CHI È IL PASSEGGERO?
Con il termine «passeggero» si intende ogni persona trasportata in base al biglietto di passaggio emesso dal vettore e/o
dalle agenzie a ciò autorizzate.
Il trasporto di persone via mare è regolato da:
 Convenzione PAL 2002:
Disciplina il regime di responsabilità del vettore marittimo per danni alla persona del passeggero, bagagli e veicoli.
 Reg. CE 392/2009:
Recepisce in larga misura la PAL 2002.
 Reg. UE 1177/2010
emanato per colmare i vuoti normativi lasciati dalla convenzione PAL (es. disagi o danni che i passeggeri subiscono
durante le lunghe attese nelle stazioni marittime)
 C.D.N: Capo III del trasporto, Sezione I «del trasporto di persone» da art. 396 ad art. 418

L’esperienza vissuta a bordo dal passeggero è fondamentale per la riuscita del servizio,
è dunque necessario individuare i punti critici di contatto e i così detti «momenti della verità»

- Cura degli spazi comuni
- Importanza del personale dipendete in quanto immagine dell’azienda
- Importanza della comunicazione delle informazioni (personale, interfono,
annunci, ecc.)
