1. BIRD BOX
Challenge Mechanics:
1. Two groups of students, compose of 2 members will be selected from the class.
2. Choose one student from the group that shall be BLIND FOLDED and the other one shall NOT
SPEAK any words.
3. The unblindfolded students shall arrange the jumbled letters presented on the screen.
4. The unblindfolded students shall rely the answer by means of drawing or writing at the BACK
of his pair (The Blind Folded) without speaking any words.
5. Once the blindfolded student gets the message, she/he shall clap her/his hands to answer.
6. The group shall get 3 points to win the challenge.

2. What is a HUMAN EYE?
• Your eyes are the sensory organs that allow you to see.
• The human eye is like a camera that collects, focuses, and transmits light through a lens to
create an image of its surroundings.
• In the eye, the image is created on the retina, a thin layer of light-sensitive tissue at the back
of the eye.
A. Definition
• Learners with difficulty seeing are those with issue regarding sight that interfere with
academics.
• The definition from Individual with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) states that "an
impairment in vision that, even with correction, adversely affects a child's educational
performance which includes both partial sight and blindness."
• These students may need to have their eyesight corrected by wearing glasses or other optical
devices.
