On One Guy, One Girl A Shemale
Personal Experience Response
This had to be by far the most unique and distinct experience paper yet. The options were so relevant
to the class and for the first time, in a long time, this was an exciting experience for me. All due to one
topic: S E X. With that being said my topic of choice was a movie review. This was a bit common and
challenging for me at the same time. Challenging because I didn t know which category I haven t
watched when it comes to porn and common for me because I watch porn very often.
#NOJUDGEMENTZONE Why I chose this topic was pretty simple, there are a few subdivisions in
the porn industry that I have yet to experience. I m pretty sure, majority of society watches the usual:
man on woman; woman on woman and man on man. Now how many of these people can say they
have also watch intersex people having intercourse. Now to the average person, intersex persons are
usually called trannys/transexuals/shemales in the adult film industry. ... Show more content on

I watched this movie on Extremetube.com; which so happens to be my favorite porn site (this is
confidential right?) I usually watch ,any different forms of porn. Meaning the usual 2 people porn or
the orgies and gangbangs but this by far had to be the most shocking. Watching a intersex persons
perform fallacio on a man, while the woman is trying her best to gag on the intersex persons genitals
ws kind of new to me. It was even more shocking to see just how big an intersex persons penis can
look. Ironically it s bigger than the males

How Is Amelia Earhart Brave
Amelia Earhart was born july 24, 1898 in Atchison, Kansas Amelia was born in her grandparents
home her dad was alcoholic but that did not stop her to become a famous pilot. Amelia is brave
because she broke she women s altitude recorder, having to deal with her family and flew the atlantic.
Amelia went missing in june2,1937 her body was never after a long search. I think Amelia earhart is
brave because she was not scared to die when breaking the women s altitude recorder. Amelia started
her engine to break the 14,000feet recorder in 1922 Amelia was confident she can break it. Amelia
rose up in the air she put her goggles grabbed her wheel and started to fly up in the air very confident
and brave. She broke the recorder

How Is Love Presented In Braveheart s Love
Braveheart doesn t solely focus on William Wallace s passion in combat, it shows more of his passion
for his dead wife and his friends and country. This is shown through Williams love in Braveheart
which is exceptionally sentimental and powerful.Wallace courts his soon to be wife by sneaking her
out of her house, without the consent of her father who is indifferent towards Wallace. He brings her
around on his horse to the beautiful landscape of Scotland; they ride around the rigid highlands of
Scotland. Wallace proposes to her in an almost Disney movie like fashion, under an awning of trees
covered by star light beside a small lake. The scheme has a pale color with a touch of delicate blues
and a dark sky with stars filling the skies. It is a genuinely ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
His love transforms from the love his beloved into the idea of a independent Scotland free of the the
tyranny of the English monarch, but his love for his wife is a driving force behind is resolve. The love
sequences in gladiator to be more formal and heartfelt. This could be because of the different character
personalities they each have. Maybe because of their higher stature in society they; Unlike Wallace in
Braveheart can t act over feelings of lust and have to be more careful with allowing their emotions to
dictate them. Love is expressed in multiple ways in Gladiator Aurelius loves Maximus more than his
son Commodus. Commodus has a weird incestil love for his sister in the film. Maximus loves Rome
and the empire more than he loves himself. This is conveyed through character interactions and the
way in which they carry themselves in the film. It is more subtle than what is seen in Braveheart.
Wallace has a more lustful and passion relationship with his wife and the French princess in the
movie, while the Aurelias looks at Maximus as if he is his own

Le Lean And Lean
Introduction Lean Principles have been essential to numerous organisations all over the world for
achieving outstanding results in terms of efficiency, quality and manufacturing times. Large
organisations are especially acknowledged to implement lean principles successfully. However, in
recent years small and medium sized enterprises have been in emphasis due to their flexibility and
capabilities that provides the necessary robustness in the global economic crisis (Matt , 2007).
Therefore, this paper will critically appraise and assess two separate case studies by authors Matt and
Rauch (2013) and Kumar et al. (2006) respectively. The two case studies, provided by these respective
authors, revolve around SMEs in two different countries. This paper will identify lean elements along
with their motivations behind their lean implementations and identify the main differences and
similarities between the two case studies in terms of general lean literature. Finally, a list of
recommendations will be given to each case study and how their individual companies can improve
the success of their lean adoption. The Case Studies Lean Adoption The first case study is a SME,
situated in the north of Italy. The firm started in 1995 and employs around 25 persons. With a small
employee size it was very hard to commit too much time to develop a lean production with a two year
period in single steps. Since there was limited resource allocation, it was decided that the firm will use

Accounting Scandals Of Enron Company

Accounting Scandals Reflection
Enron was founded in July of 1985. Enron was an electricity and natural gas company which was a
fortune 500 company and it was ranked the sixth largest energy company in the world. Enron s stock
went from a peak of $90.75 to $0.67. This was very detrimental to stockholders. Enron s top
executives sold their stock a long time before the stock price fell. A lot of lower level employees could
not sell their stock because of deals they made with the company. This later caused a lot of these
employees to lose their life savings and everything they had worked for. Enron used a very complex
accounting method to trick the stock market. This method was called mark to market accounting.
Enron used this method of accounting to predict and project their earnings in a long term period.
These earnings were projected based on the long term energy contracts Enron was going to make. This
could have been money that was not made at that point. This made Enron s stock price skyrocket at a
very fast pace, making a lot of employees and general public invest in the stock. Enron stock seemed
to be a very secure and profitable investment which would make people lots of money. The Fortune
500 company went down very quickly. In August of 2001, the CEO of Enron, Jeffrey Skilling
resigned. He randomly resigned and a lot of suspicions arose. His resignation was described to be
because of personal reasons.

