Fake Essay Writer
Crafting an essay on the topic of a "Fake Essay Writer" poses a unique challenge due to the
intricacies involved in discussing the concept itself. Firstly, one must navigate the delicate
balance between discussing the existence and prevalence of such deceptive practices while
avoiding inadvertently promoting or legitimizing them. It requires a careful examination of
ethical considerations surrounding academic integrity and honesty.
Furthermore, exploring the methods used by fake essay writers to deceive students, institutions,
or other clients demands thorough research and analysis. This includes delving into the various
strategies employed, such as plagiarism, fabrication of credentials, or utilizing automated essay
generators. Unraveling the motivations driving individuals or organizations to engage in such
deceitful practices adds another layer of complexity to the essay.
Moreover, discussing the implications and consequences of relying on fake essay writers extends
beyond academic dishonesty to encompass broader societal issues. It requires addressing the
erosion of trust, the devaluation of education, and the potential harm inflicted on unsuspecting
individuals who fall victim to these fraudulent services.
Navigating through these complexities while maintaining clarity, coherence, and a balanced
perspective can be daunting. The essay must strike a tone that is informative yet cautionary,
shedding light on the problem without sensationalizing it or glorifying the perpetrators.
In conclusion, writing an essay on the topic of a "Fake Essay Writer" demands a meticulous
approach, requiring the author to navigate through ethical dilemmas, conduct comprehensive
research, and address multifaceted implications. It serves as a reminder of the importance of
academic integrity and critical thinking in an age where deceptive practices proliferate.

Political Campaign Rhetoric
Political Campaign Rhetoric
In 2004 the United States of America held a presidential election as it does every four
years. Throughout the process, from primary to convention, from the debates to
Election Day, both the candidates and the media relied on rhetoric to influence the
thoughts of the electorate. Because of the close results of the 2000 election and the
bitter court battle that followed, the rhetoric of the campaigns of both major
candidates in 2004 was stronger and more focused than before. To show the uses of
this rhetoric and its effects on the public through the media, several topics are
discussed within. First, the language used by the candidates, followed by a
discussion of the political conventions and a look at the ... Show more content on

Considering the pre rational nature of religious affiliation for many Americans, then,
we can see how Bush s rhetoric concerning values and faith was not unlike
propaganda, which seeks to short circuit rational thought in order to illicit some
desired response from the audience. By only discussing values on the most
superficial level, Bush was able to use people s faith to gain their support, when after
further debate and consideration they may have found that they did not agree with his
stance.
In contrast with the typical conservative appeal to people of faith used by
President Bush is the typical liberal appeal to the class consciousness of the
working class used by former vice presidential candidate John Edwards. On the
campaign trail he spoke of two Americas: people who are set for life and do not
work, and those who scrape by living paycheck to paycheck (Miller 2005).
According to Miller, Edwards intends for the audience to imagine the first as idle
aristocrats. Considering the semantics of the language used, the term set for life,
describing the non worker, and the vivid imagery of the wage earner struggling to
survive form a sharp contrast that is intended to convince the working class
individual of two things: firstly, that they are in conflict

What Makes Art Art?
Art is an object or piece of work that brings one pleasure. Art is also something you
see or feel and you cannot even begin to describe the ways you like it or how it
makes you feel. Art is something that portrays beauty and happiness. Art lets you see
the world through another person s perspective. Most art seems to tell a story about
where a person has been and the things they have encountered along the way. It lets
you connect with the artist and see things through their eyes. Art is a way of
expressing one s self without words. When I think of art, I think of paintings,
portraits, sketches, and sculptures. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The scene has two snowmen at the entrance to the covered bridge. It fills your heart
with warmth and holiday spirit just to look at it.
Portraits to me are art in a different sense. Some of my favorite portraits are by
Martin Waugh. It is what he calls Liquid Sculpture. He uses high speed photography
to capture drops of liquid as the splash into lakes and other bodies of water. To me
there is just something so soothing about his work. It is amazing how a tiny drop
of liquid can create such a beautiful work of art. His work impresses me, because I
never really thought of liquid as art before I saw one of his photos.
The formal qualities of art work are somewhat important. I like paintings that flow
smoothly with very fine brush strokes. I think some of the most beautiful art work
is produced with a combination of canvas and oil paints. I like portraits that capture
images I normally could not see otherwise. Portraits that capture the colors you can
see when light reflects on a ripple of water amaze me. I do not know a great deal
about art, but art seems to be much more opinion than
Claude Monet Accomplishments
Through a series of solid strokes of paint in his canvas, Monet managed to present
society with a completely new outlook, literally, on one s visual aspect. Claude Oscar
Monet, famous French painter, was a highly innovative artist back in the 1800s. His
works inspired other artists who followed suite and teamed up promptly with Monet,
soon enough gaining for themselves the title of The Impressionists. He contributed
not only to the art culture, but also to the entirety of society through his paintings as
if telling the world not to be afraid of anything different and emphasized the
importance to look at things with deeper perception other than that which our vision
enables us to see. Claude Oscar Monet is also known as the father of Impressionism,

The painting Impression: Sunrise, or Impression: Soleil Levant, was what brought
Monet his greatest success. It hung in the first Impressionist exhibition in 1874
and is now displayed in the MusГ©e Marmottan Moret, Paris (Biography 2). Even
though this was not his first or best painting it is the one that has left the most
mark, for it was the initial spark for Impressionism. It was this success that earned
him and other fellow artists the title of the Impressionists. Monet began to earn
great amounts of money and was able to move out to his dream home in Giverny.
Monet s fortunes began to change for the better as his dealer Paul Durand Ruel
had increasing success in selling his paintings (Biography 2). Money might not
always be everything, but his profit was what enabled Monet to move further
ahead. Monet s further gain in income allowed him to find his perfect home and
travel more, making him more known to others. If it hadn t been because of Monet
s success, the world we know today, as well as the artistic aspect of our culture,
would be missing a very important aspect; the essence of
Comparing Logit And Probit Models Essay
In Logit and Probit models, a dependent variable takes only two values that represent
the occurrence of an event (yes or no) or a choice between two alternatives. In the
current case, to model choice status of each individual WTP for improved solid waste
management respondents differed in age, educational attainment, income, sex and
other observable characteristics. These are denoted by S. In the dichotomous choice
method, individuals are assumed to have utility function, U, income (I), and a set of
conditioning factors (S): U(I; S)
Each respondent was confronted with a specified bid value, BID, which she or he
may contribute towards the management initiative. It is assumed that the individual
would accept a suggested BID to maximize his or her utility under the following
condition and reject it otherwise (Hanemann, 1984):
U(1, I BID; S)+ ε1 ≥U(0, I; S) + ε0
In the current case, Оµ1 and Оµ0 are considered as independently distributed
random variables with zero means. Therefore, the probability that a household would
decide to pay for the proposed improved solid waste management for Delhi is the
probability that the conditional indirect utility function for proposed intervention is
greater than the conditional indirect utility function for the status quo. The dependent
variable is dichotomous and equals 1, if the ith household is willing to pay a bid and
0, otherwise. The general form of the estimation can be written as:

Utopia and Il Muqaddimah Essay
Utopia and Il Muqaddimah both show the importance of families and social
groups in the civilization they live in. Utopian families all have an equal role in
the cities they live in; they are a microcosm of their city and its objective to
survive; however, in Il Muqaddimah the subjects have the responsibility to help the
ruler prosper. Utopians work and in return share what they earn, while subjects work
for their survival. Utopians all have an equal work load and subjects hardships
depend on their social status both situations lead to prosperity. Utopians work for the
commonwealth and in result no one worries about hunger or payment, products of

Utopians have balance and this causes harmony, while subjects and rulers must
know and not step out of their roles because it would lead to downfall. Utopians all
have an equal work load this is very common in families; the husband works and
brings in money while the wife stays home and keeps the house and children in
order, the children provide a job for the wife and in time will help their mother.
This is all equal work because the without the husband there would be no food,
without the wife the house would become chaotic, and without children the wife
would have nothing to keep her busy which results in laziness and no prosper, if all
those who work away at pointless tasks and, together with them, that whole crowd
of lazy, languid idlers, if they all were put to work and useful work at that you can
easily see how little time would be enough to produce all thee goods required for
human needs (More 1711). This highlights the importance of work, without everyone
pulling their own weight others suffer and must work twice as hard instead of
harmonically. Rulers have an important job that promises prosperity to their territory.
This job requires them to provide hope to subjects, because without hope people
began to fall apart and no longer desire the will to succeed
Misunderstood Heating Fuels
Americans have been using heating oil to keep their homes and offices warm for
decades, but it remains one of the most misunderstood heating fuels. While most
people are familiar with oil, not many know about oil heat or how it compares to
other petroleum products. The type of heating system to use in a person s home is
an important decision for anyone to make, and once it s installed it will neither be
easy nor cheap to modify. For this reason, it is necessary that you know the facts
about oil heat and how to differentiate them from myth. Residents and businesses in

