My Tennis Life Has Changed My Life
My Tennis Life The one event that changed my life forever was when my dad first took me to
the tennis courts when I was only three years old. Tennis has always been my father s passion and
he wanted to pass that on to me. As every young toddler, I would watch cartoons and children s
shows, but when my dad would get home, I would watch tenniswith him and it was equally
interesting to me, even at a very young age. My life has evolved around the experience I have

The one choice that changed my life forever was that our family emigrated from Hong Kong to
Canada in 1974. I was only seven years old. My Chinese name is Sau Han and this is my
immigration history. My family came to Canada for a job offer but mainly it was for a better life.
I had to leave behind many loving familymembers in Hong Kong. We also left behind our old lives,
furniture, car, apartment, and friends. Our journey began when we hopped on a JAL (Japan
airlines) jumbo jet on a sixteen hour flight to Vancouver, British Columbia with a brief stop over

Although it was seen by the Ancient Greeks, it was known to be part of the constellation