Reflection Of Shadow Casting
The Holter Museum, in Helena, MT, is currently displaying a series of work by John Saurer. Saurer
received his BA at Hope College in sculpture and drawing, he continued to earn his MFA at Colorado
State University in sculpture, and has been teaching art at St. Olaf College since 1995 (Saurer). His
current exhibit is called Across Tender Land and was inspired by Saurer s surroundings while growing
up (Shadow Casting). On piece, in particular, caught my eye. His Shadow Casting sculpture is around
75 pieces of welded steel and charred wood composed into different shapes mounted on a wall. When
I first saw this piece, I found it interesting, but as I got closer, sensored lights came on and caused
each piece to cast a shadow on the wall behind the sculpture. This piece of art reminded me the
incense burner that has been discussed in our book (Stokstad, 4 13). I was reminded of the incense
burner that was found in Prince Liu Sheng s tomb in China. Each piece was created to be viewed with
the help of an other medium; smoke and light. Shadow Casting becomes much more aesthetically
pleasing when the light casts the shadow, just as the incense burner becomes more aesthetically
pleasing when it is viewed with smoke swirling around the mountain peaks. As I was looking at
Shadow Casting, the first piece of art that came to mind was the incense burner because of the special
way each is viewed. As I continued to think about both pieces I released they were, by majority,
different, but

Efficient Credit Market in the Rural Areas of Deveoping...
Introduction: A great deal of attention has been paid to the establishment of an efficient credit market
in the rural areas of developing countries over past few decades. This has been motivated by the fact
that widespread shortage of finance can act as critical barrier to agricultural growth and development
in rural areas. Lack of supply of credit can make adoption of new production technologies
unaffordable to the farmers and delay the growth in agricultural sector. Accessing formal credit has
always been difficult for farmers as small or no collateral, inadequate foreclosure capability along
with weak reinforcement arrangement in the rural areas of developing countries make them very much
unattractive for commercial banks to engage in any lending activity. This absence of formal credit
market led to the rise of informal credit markets in many developed countries. This was an attempt to
reduce the borrowing constraint that the poor farmers face and to improve the their access to small
loans and deposits. The whole movement got an institutional structure in the beginning of 1980 s
when micro lending institutions such as Grameen Bank from Bangladesh and IRB from Indonesia
showed that providing small loans to the poor individuals in large scale can turn out to be a profitable
venture. In contrary to the donor or government driven subsidized rural credit programs, these
institutions designed a less costly and more efficient monitoring procedure to ensure repayments and

Eulogy Of A Humorous Wedding
We are all gathered today to commemorate my life. Here I am, lying in my coffin, wearing full white
dress, and excessive make up to hide how pale I am today. Some may say that I lived a very short life.
And that I was a very nice person, but I was not. I was a girl who does a lot of bad things for the one I
loved. I was the girl who swears a lot even it was not needed. I was a girl who disobeys my parents
just for some guy who did not even deserve it. I was a sinner, and that may be the reason why I died
early. Let me talk about my life. My life was indeed short, too short for me to experience pure
happiness. I had an exciting life. I learned how to value the people who were in my life. I learned how
to accept that not all people will stay.

Pros And Cons Of Net Neucy
Net neutrality is the basis in which all internet providers must treat data on the Internet equally and not
charge differently based on what device , website, application you use, or content you decide to view.
The recent vote in the U.S. to repeal net neutrality s guidelines is unjust because it violates 1st
amendment guidelines, gives the people less freedom, and gives Internet service providers many ways
to meddle with data speeds and how their users use the Internet.
A repeal on net neutrality would affect people and schools with tighter budgets, leaving them little
options to access the web. The repeal would allow ...various carriers will alter their pricing and what
you get for that money , meaning that there will most likely be, bundling (e.g. social media package,
streaming video package, gaming package) as additions to basic services (Grenoble). Additional fees
for applications such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, and et cetera, will mean that
depending on what Internet provider people decide to use, they will have to pay more to use these
applications and websites. People who can t afford to pay extra for these bundles will be limited to the
content they can use and access and won t have the same freedom that people who can afford the
bundles will have. In addition, not only individuals will get affected by the repeal but also
communities, especially schools. Based on there the tight budget, a school in Chattanooga who can t

