4. This food item X, a staple in South India originally
formed when Shahuji Bhonsle, ruler of Tanjore was
experimenting with the recipe of Marathi dish Aamti
and instead of using the usual ingredients, he used some
locally sourced alternatives. A new dish was formed and

7. The X project was first proposed in 1860 by A. D. Taylor, an official in the Indian
Navy. It would shorten the time required during trade with certain neighbours,
and allow greater control over trade in the area. The project was reviewed many
times, before finally being approved in 2005. Due to fierce opposition, the
project has been halted several times and remains unfinished.
Complaints have been raised against the project for two major reasons. The first
is over environmental concerns. Apart from this, certain groups have opposed
the project on the basis that it would disturb another feature of the region
significant to them. Due to these particular concerns, the proposed plan was
altered to avoid the particular issue.

and distribution. As a result of its early investment in
