among different race on a block in Bed Sty is the most appropriate for the audience at Coe College.

the audience viewing the film to form opinions on sensitive subjects and to do the right thing in a
difficult situation.Spike Lee uses the film, Do The Right Thing, to address racial tension in the 20th
century through his use of color, camera framing and narrative. One of the most striking scenes begins
in the first forty minutes of the film. The scene starts off with the music becoming slow and haunting,

So this topic that I have been wanting to address for awhile. I was talking to a friend the other day
about the whole dating aspect of BYU Idaho as well as just in the Mormon community. Now my
friend grew up outside of the church and so she has seen both the Mormon culture of dating as well as
the way that the world does it. Now she pointed out to me something that I never really thought of
before. She told me that it almost seems like we are so focused on the aspect of dating and getting
married because in our culture that is something that we strongly believe in because of the covenants
that we make with marriage. She said that we are in a sense having these arranged type of marriages,
in the sense that everyone around us is telling us to date this person or that person or get married
because it is a commandment and we are making these decisions not because we truly love this person
or we even truly believe that we want to get married, or even fully understand the promises we will be
making to that person and also to God. We aren t fully making this decision because we truly believe
that it is a good choice but because others around us think so and to me that does seem a little bit like
an arranged marriage.

Global warming or climate change is a very serious problem in the world today. Global warming is the
current increase in temperature of the Earth s surface (both land and water) as well as its atmosphere,
says Emily Crouse. Global temperatures have risen about 1.4°F over the last hundred years. As small
and unimportant as this sounds, it is extremely dangerous for this Earth. If the temperature has risen
this much in 100 years what will happen in 1,000? Rising temperatures mean rising sea levels, more
wildfires, bigger and stronger storms, more allergies and disease outbreaks, and so much more. There
are many causes of global warming, whether it be by human or naturally, for instance, deforestation or
the burning of fossil fuels contributes to global warming in a negative way.
Human disturbance plays a huge role in the effect of global warming. 97% percent of scientists say
humans are to blame for global warming. This is because the 40% rise of carbon dioxide in the
atmosphere since the Industrial Revolution or the 70 million metric tons of carbon dioxide we add to
the atmosphere every single day. Simple everyday activities like driving a car or things businesses do
daily like burn fossil fuels or certain businesses like cutting down trees all add carbon. Cars emit
around 24 pounds of carbon dioxide and other global warming gases for every gallon of gas. Many car
companies are finding ways to solve it by creating cars that run on electricity or energy. A big new
brand, named Tesla, has started coming out with cars like that for expensive prices but significantly
lowered them when they realized how much people loved them. They are soon releasing a moderate
priced car for the same benefits. This is just one example of the ways humans are contributing to the
environment in a negative way by tweaking the global temperature and trying bit by bit to fix it.
As much as humans contribute, natural causes are a big as well. Mostly, the temperature is rising due
to the sun s variation of light. This change in solar radiation is related to the number of sunspots.
Sunspots are darker areas on the sun s surface. When they happen they come closer to earth s