Difference Between Visual Sensation And Visual Perception
Visual perception and visual sensation are both interactive processes, although there is a significant
difference between the two processes. Sensation is defined as the stimulation of sense organs Visual
sensation is a physiological process which means that it is the same for everyone. We absorb energy
such as electro magnetic energy (light) or sound waves by sensory organs such as eyes. This energy is
then transduced into electro chemical energy by the cones and rods (receptor cells) in the retina. There
are four main stages of sensation. Sensation involves detection of stimuli incoming from the
surrounding world, registering of the stimulus by the receptor cells, transduction or changing of the
stimulus energy to an electric nerve ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
For example, if one was given a picture of a triangle that was half completed and someone was asked
to explain what they saw, the normal tendency would be to say that it was a triangle. Even though the
triangle was half complete it could still be viewed as a triangle. This tendency is referred to as closure.
The third visual perception tendency in perception is similarity. In similarity size, shape, color, or form
tend to be grouped together. For example if two bands are walking down the street side by side and
their uniforms are different colours, the bands will be seen as two separate groups, and not as one
large group. Some of the factors that can effect visual perception are what our expectations might be,
the psychological state of consciousness that you are in, and also what your past experiences might
have been in past perceptions. These factors allow us to perceive the world in a different way.
Attention is defined as a cluster of integrated events and processes that determine which stimuli
receive further processing. Focusing ones attention on a particular object or even at is fairly easy. This
is not so for every sense. Consider a game of women #8217;s volleyball. Hardly any of the male
spectators care about the game as where all of their attention is on the women who play it. Perceptual
set is another factor that can effect visual perception. Perceptual set is a predisposition to perceive
stimuli in a specific way;

1 Samuel s Horton Hears A Who !
Read Samuel 3. How are these stories similar? How do they differ? In 1 Samuel 1, the Lord called
Samuel, a young boy who was studying under the priest Eli. Samuel heard his name being called,
which he assumed was coming from Eli. When he went to Eli, he was told to return to bed. Finally, Eli
realized that it was the Lord who was calling Samuel, so he told Samuel to listen. The Lord tells
Samuel that Eli s family has sinned, and that nothing will ever make up for what he has done, a
message which Samuel has to pass on to Eli. There are certainly some similarities between this story
and Horton Hears a Who! They are both stories in which a character hears something that nobody else
hears, and in both stories the character is not believed. However, in Horton Hears a Who!, Horton is
forced to flee because he is punished for believing that the speck made a noise. In 1 Samuel 3, Eli
does quickly realize (without proof) that it was in fact the Lord calling Samuel. How did Horton come

If each school day is 6 hours long, then by the time a student graduates high school, they have been to

amount of time, and if you include university, it may even surpass 20,000 hours. Humans clearly value
knowledge and education. But why? The answer is that knowledge is what makes us human. Our
ability to think critically, reason, invent, and discover is what separates us from every other living
thing on the planet. Human ingenuity is what advances civilization. Knowledge is what brought us to

Urban Water Environmental Analysis
In this changing global world, urban water systems are the most essential, valuable and sensitive part
of public infrastructure. Different utilities and municipalities are dealing with this infrastructure with
high responsibility for proper management and expansion for present and future generations (2).
Rising population, growth in development, climate change all these issues are going to increase the
demand of water in the future. According to United Nations Department of Economy And Social
Affairs (UNDESA), the global water demand is projected to increase by 55% by 2050(3), and the

As an analysis to measure, how WLAM can improve the asset performance of water infrastructure,
this report evaluates a case study carried out by GHD, University of Sydney and p3iC, on one water
approach to urban water management at a city scale, namely that of the city of Sydney. The study
highlighted the challenges and the problems that are present in the water infrastructure of the city of
Sydney.
This report shows where WLAM can be applied at the water infrastructure of the city to cope up with
the pressure exerted on the infrastructure by increasing urban population and suggests methods that
can be utilized in doing so.
The line of sight approach will be developed between corporate objective to implementation of an

organizational alignment to achieve a goal.
The international standard PAS 55 provides the set of requirements that is required to achieve the
objectives through the effective and efficient management of its assets(5).

Latin American daughters are raised to good housewives whose main duties include taking care of the

Maya Dance Rites
RITUALS Dance had an important role in the Maya rites, since they were used as a connection
between the ruler and the goods. The dances used music, which represented cosmic harmony given the
fact that involved rhythm. It was assumed that the gods set the universe motion through dance.
Therefore, the dances were used for initiation rites, celebrations of beginning war, celebrations of
victory, fertility rituals, astronomic and calendrical celebrations, cosmogonic rites and rites associated
with death.
Some examples of dances are: the Holmul Dancer, which was used for fertility ceremonies; the Ix tzul
dance performed by the Hero Twins, this dance was characterized by the use of masks and the legend
it told, which was how the Robinal warrior was captured and sacrificed by the Quinche lords.
According to the book, The Maya Voices of the Stone, people were able to know more about Maya
Dance Rites, since there has been some evidence that show some of the the dances, given the fact that
they were drawn on vessels and paintings. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

