Statement of the Problem
• What is the impact of modular learning on
academic performance of students?
• What is the impact of face-to-face classes on
academic performance of students?
• Is there a significant difference between:
a. Face-to-face Classes
b. Modular Learning
Methodology
• Research Design- Quantitative Design
• Research Locale- The school which will be
involved in the research is Licerio Antiporda
Senior National Highschool Dalaya Extension
Buguey District 1, Division of Cagayan. This
school is geographically located at the
northern most part if Cagayan.
• Sampling Procedure- The research population for
this study will be 50 students of Licerio Antiporda
Senior National Highschool Dalaya Extension under
the Division of Cagayan, District 1. The students are
enrolled during the school year 2022-2023.
• Data Gathering - Upon the approval of the research
proposal, a request letter will be sent to the School
Head of Licerio Antiporda Senior National
Highschool Dalaya Extension under the Division of
Cagayan, District 1 seeking permission to conduct
the study and informing them of the nature and
procedure of the study.
• Statistical Tool - The main instrument to be
utilized in the study will be the researcher-
made questionnaire composed of two parts:
a. Profile of the Respondents; b.
Questionnaire on the Impact of Modular
Learning on Academic Performance of
Students.
• Statistical Treatment - Frequencies, ranks
and percentages will be used to treat the
profile of the respondents while means and
standard deviations.