How Does Maria Develop
Maria is the main character of the musical, The Sound of Music . The Sound of
Music is a Broadway musical, shown to the world at March 2, 1965. It is directed
by Robert Wise, based on The Story of the Trapp Family Singers . People of the
world liked the story very much, and the movie won the Oscar award eventually.
The main character of the story is called Fraulein Maria. As the story goes on, she
developed mostly mentally. This essay will evaluate on how does she develop in the
story.
In the beginning of the story, Maria is introduced as a sister in Nonnberg Abbey,
Salzburg, Astria. Unlike other sisters, She loved to go to the hill behind the
Nonnberg Abbey. Even though she caused a lot of trouble and not everyone s
favorite, the other sisters tried to treat her nicely. One day, Mother Abbess, the
head of Nonnberg Abbey, thought that Maria might not get use to being a sister
because of her personality. So she called Maria to her and told her that she decided to
let Maria be the governess of the seven children of Captain George von Trapp s family
.
By only looking at the first part of the musical, Maria is showed as a bright and
casual person that loves nature. This is shown to the audience, In Scene one, The

Beethoven Op-2 Essay
In the first movement of Beethoven s Piano Sonata No. 1 in F Minor, op. 2, the
composer draws on a variety of stylistic strands that contributed to the evolution of the
mature classical style. Through an analysis of specific musical elements, which
include references to form and style, structure, harmony, thematic material, dynamics
and textural considerations, I will show how Beethoven adheres to the formal and
stylistic conventions associated with the sonata during this period, as well as how he
asserted his own voice, creating his own Beethovenian style. Beethoven makes use of
a multitude of styles throughout the exposition, moving from style galant to Sturm
und Drang and ending in empfandsamer. The primary themein mm. 1 8 exemplifies
the qualities of style galant. Beethoven uses a two measure long motive repeatedly in
the right hand and block chords in the left. The dominant right hand melody with
chordal accompaniment in the left is an indicator for style galant. In m. 9 he begins
the transition away from F minor, and arrives at A flat Major in m. 20. As he
introduces new material in mm. 15 19, Beethoven continues to use these qualities.
After the transition comes the secondary theme in m. 20. The secondary theme
displays a legato lyrical ascending pattern with chromatic points, varying drastically
from the much more detached melody in the first primary theme. The secondary
theme starts at pianolike the first theme, but varies its dynamics with forzandos on

Rotter s Locus Of Control Scale Test Analysis
Rotter s Locus of Control Scale Test, is a test that measures the belief of controlling
outcomes in people s lives. The Locus of Control Scale test divides control into two
categories; internal and external. People with internal control believe that their
actions decide outcomes in their lives, while people with external control believe that
outcomes are beyond their control, which they can t influence. In the following essay,
the results of my Locus of ControlScale Test will be discussed, along with the effects
of control on my leadershipbehavior and how my control responds to different
leadership styles.
Based on the results from Rotter s Locus of Control Scale Test, my locus of control is
internal. Which means, I believe that my ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
As a leader, my internal locus of control drives me to always be improving. Since I
have an internal locus of control, I don t need outside influences to motivate me.
Passion, and drive comes from within and I know the actions I take will have a
direct effect on my outcome. When I lead, I know that my actions will have a direct
effect on my outcome, either positively or negatively. Due to having self awareness, I
am accountable for my actions and place a high importance on making correct
decisions.
In management, nothing happens without engagement, and goals are not reached
without motivation. A Laissez Faire management style may just get bye, but nothing
will ever progress. A Laissez faire management style is directly related to an
external locus of control. This type of management would believe they are unable to
control, or influence the performance of employees, therefore there is a belief that
results will happen on their own. When the results are not achieved, this type of
manager will not take responsibility for poor results. Instead, this manager would
blame his followers for not completing a task successfully. This laissez faire
management style is in direct conflict with a leader with an internal locus. A leader
with an internal locus would engage with his followers, continually work at the
development of each individual, and take full responsibility for unsuccessful results.
Another leadership style is

Isolation of Volatile Oil from Cinnamon
Purpose: The purpose of this experiment was to isolate the components of cinnamon
by using multiple techniques. The techniques involved in the experiment include:
distillation, extraction, filtration, refractomery, gas chromatography, mass
spectrometry, and the use of ChemDraw.
Introduction:
Cinnamon is the second most important spice that is sold throughout the world.1 The
word Cinnamon originates from the word cassia. Cassia is the meaning of a plant that
mainly contains leguminous genus. Cinnamon bark originates from the culivtated
trees of Cinnamomum zeylanicum Nees, Lauraceae.2 Cinnamons usages include:
flavoring for foods, medicinal purposes, agricultural needs, and pesticides. Cinnamon
does not have a chemical structure, which is replaced for Cinnamaldehyde, which
covers 97% of cinnamon. Figure 1 illustrates the chemical structure of
Cinnamaldehyde. Terpenoids and isoprene s are located in the volatile oil of
cinnamon, which play a major role in the color and odor of cinnamon. Cinnamon has
several constituents that include: Cinnamaldehyde, cinnamic acid, coumarin, linalool,
eugenol, and methyl cinnamate. These constituents were analyzed further by using
technical processes. The isolation of cinnamon oil has evolved over sever years. The
isolation originally began as a liquid liquid extraction with methylene chloride

leaping that final hurdle into history.

On January 5, 1904, the Wright brothers made a statement to the Associated Press
regarding their Kitty Hawk flights. They gave an account of the events, and then in
closing affirmed that they had achieved their goal: We packed our goods and returned
home, knowing that the age of the flying machine had come at last.
However, the 1903 Flyer had only performed short, straight line flights. To
successfully market their invention, they had to demonstrate that it could turn and fly
over more commonplace terrain than the sandy open spaces of Kitty Hawk. With
this goal in mind, Wilbur and Orville refined their design with two more powered
aircraft in 1904 and

Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus
Home Burial poem is from Jupiter.
I analyzed communications and the relationship factors from the poem, Home Burial,
in light of the guide for improving communications and relationships Men Are from

understand one another because of a lack of communication. I found plenty of
techniques and ideas that the couple in Frost s Home Burial, could have used from
the book Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus to strengthen their marriage

Throughout the poem Home Burial the characters did not have a clear awareness of

/ Will rot the best birch fence a man can build (Lines 92 93). These two lines clearly
represent men s position towards empathy. If the wife in the poem knew that, A man
s sense of self is defined through his ability to achieve results (Gray 16), she would
have understood her husband s behavior.
In chapter three of Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus,
John Gray indicates that Men become increasingly focused and withdrawn while
women become increasingly overwhelmed and emotionally involved. At these times,
a man s needs for feeling good are different from a woman s. He feels better by
solving problems while she feels better by talking about problem (Gray 29). This
conjecture totally relates to characters in Home Burial ; for example,
the husband says, What is it you see, / I will find out now you must tell me, dear,
(Lines 10, 12) which states problem solving technique from a man s side. The wife
answers, The wonder is I didn t see at once. / I never noticed it from here before. / I
must be wonted to it that s the reason (Lines 21 23) showing the wife s overwhelming
and emotionally involving period in her relationship with her husband. Solving these
problems for the characters in the poem would Depend on understanding the opposite
sex (Gray 30). If the characters knew the differences in coping with stress they would
do something about their relationship.

