she could hear the screams she wanted to say
immediately, but did not have the words ready. At the time, she could taste her saliva building up
tremendously as the fire retained its fearsome

I Am Number Four Book Report
I am Number Four by Pittacus Lore is about a boy named Number Four. Number Four and eight
others escaped their planet Lorien, during an invasion. Now, they are in hiding from the people that
destroyed their planet. All is well except, the nine people that escaped had powers and can not be
killed out of order by the people that destroyed their planet. One through three were captured, and
killed and Number Four is next. He has hid his whole life, and he s ready to fight back. He is tired of
hiding and is ready to fight for his planet back.
I found this book to be very entertaining and well written. I really loved how the author wrote about
the invasion throughout the book instead of right in the beginning. I loved how well the characters
were developed. Number Four was developed as a shy kid that isn t afraid to stand up for himself. His
new friend was developed as a paranoid nerd, and lastly, his love interest was developed as a strong,
and independent girl that was an avid photographer and wasn t afraid to stand up for herself. I loved
the point of view because the story was narrated through Number Four s eyes and I felt as though I ...

I am not personally a fan of science fiction however, I was really enjoying the book, even though it is
highly unbelievable. I would rate this book a 7 because I don t particularly enjoy science fiction, but
this book always kept me on edge. I loved how the characters were developed more and more
throughout the book. I felt like I was in the story and felt the same hate towards the bullies that
Number Four felt. Also, I loved the setting and how I was more and more informed about Paradise as
well as Number Four s old home. I decided to read this book because my brother had said it was very
good, and he isn t a fan of science fiction either. I think that people that love a good mystery, and love
a good cliff hanger every chapter, they would really enjoy I am Number

Mahatma Gandhi And Adolf Hitler As A Leader
Two historical leaders
The prominent leader of the Indian Independence against the rule of British rule in India, Mahatma
Gandhi, was born on October 2, 1869 in Porbandar of India. He studied law in London and after
completion of his study; he travelled to South Africa where he practiced as a lawyer advocating for
civil rights against the tyrannical British rule. When he returned back to his country after serving in
South Africa for a few years, he continued his advocacy of civil rights as he wanted to free India from
the British tyranny and promote a feeling of unity among the Indians. While standing against the
British and encouraging as well as attracting the Indians towards his vision, he never took path of
violence, but always believed in the path of non violence and always practiced the same.
Adolf Hitler was born in 1889, who was a dictatorial leader of Germany from 1934 to 1945. He
represented National Socialist German Workers Party commonly known as the Nazi Party. We have
always recognized Hitler as a dictatorial and as inhuman being who took the lives of many people.
But, when we look towards the positive part of his tenure, he made many reformations where he
promoted cleanliness, encouraged no meat consumption and also promoted anti smoking campaign
throughout the country. He also made the concept of euthanasia legal and authorized it for disabled
adults.
The two leaders were completely different from one another. Gandhi was a democratic leader while

Case Study Of Demand For Fresh Potatoes
Demand for Fresh Potatoes:
Given the lack of reliable production and consumption data these are illustrative estimates only. Future
demand is derived using projected population statistics of 2002. The population in 2002 was 25
million and the population growth between 1991 2002 was 3.2 %, and by 2015 the projected
population growth as per an estimate would rise to 35 million. We also assume that potato demand
equals supply as there is no external potato trade between Uganda and other
Countries in the region. This would mean that any impact achieved through the adoption of new
Technologies, improved marketing or accelerated urbanisation would increase demand levels.
Assuming that with current growth of investments opportunities in Uganda and more FDI to flow in
and the production of potato growing at 3% per annum there will be a spurt in the demand of fresh
potatoes. By an ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The fresh potato supply chain is highly unorganised and characterised by involvement of various
players and risks factor. There is no storage facilities for fresh potatoes and the reason found was not
because of the unavailability of cold storages but due to instant demand of cash from the sale required
by various players in the supply chain. There is avoidance of any storages and potatoes are entitled to
be sold within 3 days from the farm gate. The bulk buyers are hotels, restaurants and take aways who
require for processing. Even there is negiligible demand of export market of Ugandan fresh potatoes.