Congress and the Obama Administration passed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of
2009 (ARRA; P.L. 111 5). This was a $787 billion package with $286 billion of tax cuts and $501
billion of spending increases that relative to what would have happened without ARRA is estimated to
have raised real GDP between 1.5% and 4.2% in 2010 but increased real GDP by progressively
smaller amounts in the years that followed.96
In terms of extraordinary measures, Congress and the Bush Administration passed the Emergency
Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 (P.L. 110 343), creating the Troubled Asset Relief Program
(TARP). TARP authorized the Treasury to use up to $700 billion to directly bolster the capital position
of banks or to remove troubled assets from bank balance sheets.
Congress was an active participant in the emergence of these policy responses and has an ongoing
interest in macroeconomic conditions. Current macroeconomic concerns include whether the
economic recovery will be sustained, reducing unemployment, speeding a return to normal output and
employment growth, and addressing government s long term debt situation.
A Sustained but Slow Economic Recovery:
The U.S. economy, as measured by real GDP growth (i.e., GDP adjusted for inflation) began to
recover in mid 2009. However, the pace of growth over the next 3½ years was slow and uneven. From
the second half of 2009 and through 2010 real GDP increased at an annualized rate of 2.5%.

Analysis Of Atonement By The Novel Atonement Essay
The novel Atonement tells the story of a woman desperately trying to make for her past mistakes. The
story starts off in the world war two period with the three main characters, Briony, Robbie and
Cecelia, as children and young adults. Robbie comes from the poor Turner Family, while Briony and
Cecilia are sisters in the powerful and wealthy Tallis Family. After observing a set of peculiar and
awkward encounters between Robbie and Cecilia, Briony wrongly assumes Robbie as an evil
character. After Paul, a rich sociopath invited to the dinner, rapes Lola, a cousin of the Tallises, Briony
immediately assumes that the culprit is none other than Robbie and publicly accuses him. Robbie is
sent off to prison, and then world war two to end his imprisonment. Robbie and Cecelia still stay in
touch through letters. Robbie bravely survives the war and returns home to Cecelia after several failed
attempts and encounters. Briony s apology attempts are shunned by the reunited couple as they live on
peacefully. However, the shock ending in the epilogue reveals that the whole narrative was authored
by Briony herself and not by an unknown narrator. She states that both of the couple died before ever
meeting each other after separation and feels responsible. The publishing of this story where their love
lasts in peace is simply Briony s way of achieving atonement. Much of the story and most of Briony s
guilt hinges on the deep, strong love between Robbie and Cecelia. However, their love is a

I Am A My Project On Architecture
For my final photojournalism project I decided to take pictures of really tall buildings in London such
as the Shard. For a while I wasn t sure what I was going to do my project on and I was thinking about
doing it on the process of opening and closing a local shop like Paul s. I wasn t really that motivated
by that topic so I soon forgot about it. The idea to do my project on architecture came from my visit to
the London Eye. When I was there I realized how vast and large London was and how many buildings
occupied it. I was amazed how tall and massive some of the buildings were and a couple of them in
particular stood out to me. After my visit there I decided I would pick one famous building in London
to photograph and then add other pictures to my project that were less known, but equally as
interesting looking buildings. I wanted to try and photograph the buildings from the ground up to
really try and capture how big they actually were. I also didn t want to shoot the buildings directly
head on. I wanted my pictures to be of interesting angles of the buildings. I decided that in order to
capture the look I wanted for these photographs I had to use a different lens. I used a zoom lens that
helped me focus in on the top of the buildings and make the image appear a lot clearer. Additionally, I
placed the camera really low to the ground and angled the camera directly up and down to get the style
that I wanted. When I looked at these pictures on my camera I was amazed how

Essay on Heroes in Western Film
Heroes in Western Film
In the genre of western films, the hero plays a key role. Humanity portrays civilization overcoming the
hostile country (Miller 66). In many films the American civil war is over, and people have turned their
attention to more constructive pursuits. Battling nature to progress America s future, rather than each
other. In between this wild country, fraught with danger and corruption lies the role of the hero. A hero
is an individual with exceptional skills and through his abilities is able to rid a stricken town of the
corrupt elements within. In many cases however, the hero s skills are not enough. His relationship
with the community can define how successful his help can be.

It is for this reason he is incensed to defend the community from Ryker (Emile Meyer). He has
become personally involved with creating a community that he wishes to continue to see flourish;
even if his choice dictates that he has to leave in order to succeed.
Wade Hatton, (Errol Flynn) in Dodge City, is a much more extroverted hero than Shane, and has
greater plans to reform the town than merely just driving out the criminal element. Hatton s entry to
the film is also much more grand. He is a soldier of fortune transplanted to the American frontier.
(Abel 18). This alone creates the illusion of Hatton being a much more romantic hero and having
greater plans than merely just wanting to build a community. He wishes to clean out the wickedness
and lawlessness that Dodge City has become. To do this, he introduces sweeping reforms that not only
remove the criminal element, but also set a moral tone for the community. This establishes him as a
community leader who is willing to do whatever is necessary to curb the violence and death that has
stricken the town. He even arrests his friend Rusty (Alan Hart) for carrying a gun to prove that no one
is above the law.
People respect Hatton for who he is and what he has done for the community, not necessarily for who
he is as a person. This fact sets him apart from Shane. Hatton s actions are dictated by his own morals
and beliefs, (the desire to make the community safe for women and children )