A Reflection On The Church Of Santa Rosa
I went to the Unitarian Universalist Congregation in Santa Rosa, California. The
church is located in the old movie theater in downtown Santa Rosa. I parked in a
nearby parking garage, grateful for the free parking on Sunday, and walked down
the street toward the church. I knew that I had arrived at the correct place because
of the large granite sign with the name Unitarian Universalist Congregation Santa
Rosa. There were many people standing outside talking to one another. I was
immediately greeted by a church member who welcomed me and showed me to
the main entrance. As I walked through the door, I noticed a rainbow flag above
the main entrance, and could not help but begin thinking of the differences
between this church and the one I was raised in. The first thing I noticed as I
entered the first room was the pictures on the walls. They were not of gods or
deities, but of ethnic minorities who had lived in the local community and had a
positive impact. Underneath each photo was a brief description of who the photo
represented. I continued walking down the main hall and it ended in a large semi
circular room with a kitchen nook in one corner. They had many chairs available
chairs and tables to sit and socialize. Another friendly church member approached
me, noticing a new face in the congregation, and asked if I was new. After I briefly
explained why I was there, he told me that he was one of the reverends and had just

Dr. Bruce Tuckman s Model Of Group Work
Our group was brought together for a purpose of making a presentation. We were
strangers to each other but expected commitment in terms of attendance,
communication, meetings and quality of work. It can be argued that individuals can
be demotivated by group project if they feel their success depends on others who do
not share this views and which might lead to discrimination and oppression (CMU,
2015). However this might be resolved by a professional organisation of working

By projecting the JOHARI window (West, R. and Turner, L., 2009) on our group
at the first stage when we met it can be said that the Arena window representing
facts about the members, their feelings, desires, and emotions was very small. We
had personal awareness towards each other and probably unconsciously we
behaved in a discriminatory way towards assessing each other as we did not know
professional qualities and how far we can trust each other in completing a reliable
presentation. As suggested by some research that group members can project their
experience of oppression and feeling of mistrust from their previous life experience
(Lindsay and Orton, 2009). This probably was the case with our group at the
beginning of our project as we all wanted to achieve good outcomes but had some
mistrust in group work as a result of stereotyping the low level of the communal
responsibility. With time the Arena windows (West, R. and Turner, L., 2009) of
our group members expanded as we explored each other s ability to concentrate on
the task, meet a deadline and by giving each other feedback which was appreciated
and increased our trust in each other. The group members admitted that the turning
point was a self disclosing process as described by Whitaker s group focal conflict
theory. There were only four group members out of five present at this time and

Advantages And Disadvantages Of Block Grants
Grant writing is a great skill to have, especially if you are planning to have a career
in the criminal justice field. What many do not know however is that there are many
different types of grants. Each type of grant has its own unique purpose, advantages,
and disadvantages. These different kinds of grantsinclude block grants, employment
grants, program grants, technology grants, construction grants, and researchgrants. It
is important to educate yourself on these different types of grants so that you can
have a better understanding of the skills needed to be a successful grant writer.
Frist, we have block grants. A block grant is basically when the federal government
gives out large amounts of money to local and state authorities in order to funds
things such as public enforcement, law enforcement, or community development.
Often times there is a lot of discretion given in regards to how the money is spent,
so there is no fine detail when it comes to how the money is going to be used. Two
examples of this kind of grant program is the Temporary Assistance for Needy
Families, also known as welfare, and Low Income Home Energy Assistance Block
Grant. Welfare is used to help support low income families and the Low Income
Home Energy Assistance Block Grant is assistance to low income families to help
pay energy bills. The advantage of block grants is that it is less restrictive, but a
disadvantage could be the use of the money ineffectively.
Secondly, we have employment

they create many great memories for people.
Although there are many positive outcomes of a camera there are also negatives
outcomes. Especially in the first camera. To start, it wasn t until 1816 that a picture
was actually created. So even though there was a camera the pictures rarely stuck or

I think the positive outweighs the negative because there is a lot of good that comes

family memories that people cherish and save forever. I think that in the future the

Antigone
Antigone The Characterization
Sophocles tragic drama, Antigone, presents to the reader a full range of characters:
static and dynamic, flat and round; they are portrayed mostly through the showing
technique.
In Sophocles Praise of Man and the Conflicts of the Antigone, Charles Paul Segal
takes the stand that there are two protagonists in the drama (which conflicts with this
reader s interpretation):
This is not to say that there are not conceptual issues involved in the characters of
Creon and Antigone. But the issues are too complex to be satisfactorily reduced to a
single antithetical formulation. We must avoid seeing the protagonists as one
dimensional representatives of simple oppositions: ... Show more content on

Enzyme Kinetics of Beta-Galactosidase
Abstract
This experiment is to study and measure the enzyme activity of ОІ galactosidase in
the different concentrations of o Nitrophenylgalactoside (ONPG) using a
spectrophotometer. The spectrophotometer was also set at 420nm, a wavelength
which is best for recording the absorbance values for the experiment. From the results,
0.9mM ONPG solution has the highest absorbance and 0.1mM ONPG solution has
the least. Also, 0.5mM ONPG solution has the highest rate of enzyme activity and it
is the most efficient as the enzyme activity of the ONPG solution continues even
though the other concentrations of ONPG solution has already stopped the
enzymatic reactions as the substrate is already used up.

However, the rate of reaction only increases for a certain period of time until there is
lesser substrate molecules than the enzyme molecules. The increase of enzyme
concentration does not have effect if there are lesser substrate molecules than enzyme
molecules initially.
A spectrophotometer is an instrument which measures the amount of light of a
specified wavelength which passes through a medium. This instrument is usually
used for the measurement of reflectance of solutions. Light is separate into different
wavelengths and is being passed through the sample solution. The sample solution
will have its own wavelength and will absorb a certain amount of light. The higher
the molecular concentration, the higher the absorbance value.

A Research On Social Network Marketing
Social Network Marketing Introduction Publicizing when all is said in done it is
the methodology to make sense of what things or organizations can be of
excitement to client. Casual groups or Social Media help in upgrading the elevating
of relationship to new bits of learning about the brand, which offers inventive ways
to deal with realize the key publicizing undertakings, and also new methods to win in
online dialogs of basic business. Casual group promoting is an attempt to use
interpersonal association to actuate purchasers that one s association, things and/or
organizations are beneficial. Interpersonal association publicizing is strategy for
advancing things using online gatherings, casual groups, and that is only the
starting. Casual group is hot. Long range interpersonal correspondence is at present
the example. Besides, for associations it addresses an advancing open entryway that
transcends the standard go between and interfaces associations particularly with
clients. This is the reason each business on the planet from beasts like Starbucks and
IBM to the area solidified yogurt shop are researching internet systems

about casual group. In a matter of seconds it s diving in for the whole deal and
associations are rapidly grasping interpersonal association advancing. Much like email
and destinations at first empowered associations, casual group is the accompanying
advancing wave.
The Belief Of Organized Religion
The Belief of Organized Religion All over the world there is some kind of
conspiracy. One is the Organized Church Conspiracy or the Organized Religion
Conspiracy. Many people think that Organized Religion is a source of evil, however
it can be a source of wars, genocide and dogmatism but, An Organized Religionis a

Many people say that the government controls people s thoughts of organized
religion. Entering the Monastic life means renouncing your own will once and for
all, ready to do at every moment of the day for the rest of your life what you are
obligated to do by the monastic routine and the abbot of the community
(Andino).Organized Religion means a variety of things. When God showed himself
in some strange way, it left humans with some depositum of spiritual knowledge
from which all the knowledge of gods origin. If this was not a case, no human
institution could legitimately claim the authority to organize religion and promulgate
a normative set of propositions for the belief and forms of worship (Andino). Since
no one is perfect, God has to provide some ways of showing his depositum the part of
the humans to whom entrusted his revelation. This means that, God is always
working during hard times and is always trying to make everything better so people
can make the right choices in life. An organized religion must operate in time and in
human society, some sort of organizational structure would have to emerge to identify
the dwelling place of that truth, which allows us to identify that we are in
communion with those who believed that faith and that we are receiving the
authentic revelation, and not come corrupted or incomplete imitation (Andino).
Mainly everything we do requires faith. We can either believe that an organized