Thus, after the study on fresh irish potatoes it can be concluded that it is highly risk taking business
and involves low return based on the type of market player involved. Even hotels restaurants and take
aways buy bulk of potatoes from traders even before it reaches the main market. So storing and acting

Colorectal Cancer Research Paper
Colorectal cancer is a frequently known cancer around the world. It is responsible, however, for a
small amount of cancer deaths in the United States. Contrary to most cancers, there are discrete
amounts of treatments to extend prognosis in patients that have been diagnosed with colorectal cancer.
Despite all of the numerous treatments and therapy for colorectal cancer, it should never be taken
lightly.
Primarily, colorectal cancer, if not treated, is a deadly cancer that focuses on the last two parts of the
digestive system: the colon (which is the large intestine) and the rectum. It is the third most prevalent
cancer in the United States, and is the culprit of 10 percent of all cancer deaths. Unfortunately, about
40 percent of the nation s ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
A person s diet, as well as lack of physical activity and obese citizens is severely large risk factors too.
Inflammatory bowel disease, which is often mistaken for colorectal cancer, too, plays a part in the risk
factor. Smoking, which most people think would be the most common cause of lung cancer, has a
higher colorectal cancer rate than the average person, as well as African American citizens. Colorectal
cancer affects not only the colon itself, as well as a person s genes. The APC, p53, and K ras genes are
commonly involved. The APC gene stands for the Adenomatous Polyposis Coli gene. It is known as a
tumor suppressor gene, and mutations of it are found in common colon polyps or cancers.
Furthermore, in the p53 gene, cells that have damaged DNA are repaired by this gene. As well as the
APC gene, it is a tumor suppressor. When it s mutated, it no longer functions, leaving damaged DNA
cells in the body. Lastly, the K ras gene helps with cellular growing and signaling. In the abnormal
state, it can result in a continually growth simulated state. The treatments for colorectal cancer may
not help the mutation of these

What Makes Lincoln Electric Company So Famous Among...
What makes Lincoln Electric Company so famous among management researchers and study
communities? What gives them competitive advantages? Lincoln is known for its high labor
productivity, very low employee turnover rate, high profitability and stable market share. The
principle behind Lincoln success is their incentive management style. This famous Lincoln
management style created a unique organizational culture. In this paper, I will be summarizing the
organization culture of Lincoln: how is it created and what values of culture Lincoln possesses using
Organization Culture Profile (OCP) topology?
How is this culture created? Surprisingly, unlike other corporation, it is not the founder, John C.
Lincoln, who influenced culture. It all ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
For him, the stockholders interests come last. The reason behind this is that the stockholders will
obtain their share of money regardless of their participation. In addition, he believed investors will
automatically come if a company is proven itself to be successful.
James believed that the interests of customers are best served by high employee s performance and
productivity. Therefore, he had implemented several plans and processes. The very first step he took
was founding the Advisory Board to represent employees voices. This Advisory Board is the one who
proposed famous Lincoln bonus plan which has been the backbone to Lincoln s management system.
Furthermore, Employees Association was formed to provide social activities and health benefits.
Wages are paid on piecework system and adjusted to Consumer Price Index. One of best move taken
by James was developing a stock purchase plan for all employees. The motive behind is to provide
incentive to help run company efficiently by sharing the sense of ownership.