In teens, many symptoms primarily include wariness, nervousness, muscle tension or cramps, and
stomach or headaches (AACAP). Having an anxiety disorder brings about exposure to these
symptoms daily, all of which are unfavorable.
There are many common types and conditions of anxiety disorders that can be diagnosed based on the
symptoms present. The four most prevalent anxiety disorders among teenagers include social anxiety,
generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, and post traumatic stress disorder; many
other forms of anxiety exist such as phobias, and panic attacks (Foa and Andrews 3). In a teens life,
having anxieties such as social and panic attacks can form habitual actions such as not going

generalized anxiety disorder can be directed principally a situations or nothing in particular (Foa and

Also policing would be an issue the state/ territory would have to deal with, making sure our criminal

For a cyclone to develop its form, stages take place for this natural hazard to occur:
Stage zero The temperature of the ocean/sea has to be 26.5°C or over, during this stage a low pressure
system starts to gather clouds and become very stormy. Continuous cloud build up occurs, during the

The Current Challenges With Curriculum Of South Africa
Introduction
In this essay I will state the current challenges with curriculum of South Africa, and what impact it has
on me as a student teacher and my future as a teacher of South Africa. I will state implications of
integrating the curriculum in the class and what it means to transfer the curriculum to the learners in
my class.
My essay will be based upon a critical rationalism philosophical perspective. And based upon my own
world view.
According to (Smith, 2015) critical rationalism also known as scientific rationalism is being referred
to as a philosophy that encourages open mindedness, which means that critical rationalism is anti
dogmatic and anti authoritarian. Its states according to (Smith, 2015) that critical rationalism is
completely against societies where people cannot speak their minds freely and discuss things openly.
I will also discuss my own opinion on critical rationalism and what it means to me.

Abstract
Since the passage of the Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) of 2002, a large body of evidence has
accumulated on the costs this legislation has imposed on public companies in the United States.
Estimates of the direct costs of the law have been fairly straightforward to measure, but the indirect
costs of the legislation like incremental audit and non audit fees, additional audit effort and additional
internal control audit expenses like payroll and technology are harder to estimate due to lack of
detailed data on these expenses. Since audit fees had been ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

Abstract: the open nature of the wireless medium leaves it vulnerable to drive or wedge packets
forcibly into a tight position referred as squeeze. This intentional interference with wireless
transmissions can be used as a launch pad for mounting Denial of Service attacks on wireless
networks typically; squeeze has been addressed under an external threat model. However, person with
depth knowledge of internet protocol specifications and network secrets can launch low effort squeeze
attacks that are difficult to detect and counter. In these attacks, the adversary is active only for a short
period of time, selectively targeting messages of high importance. We illustrate the advantages of
selective squeeze in terms of network performance degradation and adversary effort by presenting two
case studies; a selective attack on TCP and one on routing. In this work, we address the problem of
selective squeeze attacks in wireless networks. We show that selective squeeze attacks can be
launched by performing real time packet classification at the physical layer. To reduce these attacks,
we develop three schemes that prevent real time packet classification by combining cryptographic
primitives with physical layer attributes. We

Aeneas Journey
Despite Aenea s love for Dido, the queen of Carthage, Aeneas needed to further his journey for a new
city. The god of light and sky, Jupiter, kept him on track. Aeneas was a Trojan hero in Greek
mythology, son of the prince Anchises and the goddess Aphrodite (Greek Mythology 1). Aeneas was
the prince of Troy. Troy was home of the Trojans, and was located in modern day Turkey. When the
Greeks attacked and destroyed Troy, Aeneas lead his people out to find a new beginning.
During the Trojan War, the Greeks built a wooden horse as a gift to the Trojans (Trojan Horse 1). The
gift given was a giant, hollow wooden horse. The Trojans pulled the horse into their city as a victory
trophy only to find out this was a trap set by the Greeks (Trojan Horse 1). When the Greeks gave the
Trojans the gift, the Greeks pretended to sail away, only to come back at night. Some of the Greek
soldiers hid in the belly of the horse, waiting patiently for dusk. When night came, the soldiers hopped
out of the horse and opened the gates to the city of Troy. The Trojans, fighting an unexpected battle,
lost, and the war ended. The Trojans tried everything in their power to fight off the Greeks, but they
were out numbered. The Trojan king, Priam, was killed during the attack. Aeneas would have gladly
died back in Troy, but his mother, Venus, reminded him of his family. With his mother s guiding help,

The right to consult a lawyer when being questioned by the police is a very important right as it could
potentially save an individual from being convicted for whatever he or she has been accused of. This
case was centered on Danny Escobedo who was taken into custody by the Chicago police department
on January 20th, 1964, for the shooting of his brother in law. During Escobedo?s interrogation he
continuously asked to consult with his lawyer. The authorities in charge of Escobedos interrogation
refused to provide a lawyer for Escobedo, which ultimately ended up with him confessing to the
murder of his brother in law. Being forced into confessing to the murder of his brother in law drove
Escobedo to take his case to the supreme court under the premise that his sixth amendment right of