Ciabatta Bread History
In the history of art there are periods when bread seems so beautiful that it nearly
gets into museums. (Janet Flanner, Paris Was Yesterday, 1925 1939). Bread
comes in a myriad of forms, flavors, shapes, and sizes. To millions of people every
day it is a source of nutrients, a way of filling their stomachs with something their
body needs. To others, it is a form of art, a chef or bakers life and soul poured into
their creation. Whichever way you see it, breadis a part of our lives, as well as our
history.
Ciabatta bread has its roots in Italy, with numerous regions taking claim to be the
originators. The name Ciabatta, is Italian for slipper , due to the fact that it
resembles shoe it is named after. Ciabatta bread is used in all forms
The History Of Star Wars
May 25, 1977, was the day a whole new world of sci fi movies made an appearance
the first movie of the beloved Star Wars franchise came out. This series of movies
required several components, like acting and music. Months of preparation and
production made Star Wars one of the greatest. Star Wars, just like in any movie,
needed actors that wouldn t just perform their best, but also work by themselves to
memorize lines. Each person had a part, and, whether big or small, each part was
important. Often, the actors talk about what they had to accomplish during the
movie making process. Mark Hamill explains in a BBC Interview that often he had
to imagine what was going on in the background, which was actually a blue screen
(YouTube). Along with knowing their lines, they also had to know how to act. For
example, in The Force Awakens, Rey is a girl who is adventurous and brave, which
means Daisy Ridley had to act out those qualities in the movie.... Show more content

There was also an audition of roles that the actors had to try out for. In the BBC

and his first feature film was Star Wars. To get into a movie series as big as Star Wars
was a big deal. During the production of the film, as shown in the ABC News
interview with Harrison Ford and Carrie Fisher, there were lots of people

Working Conditions For Factory Labor

Ashleigh Do factory workers become sick regularly due to the working conditions?
George S. Due to scorching hot conditions in the factories, factory workers would
leave the factory into frosty conditions during the night which led to phenomena. The
hot conditions were also caused by the cotton thread as it must be spun in moist
conditions up to 21.11 degrees Celsius. Other illnesses such as chest and lung
infections and loss of hearing occurred as the atmosphere was dusty and the noise
from the machines affected the workers hearing.

The Ethics Of Censorship
Introduction
Congress shall make no law...prohibiting the free exercise of the press...freedom of
speech... So, if congress shall make no law limiting what we can say/post/share/film,
then why does censorship exist?
Censorship is by no means a new concept; it has been around since the dawn of the
written word. With the earliest known date going all the way back to Rome circa 443
B.C., and then later in China around 300 A.D. It is suggested that censorship has
followed people throughout time, almost like a nightmarish creature that is meant
to suppress our rights and freedoms. While it is true that we have the freedom to
say and do as we please as per the 1st Amendment, there has to be a way of censor
what we say. This is where censorship comes... Show more content on

One of the biggest points of contention that have been greatly debated over the
years, is whether video games make kids violent or not. While there have been
some studies done that show that they are/aren t violent the results are never agreed
upon and further tests have to be done. All that to be said, the point of the studies
are to show that if we can censor (block) kids use of violent video games, then
maybe they won t become violent adults.
A recent study tried to test this theory by having college students detail various
violent games/various people who may fit the category who play those types of
games and see whether or not their demeanor changed as a result of playing the
games (Ivory/Kalyanaraman 2009). However the results weren t indicative of
whether censoring games would change the out come in the long run.
Symptoms
While it is a necessary evil, it doesn t mean that we have to accept it for what it is
on one hand. But on the opposite hand if we didn t accept it then what would our
society consist of? Society as it is known would likely crumble with out some form
of rules governing what can/can t be said in the press and other media platforms.
Many people over time have come to argue that censoring our material has made us
more attracted to what the censored material was, and less attracted to what the
newly censored material consists
White Chicks Poster
The poster used to promote the movie White Chicks , stars the two main
protagonists of the film, the Wayans brothers. Due to the subtle nature of the
creator s design choices, the average viewer may not pick up on the many
intricacies that may very well affect the viewer s perception of the poster. At first
glance, the poster is able to summarily explain the plot of the story to the viewer of
the poster. Clearly shown, the protagonists are black undercover cops who will
undergo a transformation into two white women in the film. The design of the
poster forces one s eyes to view the badges that each of the girls is holding. Most
likely, the designer wanted the premise of the movie to be given away to anyone
viewing the poster. Therefore, making the decision to put the badges in the front of
the poster along with the girls gives a clear main focus of the film. Another key
element of this poster is that the color scheme, design, and font of the poster are all
designed to give off a friendlier and light hearted vibe. As a comedy, this is a rational
choice by the designer to attract the target audience the producers intended to view
the film. The movie targets teenagers to young adults and the... Show more content on

The close up on the brothers makes the characters feel closer, and consequently, feel
more tangible. In doing so, marketing becomes more efficient and the poster more
attractive to the viewer. The movie delivers with that same feeling of tangibility, as

Something as minimal as the character s proximity to the screen is able to determine
whether or not someone chooses to watch a film, as for the perspective can influence
whether or not the viewer of the poster will be able to connect with the

The Density Of Water Is Its Mass Divided By Its Volume
The density of water is its mass divided by its volume. In this case, the mass of
water was determined by subtracting the final mass of the glassware with water by
the initial mass of the glassware without water. The volume was determined by
observing closely which line (marked on the sides of each glassware) the water
reached and reporting the most precise measurement. Based on the class data, the
average densities of water and its standard deviations were: 50 mL beaker avg: 0.90 g
/mL, stand dev: 0.12, 10 mL graduated cylinder avg: 0.980 g/mL, stand dev: 0.0600,
10 mL volumetric pipette avg: 0.9800 g/mL, stand. dev: 0.06499, 50 mL burette avg:
0.969 g/mL, stand. dev: 0.140. The average densityof water compares our
experimental value to the true value. This means that the closer our values are to the
true density of water, which is approximately 0.998 g/mL at 18.89В°C, the more
accurate our data is. Furthermore, the standard deviationmeasures how precise our
results are with one another. Based on the four data sets of the class, the most
precise volumetric glassware is the 10 mL graduated cylinder because its standard
deviation is the lowest. This lower value indicates that this glassware consistently
yielded similar densities of water more often than other glassware. Although tied with
the volumetric pipette, the graduated cylinder is also the most accurate volumetric
glassware because the resulting average of its water densities is closest to the real
density of

Sonny s Blues By James Baldwin
In the short story Sonny s Blues , by James Baldwin there is the notion or a
reoccurring theme of a conflict between light and dark between the characters. The
notion is carried throughout the story of two brothers finding their own lights and
trying to work towards a greater life. In the late 50 s, after the Harlem Renaissance,
adolescents are faced with drug sales everywhere and crime sprees around every
corner, this is one example of the darkness in the story. Kids began to form bad
habits that revolved around drugs and crime because it was what they became used
to seeing in their everyday routine. Later on in life they would find themselves in
unthinkable situations and not finding a way out. Sonny s older brother, who is also
the narrator of the story finds himself in disbelief because he finds out his brother is
incarcerated because of a heroin addiction. Sonny wanted to be a famous pianist but
thought that heroin would open his mind up and make his creative thought flow. By
using his music, Sonny tries to make a better life for himself and attempts to return to
the lightafter being in the dark for so long. The notion of light and dark reflects the
character s personalities and actions as they struggle to live in the ominous city of
Harlem. The author expresses the human spirit throughout Sonny s Blues to reveal
how the characters and ordinary people find their own light within the darkness in
which they live.
Baldwin had chosen specifically to use Harlem as the

Ten Dollar Bill Research Paper

which woman should be pictured on the new ten dollar bill. It certainly is well past
high time that one did. We are all accustomed to seeing an array of white male
founding father faces on our money, and the lack of feminine images featured there,
so commonly seen in other countries. The truth is Martha Washington s image was
portrayed in the US one dollar silver certificate (pictured). They were printed by the
US Treasury in 1886 and 1891. The certificate was the nation s second longest issued
paper money, not discontinued until 1957. The vignette of her was copied from the

Western portrayals of Asian women in media have often been stereotypical, one
dimensional characters such as the submissive and docile Lotus Blossom, the strong
and domineering, but deceitful Dragon Lady, or the Asian hooker who is used as
nothing more than a mere prop for the male gaze (Kuo, Rachel). However, the
Western audience has also been exposed to other portrayals of Asian women through
another form of entertainment called anime. Anime, or Japanese animation, has many
genres that are named according to the target audience it is made for. For shounen,