By strolling through the interview sections of the case study by Sharplin, you get this sense; even
though employees at Lincoln work hard but their satisfaction toward their jobs is high. Referring to
organization culture profile, one can deduct that one value of Lincoln s strong culture is outcome
oriented culture. Performance is evaluated under four sections: Quality, Dependability, ideas and

Systemic Osteoporosis
Systemic glucocorticoids are the leading cause of secondary osteoporosis. Osteoporosis is described
by the World Health Organization (WHO) as a progressive systemic skeletal disease characterised by
low bone mass and microarchitectural deterioration of bone tissue, with a consequent increase in bone
fragility and susceptibility to fracture . Oral glucocorticoids are the low bone mass and
microarchitectural deterioration main iatrogenic cause of fragility fracture. Relationship between
glucocorticoid use and bone loss has been studied and established since 1990. Early studies showed
that oral glucocorticoid cause a substantial loss in bone density and other bone markers. Subsequent
epidemiological research identified confirmed the link between fracture and oral glucocorticoid use.
Fragility fractures are the ultimate clinical endpoint that is targeted to prevent in osteoporosis.
Osteoporotic fractures occur in several bone locations. Most osteoporosis resultant fractures are hip,
proximal femur, vertebral, distal radius and ulna, which are often labeled as major osteoporotic
fractures. Fracture of the tibia, fibula, patella, ribs, and sacrum are also considered fractures
attributable to osteoporosis. A substantial amount of evidence showed increased risk of mortality post
fragility fracture. A systematic analysis of epidemiological studies showed that the mortality rate
during the first year after hip fracture ranged from 8.4% to 36.0%. Post fracture mortality rates was
associated with vertebral, humerus, and ; while . A significant morbidity ... Show more content on

GMU Video Interviews
For this week, I feel I have not done much advancement as I would have liked. The good thing is that I
am done with my initials interviews. I got help from my sister and we went to the Washington DC
Mall to pick random Americans. It was not easy. We had more rejections than collaborations. Each
time was more frustrating, but we got enough for such section. On the following day we went to GMU
campus for the same goal and we had three more participations. I end up placing only 5 participants
on the rough cut, because only that took 47 seconds. I may add two more participants, but I want to fill
the rest of the project first and I may use two more to fill up in case there is extra space to reach the 10
required minutes. What it has been frustrating is re doing the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

I could not figure it out how to use iMovie to make the sound stereo. Luckily on tonight s class the
video technician helped me by confirming that we cannot do that in iMovie yet, but gave me an
interesting suggestion on separating the audio as one single line, this of course once the video is ready,
and then transmitted to another single file to copy one more time as separate line on the same video.
We tried once with him and it looks like it will work. Second Problem was the narrative sound. After
the introduction interviews, the narrative voice volume drops tremendously to a really low volume. I
need to record this audio also with a mike so I can have the same quality and volume range as the
video portions. Other than those minor issues, I am scheduling my scholarly interviews for next week
and also over the weekend I am meeting with my artist friend who would help me with the animations.
I really need to start working on images. On the other hand, I cannot really start the images if I have

  • 2. Disadvantages Of Counterfeit Goods INTRODUCTION Counterfeit goods are fake imitations and replicas of products carrying a brand name (Phau Teah, 2009). These goods may include luxury brands from the fashion industry, electronics, software and pharmaceuticals. Usually these products are of a lower quality as compared to the original. Companies struggle to protect their goods from being copied since their name, logo, ideas and designs are copied and sold cheaply in the market. This is unethical and illegal (Chaudhry Stumpf,2011). Policy makers of countries have come up with various laws that include heavy fines and imprisonment for this act. However, these are limited to the supply side of the problem, which would include the producers, distributers, and marketers of counterfeit goods (Fernandes, 2013). This problem has grown over 10,000 percent in the past 20 years, partly due to an increase in consumer demand ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Some consumers purchase counterfeit luxury brands for their social adjustive function (e.g. to express themselves and/or to fit in) (Wilcox, Kim Sen, 2009). If the social group the consumer desires to be a part of, disapproves of such consumption, the perceived social risk involved in the purchase of counterfeit product reduces consumer intention to purchase counterfeits. Consumers might refrain from using such goods because they might be afraid of the embarrassment they will have to face if it is detected that their belonging is not original (Chaudhry Stumpf, 2011). Here, the consumption or purchase of the counterfeit will cause the individual to lose social capital from peers or society. When risk is activated consumers are more motivated to avoid negative consequences than to maximize utility (Mandel, 2003). However, Sinha and Mandel (2008) found that rising social risks and/or consequences of such utilization may not work for consumers who have high tolerance for risk (i.e. high optimal stimulation ... • 3. Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD) There are many different types of learning disorders in the world today. The two most common are ADHD (Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder). Today s classrooms have changed drastically since the 1950 s. Some of the differences would be class sizes, technology, and learning disabilities. One of the biggest changes in today s education world is the abundance of students with some sort of learning disability. Studies have showed that there are more and more ways to help deal with kids that can t seem stay focused. There are many different ways that teachers can handle students with a learning condition. The three newest types are allowing kids to work around the classroom for work/sitting in different styles ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... But I also build in transitions every 15 minutes or so that require movement (to get into groups, turn something in, write on a paper covered wall, etc). I have little to no fidgeting problems or issues with attention loss. (Gonzalez). the first thing that needs to happen for Albemarle teachers to successfully create a flexible classroom is: The teacher must have a vision for his or her room. He/she must be willing to say, I m going to throw out some of this stuff. I don t need this traditional schooling equipment. When kids move around the room, it allows them to feel more at home. Think about it, when kids are at home doing homework, they aren t sitting at a desk. They are either at the kitchen table, couch, in their bed, or on the floor. They aren t sitting at a desk sitting on a hard chair. They more than likely can sit more comfortably while doing work at home vs when they are at school. The students can have a choice of clipboards, the floor, end tables, coffee tables to write on when they re moving around the classroom (Gonzalez). This makes it easier for the students to write when they re getting comfy around the room. The average attention span of an eight year old is 6.26 seconds (Ismall). So clearly, that doesn t give a lot of time to engage a kid and get them involved in an activity. The key to getting a student involved, is keeping them interested. If a child isn t interested, they aren t going to try very hard ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 4. Customer Service Quality At Comcast Corporation Essay Customer Service Quality Lack of good quality customer service can have a negative impact on any company, from fast food restaurants to large corporations with call centers. Looking at Comcast Corporation as a specific example of poor customer service quality, we will identify the source of the negative impact and provide different options for improvement of quality within the call center. Comcast Corporation started out as a small cable company and grew tremendously to the number one company in internet and cable providers. This growth is directly correlated to the risks CEO Brian Roberts has taken throughout the years such as buying smaller cable companies, successfully acquiring investors to back the corporation, and at times learning from past mistakes. With a company this big, problems are going to arise, but at what cost does a lack of quality in the customer service department ultimately bring? Bad news travels a lot faster than good news, but if a company already stands in the number one position, is upper management truly concerned? Business Insider s article The 15 Worse Companies for Customer Service rated Comcast #4. The second lowest ranked cable service. (Nisen, 2013) This refers to the television service alone, however, both internet and cable received low scores. Comcast has lost hundreds of thousands of TV subscribers, due to online streaming of shows with the use of Hulu and Netflix. Would a high quality of customer service give customers the ... • 5. The Importance Of Guiding Young Children Guiding young children is an awesome responsibility that requires patience, understanding, flexibility, knowledge of child development and appropriate practices, intentional decision making, but most of all guiding young children requires kindness and love. Guidance involves discipline, not punishment. To begin our discussion on guidance let s first look at the difference between discipline and punishment. Discipline is used to teach and guide. Punishment is used for the purposes of controlling and retribution. (Godfrey, 2013) Guiding children does not mean taking punitive action when they fail to meet an expectation. Instead, guiding means to help children learn how to function suitably in a variety of social contexts. The goal is not