Robert Frost s poem Home Burial speaks of the tragedies in a couple s life. The theme of Home Burial
is centered at the death of couple s child. It seems that men did not express their feelings well during
this time. Home Burial demonstrates how one life tragedy can cause another to tragedy because of
emotions that are uncontrollable. The man and woman in this poem has lost their baby to due to death.
The mother is grieving and it seems she doesn t recover from this loss; parents who lose a child never
forget, but most people do find ways to cope and move on in life. The baby is buried in the family
burial site and can be seen from a window in the couple s home. Every day the mother goes to the
window looking at the family plot. Watching the place where her child s body is buried continues the
sadness she feels. But, another emotion is contained in this wife and mother and that is anger and
resentment at her husband. At first, the reason for her anger seems unknown. The reasoning starts to
show when it says she refused him any help, with the least stiffening of her neck and silence. (lines13

Courtroom Reflection Paper
On July 31, 2017, I remember leaving early from band camp to observe the courtroom in order to
write this paper. I pulled up the address of the courtroom on google maps, and I followed the direction
to evacuate myself out of the school parking lot. I had made two wrong turns due to my horrible sense
of directions, but I was still able to get to my final destination on time. The parking lot was packed at
the Greene County Courthouse, therefore I had to park across the street which was still pretty packed.
Being my first time at the Courthouse, I was completely clueless that there would be two officers
performing security checks. Now writing this paper, I felt so ignorant not knowing that there would be
some type of security involved when entering the county courthouse. The officer holds on to my keys
and my purse was slowly being transported through the scanner. I, on the other hand, had to walk
through a metal door scan. After I was released, I saw a big TV with judges names, times of the day,
division numbers, and the names of cases. I went to Division 26, which is Judge Carrier s room, and I
was planning on watching the trial that was supposed to begin at 3 O clock. On my way there I was
quite interested at the structure of the building. The elevator could transport to all three floors, but the
stairs only connect the first and the second floor. In order to get from the second floor to the third
floor, it is impossible unless you take the elevator. It could be that the

As a Project Manager (PM), developing high performing teams helps me deliver projects successfully.
Team members are like family; you don t get to choose them. In my 10 year Project Management
career, building productive teams of individuals with varying skills, gender, age, culture, work ethics,
has been my biggest challenge.
One of the most quoted Team development models was proposed by Bruce Tuckman in 1960. The five
developmental sequence are: Forming; Storming; Norming, Performing and Adjourning.
In this paper, I have used this model to compare and contrast my experience with the MBA student
team development exercise and my experience as PM in my current job. Why was my experience in
these 2 environments, different?
Stage 1 Forming: When enthusiastic individuals come together to form a team:
For the exercise, the teams were pre assigned. Our team consisted of a diverse group of folks from the
perspective of gender, ethnicity, age, professional background and experience. With the activity
duration set at 1 hour, the team did both, introduction and understanding of the assignment at the same
time. This team truly formed itself and equal leadership was established among the MBA students,
within the first minute or two
In the real world too, the project team members are pre assigned and they are excited and ready to

Some of the issues with this type of tax are whether it should be per use, per month or per year.
Another issue involved with this tax is how it would be implemented and whether there would be
extra fees related to the type of connection. For example, would the fee be changed based on a DSL

Good Riddance by Green Day is my theme for my eighth grade year. This song was written by Billie
Joe Armstrong for the album Nimrod in 1997.
In the album recording of the song Billie messes up the opening chord progression twice before saying

During the time period of when A Tale of Two Cities was published Dickens was having a battle of
depression in his life. He saw no hope with his wife and had thought to have too many children to