The Influence Of Nature And Nurture On An Individual s...
INTRODUCTION
The following research shows the influence of nature and nurture on an individual s
intelligence. Intelligence can be defined as The aggregate or global capacity to act
purposefully think rationally and deal effectively with the environment. Thus
intelligence helps define ones action in a given situation. Intelligence can be
influenced by many factors, mainly being the nature and environmental. The natural
factor consists of the inborn tendencies and genetics that show that a part of
intelligence is inherited. The nurture consists of environment and socio economic
factors that contribute towards ones intelligence. The issue of nature versus nurture
has been constantly debated over in terms of intelligence. Over the years, the
pendulum of intelligence has been swinging from nature to nurture determining them
to be an independent factor for one s intelligence. However this pendulum is seen to
be coming to a standstill forming a theory which supports both the nature and nurture
and their contributions towards one s cognitive abilities and intelligence.
NATURE AND INTELLIGENCE
Over years of study it is has been observed how a part of intelligence is heritable in
nature. Heritability being an estimate of the size of the genetic effect (Dunn and
Plomin, 1990; Collier, 2008) In the field of Behavioral genetics, Studies on
monozygotic and dizogotic twins have shown that monozygotic twins have a
variance of 0.64 to 0.74, assuming that there is no environmental

According to the FAA s definition of delay, there will be delay cost only when
arrival rate is 59 planes per hour and the delay time is 60.5 15=45.5 min. This
definition appears less reasonable, because it ignores the delay cost when the
arrival rate is either 50 planes per hour or 55 planes per hour. According to the
diagram in the attached Excel, The flight arrives or departs more than 10 minutes
should be defined as delay.
c. Based on your analysis, do you believe peak period pricing, by reducing arrival
rates during period of heavy demand, might represent and effective means of reducing
the costs of over scheduling? I believe that peak period pricing will be effective

not the personality, nor the emotions, for these also will vanish with death

that time. Nevertheless, as life progressed, I was able to come across certain life

Cocain and amphetamines are Addictive and Dangerous
Essay
Cocaine and amphetamines are highly addictive and dangerous drugs that have
affected our society today. There have been various forms of cocaine and
amphetamines that have become popular and abusive throughout the United States.
The forms of cocaine are: powder and crack, and these two forms are seen as highly
dangerous to the individuals that abuse it. Also, there are several types of
amphetamines which have been noted to be just as addictive and dangerous as
cocaine. In this paper I will briefly discuss the different forms of cocaine and

The Impact Of Public Transport On Rural And
Sustainable...
4. Financial Analysis
4.1 Introduction
Today the role of public transport is perceived very seriously in terms of urban
mobility and sustainable development, but even though the financial resources
available are insufficient. Acquiring appropriate financing mechanisms is not only
imperative for the development of transport system but also for the holistic growth of
urban pockets.
The local government all over the world face financial constraints due to disparity
between costs and revenues. Many urban planners think that revenues cannot be
covered from fare box alone. Indian cities are also facing the same challenges. But
due to some funding through JnNURM the city officials find some relief in procuring
buses of high standards like present in developed countries.
There are two types of costs associated with transport system: one is capital cost and
other is operating cost. Capital cost constitutes of infrastructural support, procurement
of buses, and construction of bus stations. Whereas operating cost includes expenses
incurred in fuel, technological services, salaries to operators of buses, and upgrading
buses to better quality with time. Hence financial aspect takes a big role, because
without investment of money, a huge infrastructural project is not possible. Other
dilemma which urban planners face is setting correct fares in order to attract
maximum users and save the system to run into losses.
In this section of my case study, I focus upon the financial burden of
The Abolition Of Slavery Dbq
The issue of slavery was left out of the Declaration of Independence for a reason,
but why? We ll also go over what the abolition of slavery is. We will find out
whether abolition was present in the colonies during the American Revolution. And
we will discuss how Lord Dunmore s 1775 Proclamation influenced the Declaration
of Independence. Those are the topics we will be covering today. First things first
Thomas Jefferson wanted to add slaverys abolition to the declaration, but it caused a
lot of dispute and was taken off in the end. Jefferson believes this is due Abolition of
slavery is the end to the slave trade. Abolition was present in the colonies during the
American Revolution because they were getting rid of British law in exchange
I Didn t A Lone Wolf
Being alone had it s advantages, no one bothered me, I could read in peace, listen
to my favorite bands, and play my Rpg games to my heart s content. Loneliness,
something that a majority of people experience in a lifetime for many reasons. It
can lead one s own psyche to be conflicted to the world. This was all based on
speculation of course. There s no proof that my judgment is correct, nor can it be
proven false either. It truly just depends on the person and who they associate
themselves with. I was a shy girl, I didn t have many friends because I didn t like
the same things as the rest. Like, music, shows, games etc. I liked rock music, game
shows, and video games, because of that, I was mostly by myself. There were three
people, but I didn t felt that connection of friendship. I didn t mind though, I consider
myself a lone wolf, someone mysterious, but in a super awesome way. Distance, I
didn t understand why I thought that way when I was young. It was a futile effort, to
say the least. Not even my parents knew of my anti social vendetta. Not that I blame
them, it was around middle schoolthat my anti social loneliness reached it s peak.
Time moves forward and so does the mindset of a father and his second eldest
daughter. Andrea has always been distant. I couldn t understand why, it was almost
like she wanted to stay that way, even at sixteen years old, she prefers to stay in her
room than to go to a familyparty. Esperanza, would let it slide, but I wanted her
Steuben County Jail
STEUBEN COUNTY (WENY) For the second year in a row the Steuben County
Jail is taking advantage of its courtyard by turning it into a giant garden. It s part of
the county s inmate garden program. It s therapeutic. It s very relaxing and it s a
learning experience and helps you gain knowledge about planting and what you can
and can t plant around here in the soils, explains Steuben County Jail inmate, Jeffrey
Duell.
The ten garden beds are run completely by the inmates. From buying the supplies, to
planting the seeds in the garden to maintaining it throughout the summer. Besides
providing the inmates with something productive to do, Sheriff David Cole says it
increases morale throughout the jail. This kinda pulls them in line and if

Strict glycemic control in T2DM can prevent the onset and progression of

single hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) target is appropriate for all patients. The American
Diabetes Association (ADA) suggests a fundamentally patient centered approach to
determine an individual s HbA1c target. However, the ADA also recommends a
HbA1c target level of less than 7% for the majority of patients [6].

Essay about Dances With Wolves
Dances With Wolves
In his movie Dances With Wolves actor Kevin Costner tries to do away with any
preconceived notions that the viewer might have had about the Native American
Indians being a savage and inhuman race. He does this by first unraveling the
mysteriousness of the Indians then he brings the viewer to a point of connectedness
with the Indians and their culture. We then come to a sincere appreciation for them
as human beings and individuals and find ourselves siding with them in matters of
allegiance. This movie accomplishes this goal with several tactics and strategies. As
the story unfolds we follow the life of John Dunbar (Kevin Costner) and take on his
emotions and therefore come to the same realizations that he does. ... Show more

We see that they are easily frightened at times like when Kicking Bird runs from the
naked John who is also just as shocked by the Indians presence however does not
want his horse, Sisco, to be messed with. We see through John s eyes how
frustrating it is to not be able to communicate with other people and we understand
how much trouble this has probably been for the Indians before. We see them as
being generous people when John is presented with a Buffalo skin from them as
well as their kindness in accepting his gifts. We also see how in John s eyes the
Indians are developing personalities of their own as individuals and not just a group
of people.
The second thing that must be done in order for the movie to completely change
our opinion of these savages and bring our allegiances to them instead of the white
settlers and army is that we must not only overcome our fears and prejudices we
must also now connect with them in such a way that we feel bonded by friendship
and love. The best way to accomplish this is through a feeling of belonging. As John
becomes more and more involved with the Indians we see more and more of the
personalities of the Indians themselves and we begin to see how human they really
are. Now John begins to form friendships with these Indians and therefore so do we.
One example of this is John s friendship with Kicking Bird. John and
Cats In Ancient Egypt Research Paper
Cats in Ancient Egypt
Ancient Egyptians considered cats to be sacred. Killing a cat, even by accident
could be punishable by death. About 60 BC, Greek historian, Diodorus Siculus,
witnessed a Roman accidentally kill an Egyptian cat. An outraged mob gathered and
killed the Roman despite pleas from their pharaoh. The Greek historian Herodotus
wrote that in the event of a fire, men would guard the fire to make certain that no cats
ran into the flame. Herodotus also wrote that when a cat died, the household would
go into mourning as if for a human relative, and would often shave their eyebrows to
signify their loss. The practice of mummification was extended to cats because of the
deep respect the Egyptians had for them.
They worshipped a Cat

Dear T, This morning I walked into your room because I heard quite a commotion
of hangers hitting walls and drawers being slammed. Either you were trying to
capture, kill, or scare a spider OR you were having an emotional breakdown. Either
way, I was ready for it. I had Love and Logic training and knew exactly what I
needed to say and how to say it...bring it on sweetie. I was not ready for you, my
beautiful, kind hearted SIX YEAR OLD daughter, to be throwing clothes around
your room while yelling, Mom! I cannot wear the outfit I set out last night because
it makes me look fat! Ummmm, WHAT? I wanted to scream, You are six years
old! Are you out of your ever loving mind? You are not supposed to see yourself
like that! You are six; how could you be so crazy about the way you look already?
Instead, I told you how beautiful, brilliant, and strong you are and that you are being
silly. In other words, I disregarded and minimized your feelings entirely. As I left...