to break a child s spirit, causing them to fear harsh punishment or judgement. The goal is to teach them how to regulate their emotions and actions, to develop control, so they can make safe, responsible decisions. An adult who practices punishment, controls a child externally. This communicates to a child that they are not able to control themselves, thus have no responsibility for their actions. Also, it can create in the child s mind, the idea that they can commit a behavior so long as they do not get caught or are willing to accept the consequences. Behavior that is modified with punishment does not evolve from the understanding of what is expected in a society, but rather from fear. Since no understanding was obtained this will not ... • 6. Philip K Dick Research Paper What is reality? Did the past you remember actually happen? Can you exist in two realities at once? Are you who you think you are? Through his work, science fiction author Philip K. Dick implies that we will all be asking such questions soon. For Dick, reality is just one of his layers. All of his novels combined together accurately predicted the world we are in now. Philip K. Dick acts as the Charles Dickens of science fiction in his sheer density and detail. Nearly all of his works come from the real place, which is reality. What he sees is disintegration, dirt, corruption, and that was him; Dick looked on the dark side of the human element saw how the dark side was romantic and incorporated those dark corners into his books. • 7. The Effects And Effects Of Video Recording On Anxiety Abstract As the use of technology increases, more and more companies will be turning to recordings to monitor and save data, including therapists, interviewers, and law enforcement officials. It s important to understand what effects being recorded will have on the outcome of the conversations. Using college students and placing them in different situations of recorded discussions, this study seeks to measure the effects of these type of data gathering on anxiety and truthfulness. Using the information gathered, we will make conclusions regarding the most effective ways of getting the proper information from subjects or clients that could be used in real life situations to come. Effects of Video Recording on Anxiety As technology advances, there is considerably less need for the use of old practices. We re seeing this now in ways we could never have imagined. Interviewers, interrogators, and therapists alike are debating turning to video and audio recording to preserve sessions rather than note taking, which can be a source for mistakes. Implementing live recording in therapy, interviews, and interrogations allows for more accurate recollection of thoughts and ideas for both parties. One stated benefit from the study conducted by Decarlo and colleagues was that with the recording method, the officers were able to spend more time listening and interacting with the suspect than taking accurate notes of the interrogation, which could be misconstrued with ... My awakening to the wonder of business world began in the summer of 2014, when I was introduced to the National Operation Research and Optimization Courses by Prof. Dongdong Ge(a former Ph.D. from Stanford, MS E), which turned out to be the turning point in my life. Different from previous mathematical courses which emphasized theory, these courses including Stochastic Models, dynamic inventory and pricing management, Business Intelligence and Data Analysis opened up new worlds for me. I was overwhelmed by how optimization can be applied so broadly in economics and management, and how people can make use of the growing availability of data. Later in the fall of 2014, I was enrolled as an exchange student at UC Berkeley. As I was eager to embrace different branches of science as well as strengthen my background with advanced knowledge, I challenged myself with some of the most difficult courses, including Applied Stochastic Process by Prof. Rhonda Righter. • 9. Moscrop Hallway Assignment I sat near the window as a pop of orange then a strand of yellow started to appear. They gradually wove together in intricate patterns leaving a trail of light behind for the sun. The concoction of colours slowly revealed the barren world filled with nothing but white snow, sprinkled on its landscape. The sun followed pursuit of the blend of colours as it began its journey to the skies. Its rays penetrated through the windows bringing warmth that seeps into me along with the cold, frigid air of the Canadian winter. I would stay still to admire the view until the trance was broken by the familiar pressure of the student s feet on my back. A hallway is like the colours and the students are the sun. I am the path way that the students follow to get to wherever they need to go, without me they would be lost. If you pass by the hallways of Moscrop Secondary, you would notice the dull walls with paper flyers stuck to it and the grey and red lockers permanently attached to it. You would look up and see an abundance of paintings of flags and pictures exuding positive messages and you would think it was nice, just nice. Then you would continue on your way not even noticing the floor you stand on that made it