Proverbs 31 Essay
BIBLICAL WOMANHOOD BASED ON PROVERBS 31
INTRODUCTION
As a fairly young girl, in my early twenties, I read Proverbs 31. Not that that was the first time I was
reading it. It just happened that this time, it so captivated and impressed me that I found myself
praying it back to God on an almost daily basis after that. I desperately desired to be like this woman
of noble character candidly described in Proverbs 31. Could it be that having just come out of that age
and season of teenage and adolescence I had increasingly become aware of my femaleness and hence
my womanhood? Could it be that I was unconsciously reaching out for an anchor by which to measure
my womanhood? Was it the inner realization that I was falling far too short of God s will and
expectation of me as a woman, at least from my point of view? What would it take to be the godly
woman God wanted me to ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Let me say that having done this study a number of years now with young women, and having had to
check what God was also saying to me, I realized the need to put on paper the various aspects of the
godly woman that God had revealed to us from His Word in a way that the young woman on campus
or college, and the young single and married woman can identify with and work towards, as I said
earlier, in the spirited endeavor to align her life to what God is saying; a gesture that honors the lord
through obeying his word
Secondly, I must say I have been a beneficiary of the writings by godly women from the west. Their
books have been an immense blessing to me. I however began to realize that there didn t seem to be a
book based on Proverbs 31 written in our African context addressing our realities; at least not in the
way I was seeking to have these realities addressed. As I sought to contextualize the book I was using
to suit and address the young women s needs, the thoughts of someday writing a book on this chapter
began to solidify in my

Rogerian Educator Analysis
Questions were developed, the purpose of which served not only to capture responses to the inquiries,
but also to inform the Educators about Military Children and the unique subcultures of same.
The purpose of this type of interviewing is to describe the meaning of a concept or phenomenon that
several individuals share (Marshall Rossman, 2006, p. 104). In this case, these individuals are high
school Educators and the shared phenomenon is the education through the researcher s personal qualia
to determine a baseline of civilian educator schema about the experiences of children of our military
forces. The researcher sought to understand the knowledge base and/or experience that civilian high
school teachers have. Mini one on one interviews ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
In December 2014, I gifted an Historical Display of my father s history of heroism that I designed to
North Central High School. My father s name was Bruce Alan Grandstaff. He was an NC graduate of
1952. The display is located in the Science Building on the landing between the 1st and 2nd floor. He
was the first and only Spokane born and raised recipient of the Medal of Honor in Spokane,
Washington. The display serves to educate the educators and our newest generations about my father s
history of heroism, which reflects honor on all those who serve. It also encourages public awareness
that the children and family serve alongside them. It shares the many history and social science
lessons gained from my father s ultimate sacrifice for this nation (KIA 5/18/67) giving his last full
measure of devotion. My father was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor for his heroism under
fire. The Main Library on Joint Base Lewis McChord was built and dedicated in his honor and the VA
Medical Center of Spokane was recently named for him. He is now considered a(n) historical figure. I
invited the Educators to familiar themselves with the display. We realize the influence a Village of
educators has in the shaping of character; in this instance, contributing to the shaping of character of a
North Central student who became Spokane s first recipient of our Nation s Highest Award for
Heroism and Bravery (Newiki, n.d.). Nearly 50 years later (2013) after my father s death, another
alumnus would become a living recipient from the same high

Gout
The Disease of Kings
Gout, a disease commonly referred to as The Disease of Kings or as Rich Man s Disease is considered
a chronic and progressive disease. Chronic gout can also lead to crystal deposits (sodium orate) of uric
acid (a normal byproduct of purines) in the tissues, particularly in and around the joints. Gout can
cause sudden severe arthritis and may cause joint destruction, decreased kidney function, and kidney
(nephrolithiasis). Gout has the unique distinction of being one of the most frequently recorded medical
illnesses throughout history
When our body has too much of uric acid (commonly known as hyperuricema ), some of the needle
shaped crystals tend to deposit outside the bloodstream, most commonly around the ... Show more

Examples Of Liberalism In 1984
The heavy political climate in America s recent years has sparked an increase in popularity of George
Orwell s novel 1984. Not only is there controversy as to what Orwell depicts in the novel, but there is
also confusion and debate as to what we are seeing in our developing world presently. While it is easy
to hold strong beliefs on each end of the spectrum, it is necessary to take into account what we can
gain from both sides rather than limiting ourselves to one or the other. The articles provided give two
very different perspectives on the book, but what they have in common is extremity. This novel was
without a doubt intentionally written with an underlying message of extremity in terms of
conservatism and liberalism. I strongly believe that Orwell wrote 1984 with both ends of the spectrum
in mind to depict a world of radicalism in which chaos and absurdities are ever so present. ... Show

It is an extreme reminder that complete faith in government leads to blindness that strips each
individual of humanity and freedom. Nathan Schlueter author of The True Lessons of 1984 , defends
his conservative viewpoint through evidence found in the novel. Oceania s food rations, totalitarian
rule, and propaganda are prime examples of socialism in 1984. At one point in the novel, O Brien, the
voice of the socialist party, speaks to Winston about the future of society in Oceania. He states that the
primary goal will be to eliminate human experience. He explains to Winston: Never will you be
capable of love, or friendship, or joy of living, or laughter, or curiosity, or courage, or integrity.
Ultimately the purpose of all this would to give control and power to Big Brother which is a primary
sentiment of socialist totalitarianism. 1984 illustrates the worst of socialism and I think that it is
crucial to learn from

him. Jerry worked hard everyday on vacation until he could hold his breath for two minutes and 15
seconds. Then he went through a tunnel underwater, and almost died in the process to prove to himself
that he could do it, but also to show his mom that Jerry wasn t a little kid and that she should care
more for him. Based on Jerry s actions, he is a believable character. Jerry is a believable character