Great choice! I then proceeded to question you like a drill sergeant. Who taught
you about this being fat nonsense? Was it someone in your class? A friend? A
parent? Who? Who? Who? You gave an answer I know I forced you into giving: It
was she who shall not be named. She said that boys do not like girls who are fat.
OH, GAME ON! The first thing I wanted to do was call your body shaming
Voldemort esque friend s mom and tell her the ideas that her daughter has been
putting in your head. But, I decided not to be that mom...thank goodness. After
talking myself out of becoming THAT mom who other mothers dread talking with,
I realized that your friend has three older brothers and is also impressionable in this
situation. Nonetheless, I still felt a sense of relief. Thank goodness I could divert the
blame from the real source of this cerebral contamination of my SIX YEAR OLD
daughter. I had my
Gatorade Informative Essay
Is it in you? Gatorade Without Gatorade would it is safe to have long hour practices?
Gatorade, the history, science, and technology that saved athletes from dehydration.
The history of Gatorade starts in 1965 when University of Florida s assistant
football coach Dwayne Douglas question Florida s kidney disease specialist Robert
Cade about why the players lost so much weight during practices and games, went to
the bathroom so little. Cade then directed Florida s College of Medicine s renal and
electrolytes division. They soon found out that players sweat so much that they didn t
have enough fluid to urinate. Then the research started. Cade and his colleagues took
samples of Ten University of Florida freshmen football players. They had some eye
opening results, the player s electrolytes were completely out of order, their blood
sugar was low and their Blood volume was also low. Electrolytes are salts and
minerals that can conduct electrical impulses in the human body. Their solution was
water with salt in it to replace the salt they were losing in sweat. They gave them
sugar to keep their blood sugar up. The first product of Gatorade was so bad none of
the scientist could take it. Then Cade s wife Mary suggested adding lemon juice. It
was then when Gatorade was born. There first flavor was lemon lime quickly
followed by orange and grape. Gatorade continued fixing their creation in the
beginning of the 1966 season. Gatorade began to be the number one drink on the
sideline.

  • 2. Political Campaign Rhetoric Political Campaign Rhetoric In 2004 the United States of America held a presidential election as it does every four years. Throughout the process, from primary to convention, from the debates to Election Day, both the candidates and the media relied on rhetoric to influence the thoughts of the electorate. Because of the close results of the 2000 election and the bitter court battle that followed, the rhetoric of the campaigns of both major candidates in 2004 was stronger and more focused than before. To show the uses of this rhetoric and its effects on the public through the media, several topics are discussed within. Considering the pre rational nature of religious affiliation for many Americans, then, we can see how Bush s rhetoric concerning values and faith was not unlike propaganda, which seeks to short circuit rational thought in order to illicit some desired response from the audience. By only discussing values on the most superficial level, Bush was able to use people s faith to gain their support, when after further debate and consideration they may have found that they did not agree with his stance. In contrast with the typical conservative appeal to people of faith used by President Bush is the typical liberal appeal to the class consciousness of the working class used by former vice presidential candidate John Edwards. On the campaign trail he spoke of two Americas: people who are set for life and do not work, and those who scrape by living paycheck to paycheck (Miller 2005). According to Miller, Edwards intends for the audience to imagine the first as idle aristocrats. Considering the semantics of the language used, the term set for life, describing the non worker, and the vivid imagery of the wage earner struggling to survive form a sharp contrast that is intended to convince the working class individual of two things: firstly, that they are in conflict
  • 3. What Makes Art Art Essay Art 1030: Art Appreciation Instructor: Steve BishopEssay One Josalyn Cook1/26/2011 What Makes Art Art? Art is an object or piece of work that brings one pleasure. Art is also something you see or feel and you cannot even begin to describe the ways you like it or how it makes you feel. Art is something that portrays beauty and happiness. Art lets you see the world through another person s perspective. Most art seems to tell a story about where a person has been and the things they have encountered along the way. It lets you connect with the artist and see things through their eyes. Art is a way of expressing one s self without words. When I think of art, I think of paintings, portraits, sketches, and sculptures. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The scene has two snowmen at the entrance to the covered bridge. It fills your heart with warmth and holiday spirit just to look at it. Portraits to me are art in a different sense. Some of my favorite portraits are by Martin Waugh. It is what he calls Liquid Sculpture. He uses high speed photography to capture drops of liquid as the splash into lakes and other bodies of water. To me there is just something so soothing about his work. It is amazing how a tiny drop of liquid can create such a beautiful work of art. His work impresses me, because I never really thought of liquid as art before I saw one of his photos. The formal qualities of art work are somewhat important. I like paintings that flow smoothly with very fine brush strokes. I think some of the most beautiful art work is produced with a combination of canvas and oil paints. I like portraits that capture images I normally could not see otherwise. Portraits that capture the colors you can see when light reflects on a ripple of water amaze me. I do not know a great deal about art, but art seems to be much more opinion than
  • 4. Claude Monet Accomplishments Through a series of solid strokes of paint in his canvas, Monet managed to present society with a completely new outlook, literally, on one s visual aspect. Claude Oscar Monet, famous French painter, was a highly innovative artist back in the 1800s. His works inspired other artists who followed suite and teamed up promptly with Monet, soon enough gaining for themselves the title of The Impressionists. He contributed not only to the art culture, but also to the entirety of society through his paintings as if telling the world not to be afraid of anything different and emphasized the importance to look at things with deeper perception other than that which our vision enables us to see. The painting Impression: Sunrise, or Impression: Soleil Levant, was what brought Monet his greatest success. It hung in the first Impressionist exhibition in 1874 and is now displayed in the MusГ©e Marmottan Moret, Paris (Biography 2). Even though this was not his first or best painting it is the one that has left the most mark, for it was the initial spark for Impressionism. It was this success that earned him and other fellow artists the title of the Impressionists. Monet began to earn great amounts of money and was able to move out to his dream home in Giverny. Monet s fortunes began to change for the better as his dealer Paul Durand Ruel had increasing success in selling his paintings (Biography 2). Money might not always be everything, but his profit was what enabled Monet to move further ahead. Monet s further gain in income allowed him to find his perfect home and travel more, making him more known to others. If it hadn t been because of Monet s success, the world we know today, as well as the artistic aspect of our culture, would be missing a very important aspect; the essence of

Comparing Logit And Probit Models Essay In Logit and Probit models, a dependent variable takes only two values that represent the occurrence of an event (yes or no) or a choice between two alternatives. In the current case, to model choice status of each individual WTP for improved solid waste management respondents differed in age, educational attainment, income, sex and other observable characteristics. Utopian families all have an equal role in the cities they live in; they are a microcosm of their city and its objective to survive; however, in Il Muqaddimah the subjects have the responsibility to help the ruler prosper. Utopians work and in return share what they earn, while subjects work for their survival. Utopians all have an equal work load this is very common in families; the husband works and brings in money while the wife stays home and keeps the house and children in order, the children provide a job for the wife and in time will help their mother. This is all equal work because the without the husband there would be no food, without the wife the house would become chaotic, and without children the wife would have nothing to keep her busy which results in laziness and no prosper, if all those who work away at pointless tasks and, together with them, that whole crowd of lazy, languid idlers, if they all were put to work and useful work at that you can easily see how little time would be enough to produce all thee goods required for human needs (More 1711). This highlights the importance of work, without everyone pulling their own weight others suffer and must work twice as hard instead of harmonically. Rulers have an important job that promises prosperity to their territory. This job requires them to provide hope to subjects, because without hope people began to fall apart and no longer desire the will to succeed

