Lili Elbe (28 December 1882 13 September 1931) was a possibly intersexed person
and one of the first identifiable[1] recipients of sex reassignment surgery to be a trans
woman.[2] Elbe was born in Denmark as Einar Mogens Wegener, and presented as
male throughout her life and was a successful artist with that name. She also
presented as Lili, sometimes spelled Lily and publicly was introduced as Einar s
sister. After transitioning, however, she made a legal name change and stopped
painting.
Elbe s year of birth is sometimes stated as 1886. This appears to be from the book
about her, which has some facts changed to protect the identities of the persons
involved. Factual references to Gerda Gottlieb s life indicate that the 1882 date is

One of the challenges as an adaptive intern at Tiger s gymnastics is working with
kids with a wide range of disabilities. Most of these disabilities I have never been
introduced to before, and what I am learning is that the actives I do with one kid,
might not be an option for another. The best method I have figured out, is to take
things slow. I let the gymnast set the pace, and I react based off their confidence level
and willingness to participate.
A lot of the gymnasts I work with have limited verbal communication skills. How
they express their wants or displeasure may come in the form of grunts, screams, or
physical movement. Recognizing and deciphering these actions at times can be
tricky. Giving the gymnasts plenty of notification on what we are going to do next,
and paying attention to their body language when a request is given, seems to reduce
the amount of times that they will panic or be unhappy with what is going on.
One challenge that I have faced internally, is not being afraid to be goofy around the
kids. At first, I was worried that acting silly would be embarrassing, but I quickly
realized that it didn t matter. The point is that the gymnasts have a good time and
enjoy themselves, and not my own level of comfortability. Once I got over the fear
embarrassed, I realized that all the coaches around me were doing the same thing,

the 2012 administration of the TWCS the faculty was told, Blast me I don t care,
it won t be the first time and probably won t be the last. , so only 65% of the faculty
completed it. This past year 89% of the faculty and staff members completed the
survey. Some of the noticeable data points included an increase in the trust and
mutual respect question, in 2012 it was at 33% and in 2014 it went to 87% and in
terms of teacher support by the administration it went from 50% to 96%. Another big
issue was managing student conduct. In 2014, 100% of the respondents said that
school administrators consistently enforce rules and support teachers efforts to
maintain discipline in the classroom. That is up from 28% and 55% respectively.
The teacher working conditions results are obvious that the school climate is much
better largely in part to administration change. Organizational Structures SCHS is a 9
12 HS. There is 1 principal and 1 assistant principal. There is a multitude of support
staff