possible for you to view the dull walls and the paintings on the ceiling, not even a glance. (Upton) Regional dialects in the United States generally reflect the elements of the language of the nationality of the original settlers, or those who have consisted of a large percentage of immigration to the area since then. Sociologists estimate the number of United States dialects range from three New England, Southern and Western/General America to 24 or more. Some researchers even suggest it s actually impossible to count the number of dialects in the United States because under a loose definition of the term, thousands of cities, towns and groups have their own varieties of dialects. • 13. The Economic Crisis in Eurozone With the impending Presidential election consuming the American news cycle, major media outlets and the general public alike have neglected a growing crisis within one of the world s most important centers of commerce and culture. Despite the domestic rancor over stimulus packages, runaway debt and rampant unemployment which has inspired fierce political debate here in America, the fact remains that many European countries have borne the brunt of the global recession currently decimating national economies. The so called Euro Zone, a consortium of 17 neighboring nations which belong to the European Union (EU) and have adopted the Euro as their common currency, has experienced unimaginable financial disarray during the last decade. In the modern age of globalized economic structures, the increasing instability emanating from European markets is now threatening to spread to Asia, America and around the world. Initially envisioned as a confederation of member states collaborating together for mutual benefit, the EU and its 27 member nations established a single integrated market with the goal of facilitating trade and international commerce. With the introduction of the Euro across the Eurozone, this monetary system has proven to be unsustainable given the region s traditional reliance on entitlement programs and social assistance. In the face of a radically different future, many organisations will find that doing more with the same or doing it better will not suffice. (Blanken and Liff, 1999, pp. 97 98). A hero takes risk a hero might be scared to face his fears such as talking to his dad for the first time who has been locked up in prison. It takes a hero to overcome that and not let the fears take over his/her life. Lastly a Hero is a leader. In the poem O Captain! My Captain! It states, From fearful trip the victor shop comes in with object won. (Citation). The poem explains how a leader took a risk and fought for what he felt is right. • 18. Vascular Lymphatic System And Atherosclerosis Vascular Lymphatic System/Atherosclerosis Jazmin Fontan Bryant Stratton College AHLT120: Anatomy and Physiology 1 Dr. Pamela K. Hannaman, MS, ND, CPC, CMRS, CCMA November 18, 2015 Narrowing and hardening of the artery walls causing buildup of fatty tissues (plaque), cholesterol and other substances, which may restrict blood flow is referred to as atherosclerosis. Having restriction of blood flow develops damage to a patients organs and also increases the risk of heart attacks, blood clots, and strokes overtime (WebMD, 2015). It is said to be the most common form of arteriosclerosis that forms small patches and arterial spasms. The plaque also known as atheroma, builds up and may cause the blood clots to burst. Atherosclerosis is considered to be a heart condition, but may also affect arteries in any part of the body and could be prevented and treated (Mayo Clinic, 2015). The arteries in the body are blood vessels that transport blood from the heart and through the body. Endothelium, which is a thin layer of cells that lines the arteries to help keep the inside of the arteries smooth and toned allowing normal blood flow. The disruption that leads to atherosclerosis begins when an individual smokes, and has either high blood pressure or high cholesterol; in which begins to form atheroma. When the endothelium is damaged it causes it to become invasive allowing bad cholesterol or LDL to enter the artery walls. In return, causing the white blood ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

There are a lot of abolitionists, like Elijah Parish Lovejoy, who lost their lives when criticizing lynching. Elijah Parish Lovejoy showed both physical and moral courage fighting against inequality. • 20. Misconceptions In Rape Fantasy By Estelle What is your rape fantasy? Rape fantasies illustrates the misconceptions pop culture taught society and women about rape through the reoccurring irony and vulnerability theme. Throughout the story, the narrator named Estelle speaks in first person with her coworkers as they share their sexual fantasies. The excerpt conversation begins with Chrissy when she asks, What are your rape fantasies? To put the word rape and fantasy in the same sentence is erroneous because there is nothing fantasizing about being forced against your will. The story proves that women are mentally unprepared for a life threatening situation. Estelle has a comical tone through out the excerpt, you know? In the beginning, she sounded insensitive towards the idea of rape and her