  • 10. Beethoven Op-2 Essay In the first movement of Beethoven s Piano Sonata No. 1 in F Minor, op. 2, the composer draws on a variety of stylistic strands that contributed to the evolution of the mature classical style. Through an analysis of specific musical elements, which include references to form and style, structure, harmony, thematic material, dynamics and textural considerations, I will show how Beethoven adheres to the formal and stylistic conventions associated with the sonata during this period, as well as how he asserted his own voice, creating his own Beethovenian style. Beethoven makes use of a multitude of styles throughout the exposition, moving from style galant to Sturm und Drang and ending in empfandsamer. The primary themein mm. 1 8 exemplifies the qualities of style galant. Beethoven uses a two measure long motive repeatedly in the right hand and block chords in the left. The dominant right hand melody with chordal accompaniment in the left is an indicator for style galant. In m. 9 he begins the transition away from F minor, and arrives at A flat Major in m. 20. As he introduces new material in mm. 15 19, Beethoven continues to use these qualities. After the transition comes the secondary theme in m. 20. The secondary theme displays a legato lyrical ascending pattern with chromatic points, varying drastically from the much more detached melody in the first primary theme. The secondary theme starts at pianolike the first theme, but varies its dynamics with forzandos on beat

Passion, and drive comes from within and I know the actions I take will have a direct effect on my outcome. When I lead, I know that my actions will have a direct effect on my outcome, either positively or negatively. Due to having self awareness, I am accountable for my actions and place a high importance on making correct decisions. In management, nothing happens without engagement, and goals are not reached without motivation. A Laissez Faire management style may just get bye, but nothing will ever progress. This type of management would believe they are unable to control, or influence the performance of employees, therefore there is a belief that results will happen on their own. When the results are not achieved, this type of manager will not take responsibility for poor results. Instead, this manager would blame his followers for not completing a task successfully. This laissez faire management style is in direct conflict with a leader with an internal locus. A leader with an internal locus would engage with his followers, continually work at the development of each individual, and take full responsibility for unsuccessful results. Another leadership style is

The techniques involved in the experiment include: distillation, extraction, filtration, refractomery, gas chromatography, mass spectrometry, and the use of ChemDraw. Introduction: Cinnamon is the second most important spice that is sold throughout the world.1 The word Cinnamon originates from the word cassia. Cassia is the meaning of a plant that mainly contains leguminous genus. Cinnamon bark originates from the culivtated trees of Cinnamomum zeylanicum Nees, Lauraceae.2 Cinnamons usages include: flavoring for foods, medicinal purposes, agricultural needs, and pesticides. Cinnamon does not have a chemical structure, which is replaced for Cinnamaldehyde, which covers 97% of cinnamon. Figure 1 illustrates the chemical structure of Cinnamaldehyde. Terpenoids and isoprene s are located in the volatile oil of cinnamon, which play a major role in the color and odor of cinnamon. Cinnamon has several constituents that include: Cinnamaldehyde, cinnamic acid, coumarin, linalool, eugenol, and methyl cinnamate. These constituents were analyzed further by using technical processes. The isolation of cinnamon oil has evolved over sever years. The isolation originally began as a liquid liquid extraction with methylene chloride

On January 5, 1904, the Wright brothers made a statement to the Associated Press regarding their Kitty Hawk flights. They gave an account of the events, and then in closing affirmed that they had achieved their goal: We packed our goods and returned home, knowing that the age of the flying machine had come at last. However, the 1903 Flyer had only performed short, straight line flights. To successfully market their invention, they had to demonstrate that it could turn and fly over more commonplace terrain than the sandy open spaces of Kitty Hawk. I found plenty of techniques and ideas that the couple in Frost s Home Burial, could have used from the book Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus to strengthen their marriage . Throughout the poem Home Burial the characters did not have a clear awareness of their differences because they did not know that men and women are like from different planets. John ... If the wife in the poem knew that, A man s sense of self is defined through his ability to achieve results (Gray 16), she would have understood her husband s behavior. In chapter three of Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus, John Gray indicates that Men become increasingly focused and withdrawn while women become increasingly overwhelmed and emotionally involved. At these times, a man s needs for feeling good are different from a woman s. He feels better by solving problems while she feels better by talking about problem (Gray 29). This conjecture totally relates to characters in Home Burial ; for example, the husband says, What is it you see, / I will find out now you must tell me, dear, (Lines 10, 12) which states problem solving technique from a man s side. The wife answers, The wonder is I didn t see at once. / I never noticed it from here before. / I must be wonted to it that s the reason (Lines 21 23) showing the wife s overwhelming and emotionally involving period in her relationship with her husband. I parked in a nearby parking garage, grateful for the free parking on Sunday, and walked down the street toward the church. I knew that I had arrived at the correct place because of the large granite sign with the name Unitarian Universalist Congregation Santa Rosa. There were many people standing outside talking to one another. I was immediately greeted by a church member who welcomed me and showed me to the main entrance. As I walked through the door, I noticed a rainbow flag above the main entrance, and could not help but begin thinking of the differences between this church and the one I was raised in. The first thing I noticed as I entered the first room was the pictures on the walls. They were not of gods or deities, but of ethnic minorities who had lived in the local community and had a positive impact. Underneath each photo was a brief description of who the photo represented. I continued walking down the main hall and it ended in a large semi circular room with a kitchen nook in one corner. They had many chairs available chairs and tables to sit and socialize. Another friendly church member approached me, noticing a new face in the congregation, and asked if I was new. After I briefly explained why I was there, he told me that he was one of the reverends and had just finished conducting the nine o clock service. He

We were strangers to each other but expected commitment in terms of attendance, communication, meetings and quality of work. It can be argued that individuals can be demotivated by group project if they feel their success depends on others who do not share this views and which might lead to discrimination and oppression (CMU, 2015). However this might be resolved by a professional organisation of working process, high motivation and personal responsibility of each groupmember indicating a successful group development. By projecting the JOHARI window (West, R. and Turner, L., 2009) on our group at the first stage when we met it can be said that the Arena window representing facts about the members, their feelings, desires, and emotions was very small. We had personal awareness towards each other and probably unconsciously we behaved in a discriminatory way towards assessing each other as we did not know professional qualities and how far we can trust each other in completing a reliable presentation. As suggested by some research that group members can project their experience of oppression and feeling of mistrust from their previous life experience (Lindsay and Orton, 2009). This probably was the case with our group at the beginning of our project as we all wanted to achieve good outcomes but had some mistrust in group work as a result of stereotyping the low level of the communal responsibility. With time the Arena windows (West, R. and Turner, L., 2009) of our group members expanded as we explored each other s ability to concentrate on the task, meet a deadline and by giving each other feedback which was appreciated and increased our trust in each other. The group members admitted that the turning point was a self disclosing process as described by Whitaker s group focal conflict theory. There were only four group members out of five present at this time and through

What many do not know however is that there are many different types of grants. Each type of grant has its own unique purpose, advantages, and disadvantages. These different kinds of grantsinclude block grants, employment grants, program grants, technology grants, construction grants, and researchgrants. It is important to educate yourself on these different types of grants so that you can have a better understanding of the skills needed to be a successful grant writer. Frist, we have block grants. A block grant is basically when the federal government gives out large amounts of money to local and state authorities in order to funds things such as public enforcement, law enforcement, or community development. Often times there is a lot of discretion given in regards to how the money is spent, so there is no fine detail when it comes to how the money is going to be used. Two examples of this kind of grant program is the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, also known as welfare, and Low Income Home Energy Assistance Block Grant. Welfare is used to help support low income families and the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Block Grant is assistance to low income families to help pay energy bills. The advantage of block grants is that it is less restrictive, but a disadvantage could be the use of the money ineffectively. Secondly, we have employment

