This paper explores two published articles that investigate the victimization of persons with Mental
Retardation (MR). Specifically, this paper examined the differences between MR and mental illness,
the risk of victimization and the nature of victimization for persons with MR, factors contributing to
the risk of victimization for persons with MR, and perpetrators of victimization against persons with
MR. Studies have found several influences contributing to the risk of victimization for persons with
MR including victim related factors, relationship factors and environmental factors. Together, these
findings suggest that persons with MR are at a higher risk of being victimized.
The Effects of Victimization on Persons with Mental Retardation Mental Retardation (MR) is a
developmental disability along with autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and learning disabilities
(Petersilia, 2001). Specifically, MR is defined as significant limitations in intellectual functioning and
adaptive skills in two or more areas: self care, social skills, home living and other fundamental issues

ABSTRACT In this paper we are going to illustrate a way to cluster similar news articles based on
their term frequency. We will using python and nltk to recognize keywords and subsequently using
hierarchical clustering algorithm. This method can be used to build news aggregation backends.
Aggregation means clustering like documents from different sources. There is fast moving data and
heterogeneity of sources in news aggregation scenarios. We need to remove the duplicates arising due
to heterogeneous sources. General Terms Hierarchical clustering, algorithms, aggregation, news, text
mining et al. Keywords Python, nltk, feedparser, news aggregation. 1. INTRODUCTION News
Aggregators can be considered a multilateral platform of interconnection [1]. In principle, news
aggregators can be a substitute or a complement to the news outlets who invest in the creation of news
stories. A policy debate centers around the decrease in the incentives for news creation that results if
readers choose to consume their news through aggregators without clicking through to the news
websites or generating any revenue for the outlets [2]. Getting these two ideas in perspective our ideas
is to get a small script in python which anyone can run on their own

For my movie review, I chose to watch the movie, The Help. The movie was centered around a white
female writer named Skeeter, who wrote a book titled The Help that exposed the hardships and
struggles that African American maids experienced in regards to working for white upper class
families. The movie took place in Mississippi in the 1960 s during the civil rights movement and it
showed how disgusting and racist white people were to African Americans at that time. Throughout

This could be related to the germ theory, which was used as a separate, but equal tool. The germ
theory was a theory that stated that black people had diseases and illnesses that could be spread to

In the United States, there has often been debate over whether the U.S. Constitution is a living
constitution. A living constitution is the idea that the interpretation of constitutional phrases should
take into account the contemporaneous society. In other words, practices and traditions of the
government have the ability to change and transform over time in accordance with the changes in
society. Similarly, there has often been debate in the religious community as to whether the practices
and traditions of the church have the ability to change and transform in order to better suit the needs of
its constituents. Two Popes in the Roman Catholic church, Pope Francis and Pope Pius IX, have
published documents with opposing viewpoints about the church s ability to change and transform
over time. The aforementioned documents also highlight other issues commonly debated within the
