I found myself in a very similar situation several years ago when I scheduled my first couples
session. Just like Alayah, I was interested in offering couples counseling, had attended trainings
and workshops to learn how to effectively work with couples, and was trying hard to build a

Elementary Hosts Popcorn At School
Every other Friday, Cascades Elementary hosts Popcorn Friday in their cafeteria. Volunteers come
and help make, bag, and distribute the salty snack to the classrooms. The line goes popcorn
machine, empty bags, bag folders and tape placers, finished bags, and classroom totes. However, to
make the line flow easily, the line might go; empty bags, popcornmachine, bag folders, tapers,
finished bags in lines of five, and the classroom totes that are brought up from the classroom. This
suggested lineup requires a volunteerto open bags and place them so the popcorn machine volunteer
is able to reach the paper bags, and possibly a couple more volunteers to ensure the supplies needed

On Popcorn Day, the volunteers meet at Cascades Elementary at eight in the morning in the

This documentary caught my attention right from the opening lines. People, in general, do not
like to admit when they are wrong, so when the narrator began by claiming that the entire set of
beliefs he had grown up with and lived his life by were wrong and untrue it made me stop and

One of the main civic and moral lessons that is displayed throughout Edgar Huntly is the

The home of Pele, the Hawaiian volcano goddess, Kilauea Volcano has been erupting for the last
30 years. Since January 3, 1983, the world has stopped to look at the lava flowing out of the
crevices of the crater. However, despite the meaning of the name, Kilauea in Hawaiian (which
translates to spewing or much spreading ), many scientists are amazed that the volcano has a
continuous flow (USGS 1,2,3). Nonetheless, as the East Rift Zone spreads, Kilauea has started
overflowing; and the once majestic lava now spills out of Pu u O o Crater into nearby towns.
Scientists and citizens scramble to find the answer: how do we stop a volcanic eruption from
destroying nearby civilization without stopping the natural occurrence?

As the youngest and most southeastern volcano on Hawaii s big island, Kilauea has been
suggested to be the world s most active volcano; having recorded 61 historical eruptions, not

There are millions and millions of cars on the road these days. With every car on the road there
is a driver operating the vehicle. Every single driver has habits that they acquired throughout the
years of driving. Some don t use blinkers, others tend to go over the speed limit, and others don t

Casting is one of the major metallurgical operations carried out in the manufacturing industry.
Given the large scale of operations, the number of defects in the process also goes up with the
development of the time and methods of the processing. Although, we have managed to cover up
for the defects in the procedure, yet the remnants pose a huge problem. Now, every property
attributes its relations to the casting process and the correlation of the defect in the microstructure,
ductility, machinability, etc. all trace their reasons back to the type of casting or the defect
associated with it. In the present study, we have tried to analyze two main types of defects mainly,
filling and thermal defects, with their sub types along with the causes, effects on the properties and

the beginning of Job. In this book, God talks to Satan and brags about His
servant Job. He then goes on to bet with Satan, that whatever Job does, he
will not renounce his faith in God. There are a couple of reasons this

INTRODUCTION
Cholera is a tropical disease that causes critical dehydration. The bacterium, which can be found in
contaminated water or food, produces the toxin that causes unusual fluid secretion (1). Even though
cholera still causes several deaths, about 80% of the cases can be treated with rehydration therapy
(2). In 2013, America had the highest number of cholera cases (Figure 1).

Organization, 2014) The causal agent of cholera is called Vibrio cholerae (Figure 2), which is a
Gram negative bacillus from the genus Vibrionaceae. The bacterium moves by a polar flagellum.
Even with a high number of strains described, only the serotypes O139 and O1 can cause cholera
(3).

that activates adenylate cyclase. Being an enterotoxin, this protein affects the membrane
permeability of intestinal wall cells (4). The protein was first purified in 1969 and it is

being the toxic active type of subunit (A) (5). The B type has a mass of 64 kDa, which is about
