are described as having fluttered pulses merely by being told good morning by
Cory. The visual image this gives could be compared to a flock of pre teenage girls
fainting at the mention of a teen idol s name. The eight line also says Cory glittered
when he walked. Glittered is an interesting word choice, as it seems like Cory is
made of diamonds that reflect in the sun as he strolls through the town.
The third stanza talks more of Cory being great, and actually compares him to a king.
In line 9 Robinson uses a hyperbole in saying that Cory was richer than a king. Lines
11 and 12 are the interesting lines in this stanza, as it tells how the townspeople
thought that he was everything and wished that we were in his place. It is the
townspeople thinking Cory was everything and wishing they were him without
actually knowing him that leads to the conclusion in stanza four.
The fourth stanza holds the shocking conclusion to this poem. It begins normal
enough, showing the townspeople once again being below Cory. Saying that they
went without meat and cursed the bread literally means they could only afford bread.
Line fifteen describes the night as one calm summer night. This sets a nice tone of
calmness and relaxing, which is offset by line seventeen where Richard

The Meiji Restoration provided a catapult of overhaul within Japan. During the
Tokugawa era, Japan was split amongst hundreds of feudal domains, and the emperor
was little more than a symbol compared to the rule of the bafuku government. The
advent of Western dominance in the late 19th century demonstrated the regime s
vulnerability to foreign pressure, and incapability to deal with it. The Meiji restoration
aimed to modernize, strengthen government control, and achieve unity of ideas
across the nation в”Ђ all factors of which the Tokugawa regime could not properly
demonstrate.
The 1858 US Japan Treaty of Amity and Commerce wasn t approved under imperial
sanction, leading to accusations of treachery, provoking a major military crisis. The
development of foreign contacts showed the bafuku to be militarily weak and
ineffective, forcing many to realize the need for nationalization and reform. By the
late 1850s, there was a growing call for sonnЕЌ (respect for the emperor). The
imperial court became a haven for bafuku opposers, particularly radical samurai from
Satsuma and ChЕЌshЕ«. An alliance between the two domains concerned the bafuku,
leading to an attempted military expedition to chastise the ChЕЌshЕ« in 1866 for its

candidate must meet the minimum following requirements: be a United States
citizen, start the FAA Academy in Oklahoma City, OK for training no later than
their 31st birthday, hold a class II FAA medical and, pass a background check,

degree, or a combination of post secondary education and work experience that

Each day clients engage in meaningful and purposive occupations that can be affected
by a multitude of incidents that may either support or hinder a client s ability to
function. Traumatic injuries are just one example of incidents that may hinder a
client s occupational performance. Injury can often times lead clients to experience
disruptions in their capacities to achieve full occupational performance. Clients who
do experience diminished occupational performance can find support through an
Occupational Therapist (OT). The OT will utilize a therapeutic decision making
process to determine the most appropriate theory along with the client s knowledge
of his or her own needs and wishes to guide therapy. Employing and supporting the
client as an advocate for their own needs can allow an OT to determine theories of
practice that are best suited for the client s return to wellbeing. An OT should first
attempt to realize the needs and wishes of a client and once an understanding has
evolved of what is meaningful to the client the therapist can assess performance
skills and patterns that can be addressed by theories developed specifically for OT.
Determining the needs and wishes of the client is paramount to a successful OT
process. As pointed out in the Occupational TherapyPractice Framework (2014)

Even though William the Conqueror descended from a line of Vikings who had
lived in France for over 200 years, William had more of an impact on the English
language than the majority of influential English born people of the time. The
French speaking Normans brought a whole new vocabulary to England, whose

In this experiment it was found that the higher the salt concentration in a solution, the
lower the mass of the Beetroot. As water travels out of the extracellular environment
by Osmosis, the Cell began to dehydrate and signs of cell Lysis occurred. Though
Colorimeter reading results were recorded, they did not align with the mass of the
Beetroot data and were classified inaccurate. Reviewing the results there was no
consistent trend in the data (eg. as the salt content increased by 1% the mass loss
decreased by 0.5g). It could only be stated that as the salt concentration was increased
the mass of the Beetroot decreased. This experiment is related to the Salinity issues
