28. Preferred Customer
Who is Preferred Customer?
A Preferred Customer is a person who only wishes to purchase product for their and their household’s
personal consumption at a discounted price. Preferred Customers may not retail the product and
cannot recruit others.
How do Preferred Customers sign up?
A person can become a Preferred Customer only if sponsored by an Associate.
A Preferred Customer signs up via https://www.myherbalife.com/en-in/ or via a paper application.
29. Bronze Preferred Customer (BPC)
Bronze Preferred customer will have an Introductory discount as 15% upon signing up as a New
Preferred Customer.
Silver Preferred Customer (SPC)
By achieving 100 points in the last 12 months, Bronze preferred Customer will move to Silver
Preferred Customer status with 25% discount level.
Gold Preferred Customer (GPC)
By achieving 500 points in the last 12 months, Silver preferred Customer will move to Gold
Preferred Customer status with 35% discount level.