absurd fantasies surrounding it but this quote proved her invulnerability and ironic theme in the story because she realized that she is no longer in control of the situation and the man has power over her because they could still go ahead with the rape. • 21. The Desperation On Johnny s Face Stopping at the frightened and confused look John was giving him, Roy trailed off, I m sorry. Too much, Johnny tried explaining. I was talking too fast? And I was talking about too many subjects? Roy asked slowly. Nodding, Johnny yawned and gasped. Shhh, it s okay, Roy soothed, rubbing his arm. You have a lot of wounds on different parts of your body. Confused about why he had them, but unable to figure out how to ask, John just looked towards Roy. Not able to know words, tell me, clear up why, Johnny pleaded in his head, frustrated to feel as though his mind was trying to think while being encased in mud. Do you want to know what happened? Why you are hurting now? asked Roy, reading the desperation on Johnny s face. Nodding, John groaned as it set off a round of nauseous and increased the thumping inside his head. Don t worry, you can t get sick, Roy assured him. The doctors have a tube going in your nose that makes sure that it doesn t happen. I know it s not fun and itches, but it s better than getting sick. Sighing, John leaned back on the bed and waited for Roy to begin explaining. Starting with the shortened version of being caught in a fire that caused him to be thrown a bit, Roy then moved on to let John know the various injuries that were caused by that. Once he went through that, Roy pointed out each tube and what it was for, hoping that at some level Johnny was understanding it. Considering how he looked however, Roy figured that most of the ... It s this setting where a terrible incident occurs in Lord of the Flies, where a group of kids is stranded on an island with no adults, and a struggle over power emerges. To make matters worse, the kids believe there s a beast on the island. In Chapter 9, the storm strikes both physically and figuratively. • 25. Jeannette Walls Cooking When I read Jeannette Walls literature regarding her cooking at such a young age, I was appalled. She was the age of three and cooking with open flames. She could feel the heat rising from the boiling water which engulfed her hot dogs. While she was cooking, she could smell the boiling water that surrounded the hot dogs flaring up. She sensed the abnormally hot air in her nose as she breathed in the warmness. Personally, I can t imagine being only three years old and cooking. First of all, why is she cooking while her parents aren t watching? I could hear Mom in the next room singing while she worked on one of her paintings (Walls 5). Her mother is paying no attention to her three year old daughter cooking. It s absurd to think about it. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... She must have also been in charge of walking the dog down the streets alone, or maybe in charge of lighting bonfires. The responsibilities of this three year old are unheard of compared to today s standards for raising a child. I would never, under any circumstances, let my three year old daughter use a stove. A big reason for this is evident when the author says, I was still standing on the chair, swatting at the fire with the fork I had been using to stir the hot dogs (Walls 5). First of all, she was not taught the proper way to fight a fire. Instead of the stop drop and roll method we were all taught, she swats at the fire with a fork in panic. By swatting at the fire, she hoped the fork would damage the entity that surrounded her and put an end to the pain. She was feeling the moisture from her skin being drawn out from her. She smelt her dress being burned right off her as well as the fire on her bare skin bubbling up and filling the room. In her head, she could hear the screams she wanted to say immediately, but did not have the words ready. At the time, she could taste her saliva building up tremendously as the fire retained its fearsome ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Now, they are in hiding from the people that destroyed their planet. All is well except, the nine people that escaped had powers and can not be killed out of order by the people that destroyed their planet. One through three were captured, and killed and Number Four is next. He has hid his whole life, and he s ready to fight back. He is tired of hiding and is ready to fight for his planet back. I found this book to be very entertaining and well written. I really loved how the author wrote about the invasion throughout the book instead of right in the beginning. I loved how well the characters were developed. Number Four was developed as a shy kid that isn t afraid to stand up for himself. His new friend was developed as a paranoid nerd, and lastly, his love interest was developed as a strong, and independent girl that was an avid photographer and wasn t afraid to stand up for herself. Future demand is derived using projected population statistics of 2002. The population in 2002 was 25 million and the population growth between 1991 2002 was 3.2 %, and by 2015 the projected population growth as per an estimate would rise to 35 million.
