Gustave Eiffel was one of the most renowned architects and engineers of his time. He is mostly
known for his contribution to the French railway network and the famous Eiffel Tower. Eiffel
was born on December 15 in the year of 1832 in Dijon, France. Eiffel s career began to take off
when he graduated from the College of Arts and Manufacturing in Paris, Francein 1855. Upon
graduating at the top of his class, Eiffel began to show interest in metal construction. He ended up

There are regulations for a reason, which can be understood. But the way the world is becoming
tattoo s, are being acceptable for almost any job. According to the regulations the placement of

Colleges are infamous for pouring millions upon millions of dollars into their sports programs,
except of course, when it comes to paying athletes. Because college athletes are not allowed to be
paid in accordance to federal law while they simultaneously create large sums of revenue, there
has been a heated debate that Kristi Dosh and Mark Cassell readily provide contrasting evidence
for. In Dosh s article, The Problems with Paying CollegePlayers, she argues that it would not be
fair to pay college players because many college sports programs are already indebted to their
school, and if some schools couldn t afford to pay their players, the well funded schools would be at
an unprecedented advantage. To contrast, Cassell s College Athletes Should be Able to Negotiate
Compensation, takes the viewpoint defending college athletes pay because the athletes that bring in

Loss of valuable resources in terms of energy and materials are known as waste. Industrial wastes
are generally materialistic, including waste water and different chemicals.
Among all the industries, chemical industry is known as most polluted sector. The main problem
lays in the fact that the cost of raw materials and disposal of wastes are underestimated. In
consequence, there are usually no economic incentives to develop waste free processes.

Thesis: The role of private military contractors (PMCs) has expanded tremendously since the end of
the Cold War when western governments began the process of trimming their bloated military
forces. As privatization commenced, governments began to rely upon a new kind of contractor that
sold not only hardware but also manpower and expertise. Even as conventional militaryforces
declined, the need for highly capable, professional soldiers remained pressing, especially in
conflict prone areas around the world. PMCs filled these gaps, providing military assistance,
advice, and security services to governments, companies, and NGOs. However, the role of these
companies, and the legal framework surrounding them remains up for debate, and recent cases
of misconduct with deadly consequences only muddy the waters further. The question remains:
do PMCs serve to help or hurt human rights in areas where they are deployed? In this paper, I
will argue that PMCs do have a critical role in the modern battlefield as providers of logistical,
training, and security services, but their use in offensive actions or assistance with so called black
operations should be circumscribed to the point of nonexistence. I will analyze two cases studies
where PMCSs were deployed: Iraq and Sierra Leone to determine the positive and negative

Pay will be assigned in this method by comparing the weights of the factors required for each job,
i.e., the present wages paid for key jobs may be divided among the factors weighed by importance
(the most important factor, for instance, mental effort, receives the highest weight). In other words,
wages are assigned to the job in comparison to its ranking on each job factor.
The steps involved in factor comparison method may be briefly stated thus:
Select key jobs (say 15 to 20), representing wage/salary levels across the organization. The selected
jobs must represent as many departments as possible.
Find the factors in terms of which the jobs are evaluated (such as skill, mental effort, responsibility,
physical effort, working conditions, etc.).
Rank the selected jobs under each factor (by each and every member of the job evaluation
committee) independently.
Assign money value to each factor and determine the wage rates for each key job.
The wage rate for a job is apportioned along the identified factors.
All other jobs are compared with the list of key jobs and wage rates are determined.
