the fear of betrayal through the main characters feelings. The female speaker in the poem unfolds her

Introduction
For this report the process of creating the game Chased by Snakes as a member of Danger Noodle will
be discussed.
Methodology
For this project it was decided by the group to use a flat management structure, and to follow a system
akin to free development. This method meant that none of the group was the project manager and
instead the thing keeping people on track was their self motivation to complete the project. To aid with
completing the project at the start of the project a list of work was set out from the requirements, and
then each member of the group picked the tasks that they could complete for the year. The main

Another problem is that this method requires everyone to have high motivation if they want to
complete the project to a high standard and a as the group is small a few unmotivated people can bring
the whole project down. The group did have motivation problems during the middle of the project
with some group members not producing any work. The motivation could have been reduced if the
work been assigned one at a time instead of all at the start allowing people to focus on one thing at a
time and seeing the list of work get smaller.
A problem with using this flat management with free development is that there are not a lot of
examples to follow with many companies using agile. It seems that this flat management is new to the
games industry and so the group might make some mistakes that others can learn from in the future
who want to use the same structure. There are however some companies that do, valve uses a flat
management structure and so does Chucklefish games (Bithell , Sliwinski, Orlowski , 2016)(18:25

and motivations that separate them from other classes. People are grouped together in classes because

Social class is experienced differently by people throughout life. The four classes that are used in the
commonly used model are upper, middle, working, and lower classes. Upper classes represents about
one percent of U.S. families and usually can be born into their fortunes or live on yearly incomes.
Upper classes incomes can range from two million to hundreds of dollars. These people are
professionals, corporate executives, and managers who tend to have degrees from expensive
universities. They will live in private homes in separate communities away from others. Some people
will separate themselves among the upper classes based on how they earn their money and how long
they have lived their lives this way. Middle classes are considered the largest class among U.S.
families. Occupations in this class are found to be highly paid professionals such as lawyers, doctors,

Laurent Clerc was born in LaBalme, France, on Dec. 26 1785. His father was Mayor of the town and
the family could boast of a long line of magistrates in the Clerc lineage. At the age of one, the infant
fell from a kitchen chair by accident into a nearby fireplace. He was burned on one side of his face and
a fever left him totally deaf. He had uncle also named Laurent Clerc, who heard about the school for
the deaf in Paris. When he was twelve years old, his uncle brought him to Paris and took him in the
Royal Institution for the Deaf. In 1816, his eight year as a teacher, an event happened which changed

There are a lot of firsts that Laurent Clerc accomplished. He was the first deaf teacher in America, the
first deaf person to appear before U.S. Congress in Washington, D.C. to talk about establishing public
schools for the deaf, and the first deaf person to get an honorary M.A. degree from Trinity College.
Clerc was born to a prominent family in the village of LaBalme, France. His father was a notary by
profession and a mayor of the village for 34 years. His mother was the daughter of another notary.
Males in Clercs family held the office of Tubelion (a Royal Commissary) in that village for over 300
years. Clercs family believes that he became deaf after falling from his highchair into the kitchen fire,
but he might have been born deaf. His right cheek was burned from the accident hence the name sign
of brushing two fingers across cheek.
Clerc lived through the French Revolution, witnessing Napoleons rise and fall. In fact, he lived in
England for a while to escape from the turmoil.
Clerc had once been considered to help start a school for the deaf in Russia but was passed over
because he was deaf. He agreed to coe to America for only three years for three reasons: 1) to help
organize a new school for the deaf; 2) to be the first experienced teacher; and 3) to teach others how to

The United States is a country built by immigrants who speak more than one language. Being
bilingual has many benefits that vary from traveling with ease all through having a brain that can
multitask faster. In the past decade many schools in California, as well as other states, have started a
program called the dual immersion or something of that nature in which they have a class that is in
another language, usually Spanish, and they teach the kids all the required material in that other
language. The Dual Immersion program is something that should be instated into more schools,
