On 10/25/2016, at 9:00am MT, the Genesys IVR team began the deployment of the
IVR Release for the month of October. At 10:00am MT, traffic was rerouted to the
Salt Lake City data center and changes were made to the Expressline Card Activation
application in Houston. At 2:00pm MT, issues were identified with the deployment in
Houston however, testing proved to be successful and there did not appear to be any
impact to the production environment. Therefore, at 5:30pm MT, the decision was
made to move forward with the deployment in Salt Lake City. At approximately