So, if congress shall make no law limiting what we can say/post/share/film, then why does censorship exist? Censorship is by no means a new concept; it has been around since the dawn of the written word. With the earliest known date going all the way back to Rome circa 443 B.C., and then later in China around 300 A.D. It is suggested that censorship has followed people throughout time, almost like a nightmarish creature that is meant to suppress our rights and freedoms. A recent study tried to test this theory by having college students detail various violent games/various people who may fit the category who play those types of games and see whether or not their demeanor changed as a result of playing the games (Ivory/Kalyanaraman 2009). In this case, the mass of water was determined by subtracting the final mass of the glassware with water by the initial mass of the glassware without water. The volume was determined by observing closely which line (marked on the sides of each glassware) the water reached and reporting the most precise measurement. Based on the class data, the average densities of water and its standard deviations were: 50 mL beaker avg: 0.90 g /mL, stand dev: 0.12, 10 mL graduated cylinder avg: 0.980 g/mL, stand dev: 0.0600, 10 mL volumetric pipette avg: 0.9800 g/mL, stand. dev: 0.06499, 50 mL burette avg: 0.969 g/mL, stand. dev: 0.140. The average densityof water compares our experimental value to the true value. This means that the closer our values are to the true density of water, which is approximately 0.998 g/mL at 18.89В°C, the more accurate our data is. Furthermore, the standard deviationmeasures how precise our results are with one another. Based on the four data sets of the class, the most precise volumetric glassware is the 10 mL graduated cylinder because its standard deviation is the lowest. This lower value indicates that this glassware consistently yielded similar densities of water more often than other glassware. Although tied with the volumetric pipette, the graduated cylinder is also the most accurate volumetric glassware because the resulting average of its water densities is closest to the real density of

The notion is carried throughout the story of two brothers finding their own lights and trying to work towards a greater life. In the late 50 s, after the Harlem Renaissance, adolescents are faced with drug sales everywhere and crime sprees around every corner, this is one example of the darkness in the story. Kids began to form bad habits that revolved around drugs and crime because it was what they became used to seeing in their everyday routine. Later on in life they would find themselves in unthinkable situations and not finding a way out. Sonny s older brother, who is also the narrator of the story finds himself in disbelief because he finds out his brother is incarcerated because of a heroin addiction. Sonny wanted to be a famous pianist but thought that heroin would open his mind up and make his creative thought flow. By using his music, Sonny tries to make a better life for himself and attempts to return to the lightafter being in the dark for so long. Asian Women Stereotypes Western portrayals of Asian women in media have often been stereotypical, one dimensional characters such as the submissive and docile Lotus Blossom, the strong and domineering, but deceitful Dragon Lady, or the Asian hooker who is used as nothing more than a mere prop for the male gaze (Kuo, Rachel). However, the Western audience has also been exposed to other portrayals of Asian women through another form of entertainment called anime. Anime, or Japanese animation, has many genres that are named according to the target audience it is made for. • 36. The Influence Of Nature And Nurture On An Individual s... INTRODUCTION The following research shows the influence of nature and nurture on an individual s intelligence. Intelligence can be defined as The aggregate or global capacity to act purposefully think rationally and deal effectively with the environment. Thus intelligence helps define ones action in a given situation. Intelligence can be influenced by many factors, mainly being the nature and environmental. The natural factor consists of the inborn tendencies and genetics that show that a part of intelligence is inherited. The nurture consists of environment and socio economic factors that contribute towards ones intelligence. The issue of nature versus nurture has been constantly debated over in terms of intelligence. Over the years, the pendulum of intelligence has been swinging from nature to nurture determining them to be an independent factor for one s intelligence. However this pendulum is seen to be coming to a standstill forming a theory which supports both the nature and nurture and their contributions towards one s cognitive abilities and intelligence. NATURE AND INTELLIGENCE Over years of study it is has been observed how a part of intelligence is heritable in nature. Heritability being an estimate of the size of the genetic effect (Dunn and Plomin, 1990; Collier, 2008) In the field of Behavioral genetics, Studies on monozygotic and dizogotic twins have shown that monozygotic twins have a variance of 0.64 to 0.74, assuming that there is no environmental

Based on your analysis, do you believe peak period pricing, by reducing arrival rates during period of heavy demand, might represent and effective means of reducing the costs of over scheduling? I believe that peak period pricing will be effective means of reducing the costs of over scheduling. Not the body, because it is decaying; not the mind, because the brain will decay with the body; not the personality, nor the emotions, for these also will vanish with death (Quotes). This is a similar question almost everyone at some point in their lives ask. Personally, my identity was a big issue during my teenage years and I had a lot questions such as Who am I? Who do I belong to? I did not have the answers at that time. Nevertheless, as life progressed, I was able to come across certain life events, experiences and people who helped me to discover who I truly am I am a conqueror and a legitimately strong woman. My parents, siblings and generally the people around me have continually played a key role in helping me to discover myself. I know who my parents are, my date of birth, I am an English speaker, I know most people around me, particularly my family, I know they love me and I love them too. I have known my names, my weaknesses and strengths, my emotions and learnt about myself majorly through my family. Everyone around me has had a huge impact on my life and through interaction with them, I have been able to know what works best for me and what does not. Through my family, I have been able to identify my origin, culture and identity by taking interest in their ways of life. For example, I am a Catholic and I know some of my weaknesses relate to my family members. Just like Amy Tan, who says, Lately,

Even though medically used amphetamines are used to calm children diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), they are still considered to be an addictive and a quite dangerous stimulant (Drug use and abuse, 2011, p. 120). According to Emrick, Lassen, and Edwards (1977), the treatment options that are available for individuals addicted to cocaine or amphetamines would consist of peer self help groups (Drug use and abuse, 2011, p. 372). It was stated by Regier et al., (1993) that a national survey showed over 1.5 million individuals in the United States using self help groups to overcome their drug abuse (Drug use and abuse, 2011, p. 373). In the self help group, the individual must first be ready or motivated to make the changes before attempting to join. There are also professional drug rehabilitation facilities, but not all individuals are able to afford to attend those costly facilities. In conclusion, the different forms of cocaine and different types of amphetamines are all considered addictive and dangerous to our society. • 40. The Impact Of Public Transport On Rural And Sustainable... 4. Financial Analysis 4.1 Introduction Today the role of public transport is perceived very seriously in terms of urban mobility and sustainable development, but even though the financial resources available are insufficient. Acquiring appropriate financing mechanisms is not only imperative for the development of transport system but also for the holistic growth of urban pockets. The local government all over the world face financial constraints due to disparity between costs and revenues. Many urban planners think that revenues cannot be covered from fare box alone. Indian cities are also facing the same challenges. But due to some funding through JnNURM the city officials find some relief in procuring buses of high standards like present in developed countries. There are two types of costs associated with transport system: one is capital cost and other is operating cost. Capital cost constitutes of infrastructural support, procurement of buses, and construction of bus stations. Whereas operating cost includes expenses incurred in fuel, technological services, salaries to operators of buses, and upgrading buses to better quality with time. Hence financial aspect takes a big role, because without investment of money, a huge infrastructural project is not possible. Other dilemma which urban planners face is setting correct fares in order to attract maximum users and save the system to run into losses. In this section of my case study, I focus upon the financial burden of

Resource flexibility is one of the most important issues in the coming generation of mobile communication. Radio frequency channels are a scarce resource and have to be reused as much as possible. Different techniques are required to increase the efficiency flexibility of the network to deal with new services and to adopt the new traffic profiles and characteristics Many channel assignment schemes such as fixed channel assignment (FCA), dynamic channel assignment (DCA) and hybrid channel assignment (HCA) have been proposed to assign frequencies to cells with a goal to maximize the frequency reuse. In this paper, we make a review of the characteristics of various channel assignment specially dynamic (LBSB )schemes.

Essay about Dances With Wolves Dances With Wolves In his movie Dances With Wolves actor Kevin Costner tries to do away with any preconceived notions that the viewer might have had about the Native American Indians being a savage and inhuman race. He does this by first unraveling the mysteriousness of the Indians then he brings the viewer to a point of connectedness with the Indians and their culture. We then come to a sincere appreciation for them as human beings and individuals and find ourselves siding with them in matters of allegiance. This movie accomplishes this goal with several tactics and strategies. We see them as being generous people when John is presented with a Buffalo skin from them as well as their kindness in accepting his gifts. We also see how in John s eyes the Indians are developing personalities of their own as individuals and not just a group of people. The second thing that must be done in order for the movie to completely change our opinion of these savages and bring our allegiances to them instead of the white settlers and army is that we must not only overcome our fears and prejudices we must also now connect with them in such a way that we feel bonded by friendship and love. The best way to accomplish this is through a feeling of belonging. Now John begins to form friendships with these Indians and therefore so do we. One example of this is John s friendship with Kicking Bird. John and
