visible it is difficult to diagnose the cause. There are various issues that coincide with low morale,
which include absenteeism, low motivation, and low productivity, which can be detrimental to a

From my observation, I can tell that Cindy Sherman works consists of self portraits that offer critiques

The Justice System Through The Eyes Of A Friend Of Mine
The purpose of this paper has several different agendas. Firstly, I will describe a firsthand experience
of the justice system through the eyes of a friend of mine, whom I recently had the fortunate
opportunity to sit down and interview him for his full story. Secondly, I briefly will examine the
current justice system, using my friends experience. And finally, I will expound on some of my
opinions of the current justice system after listening to my friends story, and discuss some of the new
insight I received while doing this paper along with the readings provided in my class, Intro to
Criminal Justice . My friends name is Marshall Ward, he was a former inmate for less than a year as a
result of him finding himself in the wrong place at the wrong time . I also want to add that perhaps
him being with the wrong crowd did not help his case at all. Marshall is a former co worker of mine
and we have managed to stay in touch over the years since my husband and I have moved out of state.
I interviewed him via Skype last week, asking him not only for his side of the story alone, but to also

In the complex society of this day and age, homelessness is an ever growing epidemic; People can
become homeless for many reasons: losing a job, addiction to drugs and mental illness. People drive
or walk past a homeless person every day without thinking ever about the predicament of that
individual or they may even unintentionally turn their heads the other way in repulsion. Homelessness
can be defined as an individual or a family whose has a main nighttime dwelling that is a public or
private place not designed for or normally used as a regular sleeping accommodation for human
beings, including a car, park, abandoned building, bus or train station, airport, or camping ground,
doorway or alley sidewalk. Any given night in Portland there can be upwards of 4000 people sleeping
on the streets in homeless camps, shelters, or under the bridges, this report looks at the direct
correlation between homelessness, the disease of drug addiction, and mental illness, And will try to
address ways to help decrease and prevent it from increasing.

ATLANTA Critique
Ever heard of the show ATLANTA? Probably not, on the spectrum of things, it s a show on FX that
not many people knew about. And, if you did it was because Donald Glover was the main star of it.
Not to say that is the sole reason why people appreciated and watched the show, but it is a part of the
reason why.
Glover has not only played a part in COMMUNITY, but directed and produced the show itself. He
even has an alter ego, as you would call it, called Childish Gambino who raps under the hip hop genre.
Glover s life is in tip top shape as far as his resume goes and he has had no issues with finding a job.