Shake And Stir By William Shakespeare
Shake and Stir Responding Task Shake and Stir Theatre Company is a compelling theatrical voice
which aspires to render Shakespeare s plays to appease modern audiences. However, William
Shakespeare penned his last play 400 years ago; despite this, his plays and sonnets are as alive today
as they were in the 16th and 17th Centuries. Shakespeare s plays still appeal to modern society
because of the universality of the dramatic themes love, deceit, political endorsement, honour,
ambition and courage humans still experience these emotions which give Shakespeare a foothold in
modern times. Shake and Stir sequenced together an array of modified scenes from Shakespeare s
most iconic plays, to implore dramatic meaning: Shakespearean text can be rendered to engross
modern audiences while maintaining its integrity and Elizabethan charm. Great Shakes is staged in a
graveyard, where three year ten students, Betty, Brock and Ben are incarcerated. However, after
appearances from several supernaturals, they are returned to their everyday lives, but not before they
manipulate Shakespeare s tragedies, comedies and histories to engage contemporary audiences. It is
evident, Shake and Stir s production, Great Shakes effectively conveyed the dramatic meaning of
Shakespeare s relevance in contemporary society. This was made explicit through; the re
contextualization of the historical context, utilisation of conventions from modern theatre (cinematic
theatre) and Elizabethan theatre.

The options were so relevant to the class and for the first time, in a long time, this was an exciting experience for me. All due to one topic: S E X. Therefore, this paper will critically appraise and assess two separate case studies by authors Matt and Rauch (2013) and Kumar et al. (2006) respectively. The two case studies, provided by these respective authors, revolve around SMEs in two different countries. This paper will identify lean elements along with their motivations behind their lean implementations and identify the main differences and similarities between the two case studies in terms of general lean literature. Enron was an electricity and natural gas company which was a fortune 500 company and it was ranked the sixth largest energy company in the world. Enron s stock went from a peak of $90.75 to $0.67. This was very detrimental to stockholders. Enron s top executives sold their stock a long time before the stock price fell. A lot of lower level employees could not sell their stock because of deals they made with the company. This later caused a lot of these employees to lose their life savings and everything they had worked for. Enron used a very complex accounting method to trick the stock market. This method was called mark to market accounting. Enron used this method of accounting to predict and project their earnings in a long term period. These earnings were projected based on the long term energy contracts Enron was going to make. This could have been money that was not made at that point. This made Enron s stock price skyrocket at a very fast pace, making a lot of employees and general public invest in the stock. Enron stock seemed to be a very secure and profitable investment which would make people lots of money. The Fortune 500 company went down very quickly. In August of 2001, the CEO of Enron, Jeffrey Skilling resigned. He randomly resigned and a lot of suspicions arose. His resignation was described to be because of personal reasons. ... His current exhibit is called Across Tender Land and was inspired by Saurer s surroundings while growing up (Shadow Casting). On piece, in particular, caught my eye. His Shadow Casting sculpture is around 75 pieces of welded steel and charred wood composed into different shapes mounted on a wall. When I first saw this piece, I found it interesting, but as I got closer, sensored lights came on and caused each piece to cast a shadow on the wall behind the sculpture. This piece of art reminded me the incense burner that has been discussed in our book (Stokstad, 4 13). I was reminded of the incense burner that was found in Prince Liu Sheng s tomb in China. Each piece was created to be viewed with the help of an other medium; smoke and light. Shadow Casting becomes much more aesthetically pleasing when the light casts the shadow, just as the incense burner becomes more aesthetically pleasing when it is viewed with smoke swirling around the mountain peaks. As I was looking at Shadow Casting, the first piece of art that came to mind was the incense burner because of the special way each is viewed. • 9. Efficient Credit Market in the Rural Areas of Deveoping... Introduction: A great deal of attention has been paid to the establishment of an efficient credit market in the rural areas of developing countries over past few decades. This has been motivated by the fact that widespread shortage of finance can act as critical barrier to agricultural growth and development in rural areas. Lack of supply of credit can make adoption of new production technologies unaffordable to the farmers and delay the growth in agricultural sector. Accessing formal credit has always been difficult for farmers as small or no collateral, inadequate foreclosure capability along with weak reinforcement arrangement in the rural areas of developing countries make them very much unattractive for commercial banks to engage in any lending activity. This absence of formal credit market led to the rise of informal credit markets in many developed countries. This was an attempt to reduce the borrowing constraint that the poor farmers face and to improve the their access to small loans and deposits. The whole movement got an institutional structure in the beginning of 1980 s when micro lending institutions such as Grameen Bank from Bangladesh and IRB from Indonesia showed that providing small loans to the poor individuals in large scale can turn out to be a profitable venture. In contrary to the donor or government driven subsidized rural credit programs, these institutions designed a less costly and more efficient monitoring procedure to ensure repayments and ... Pros And Cons Of Net Neucy Net neutrality is the basis in which all internet providers must treat data on the Internet equally and not charge differently based on what device , website, application you use, or content you decide to view. The recent vote in the U.S. to repeal net neutrality s guidelines is unjust because it violates 1st amendment guidelines, gives the people less freedom, and gives Internet service providers many ways to meddle with data speeds and how their users use the Internet. Difference Between Visual Sensation And Visual Perception Visual perception and visual sensation are both interactive processes, although there is a significant difference between the two processes. Sensation is defined as the stimulation of sense organs Visual sensation is a physiological process which means that it is the same for everyone. We absorb energy such as electro magnetic energy (light) or sound waves by sensory organs such as eyes. This energy is then transduced into electro chemical energy by the cones and rods (receptor cells) in the retina. There are four main stages of sensation. Sensation involves detection of stimuli incoming from the surrounding world, registering of the stimulus by the receptor cells, transduction or changing of the stimulus energy to an electric nerve ... For example, if one was given a picture of a triangle that was half completed and someone was asked to explain what they saw, the normal tendency would be to say that it was a triangle. Even though the triangle was half complete it could still be viewed as a triangle. This tendency is referred to as closure. The third visual perception tendency in perception is similarity. In similarity size, shape, color, or form tend to be grouped together. For example if two bands are walking down the street side by side and their uniforms are different colours, the bands will be seen as two separate groups, and not as one large group. Some of the factors that can effect visual perception are what our expectations might be, the psychological state of consciousness that you are in, and also what your past experiences might have been in past perceptions. These factors allow us to perceive the world in a different way. Attention is defined as a cluster of integrated events and processes that determine which stimuli receive further processing. Focusing ones attention on a particular object or even at is fairly easy. This is not so for every sense. Consider a game of women #8217;s volleyball. Hardly any of the male spectators care about the game as where all of their attention is on the women who play it. Perceptual set is another factor that can effect visual perception. Finally, Eli realized that it was the Lord who was calling Samuel, so he told Samuel to listen. • 25. Analysis Of Atonement By The Novel Atonement Essay The novel Atonement tells the story of a woman desperately trying to make for her past mistakes. The story starts off in the world war two period with the three main characters, Briony, Robbie and Cecelia, as children and young adults. Robbie comes from the poor Turner Family, while Briony and Cecilia are sisters in the powerful and wealthy Tallis Family. After observing a set of peculiar and awkward encounters between Robbie and Cecilia, Briony wrongly assumes Robbie as an evil character. After Paul, a rich sociopath invited to the dinner, rapes Lola, a cousin of the Tallises, Briony immediately assumes that the culprit is none other than Robbie and publicly accuses him. Robbie is sent off to prison, and then world war two to end his imprisonment. Robbie and Cecelia still stay in touch through letters. Robbie bravely survives the war and returns home to Cecelia after several failed attempts and encounters. Briony s apology attempts are shunned by the reunited couple as they live on peacefully. However, the shock ending in the epilogue reveals that the whole narrative was authored by Briony herself and not by an unknown narrator. She states that both of the couple died before ever meeting each other after separation and feels responsible. The publishing of this story where their love lasts in peace is simply Briony s way of achieving atonement. Much of the story and most of Briony s guilt hinges on the deep, strong love between Robbie and Cecelia. However, their love is a ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

I wanted my pictures to be of interesting angles of the buildings. I decided that in order to capture the look I wanted for these photographs I had to use a different lens. I used a zoom lens that helped me focus in on the top of the buildings and make the image appear a lot clearer. This intentional interference with wireless transmissions can be used as a launch pad for mounting Denial of Service attacks on wireless networks typically; squeeze has been addressed under an external threat model. However, person with depth knowledge of internet protocol specifications and network secrets can launch low effort squeeze attacks that are difficult to detect and counter. In these attacks, the adversary is active only for a short period of time, selectively targeting messages of high importance. We illustrate the advantages of selective squeeze in terms of network performance degradation and adversary effort by presenting two case studies; a selective attack on TCP and one on routing. In this work, we address the problem of selective squeeze attacks in wireless networks. We show that selective squeeze attacks can be launched by performing real time packet classification at the physical layer. To reduce these attacks, we develop three schemes that prevent real time packet classification by combining cryptographic primitives with physical layer attributes. We ... • 46. Examples Of Liberalism In 1984 The heavy political climate in America s recent years has sparked an increase in popularity of George Orwell s novel 1984. Not only is there controversy as to what Orwell depicts in the novel, but there is also confusion and debate as to what we are seeing in our developing world presently. While it is easy to hold strong beliefs on each end of the spectrum, it is necessary to take into account what we can gain from both sides rather than limiting ourselves to one or the other. Shakespeare s plays still appeal to modern society because of the universality of the dramatic themes love, deceit, political endorsement, honour, ambition and courage humans still experience these emotions which give Shakespeare a foothold in modern times.
