The Cause Of Violence And Crime In America
Violence has a deep history since the creation of human civilizations on earth. There is no definite
factor that decides the cause of violence. Per the psychologists, it is in the childhood of a person that
dictates his interest in violence. This causes the debate of nature vs. nurture. Violence can be caused
by influence of both. Violence is also caused by societal conflicts especially in the area of government.
Citizens of a nation often do not have say in the policies of their government and may return to
violence to show their anger. Violence is a powerful way to show strength and intimidate others. Most
people commit violence because of their inability to understand why life isn t fair at all times. For
them committing a violent crime proves to be their own sense of satisfaction that they have done
something to change what bothers them. Other times, it is the helpless victim of cultural stereotypes
and societal dispositions that commits violence merely by being manipulated. Big organizations such
as mafia gangs commit violence for money and security. Thus, there isn t just one simple
cause/reasons individuals or organizations commit violence. It is often a combination of multiple
factors.
2. How can we reduce violent crime in America?
In recent years, America has become prone to violence. Although, overall crime rate has declined,
violent crime such as mass shootings and drug offences have increased. The first way we can reduce
crime in America is to start with the

Canadian Tire Auto Services Main Supply Chain Strategies...
Introduction
In this project, we will be studying Canadian Tire Auto Services main supply chain strategies.
Canadian Tire provides many automotive services for their clients with many locations across the
countries. Our goal for this project will also be to look into Canadian Tire s logistics operations, their
process of supplier selection, and evaluation. We will also look to study their use of the latest IS/IT
innovations. We will then conclude our project by realizing the importance of supply chain
management integration, as well as, the challenges and practices within a global supply chain.
Canadian Tire s Main Supply Chain Strategies
Canadian Tire in the past couple of years had been marked by the increase of economic volatility. But
it was impacted with economic recession and fluctuations of clients demand and supply delay in raw
commodity, material, fuel prices. Hence, Supply Chain Executives were facing pressure to
develop/Execute strategies more efficient, customer centric on SC (Supply Chain) and look for
innovative path to minimize costs. In the mean time, they were asked to grape of business
opportunities that will make come to pass from the current economic conditions. So they come up
with the following supply chain Strategies and it had been used by Canadian Tier since 2008 onward.

My Desire to Work in Game Development
As a child all I wanted to do was rule the world, I noticed early on in my childhood that all aspects of
computer games development especially programming and games design could help me accomplish
this. I have been playing computer games since before even the PlayStation 2 was released when my
brother got a PlayStation from a another family member. For as much as I have enjoyed, experienced a
wide range of platforms, games and retain my love for this form of entertainment. One of my favourite
games of all time is Kingdom Hearts, on the PlayStation 2 and developed by Square (later Square
Enix); it played brilliantly, was graphically superb and had a perfect soundtrack.
My resolve of wanting to develop games in the future using the variety of platforms that would be
available, in empowering new technology, I can see that computer games programme gives solid
groundwork within computer science to determine ideal. It would give the necessary skills, knowledge
to learn and evolve with and within growing industry.
Most of time spent reading books similarly comic books/manga etc. such as e.g. Charlie Higson s The
Fear, Darren Shan s The Saga of Darren Shan, Online game magazines, such as PCGamer, Gamasutra,
where I keep up to date with the latest news in the games industry, reading game reviews, learn about
different aspects of a career in game development and much more. During June 2013, I attended The
Rezzed Expo, a fair for current Game Developers and prospective students who

George Randolph Hearst And Joseph Pulitzer
In the 1890s, capitalism controlled much of the industry in New York City. William Randolph Hearst
and Joseph Pulitzer were two executives that in their pursuit to gain money oppress the child work
force, the Newsies who are runaways or orphan boys selling newspapers for an income. When the
newspaper executives raise the price of papers they are testing the strength of capitalism in America to
see if even the weakest will adhere to this environment. The economic decision to raise the price of
papers fails when the Newsies strike with the support of the masses of New York until there is no way
to for the paper to thrive unless it drops back to price. The 1992 movie Newsies critiques the laissez
faire capitalism that demanding executives tried to use, but it endorses a populist ideology that
glorifies organization, self defense, and noncompliance with powerful executives.
The character arc of the main character Jack Kelly shows how populist leadership can arise even
under Pulitzers firm oppression. Jack Kelly in the beginning of the story is proud and arrogant about
his ability to lead the Newsies. He is showing his power in the beginning by fighting two of the boys
working for Pulitzer. When the Newsies decide to strike, he is chosen as the leader and is forced by
the masses to bring their demands before Pulitzer. Jack know the social structure of the world that he
lives in and is fearful to confront such a powerful man. This hinders the pride of Jack and shows
weakness in

Who Is Martin Luther King A Good Leader
Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial
justice , said Martin Luther King Jr. on August 28, 1963. The civil rights conflict had been raging for
years. Violence from both sides, primarily the brutal force from the segregationists, had lead to a
massive conflict that broke the country. But, the man, Martin Luther King Jr. had inspired a movement
of nonviolent resistance to stand up to the oppression with peace. He was a very inspiring and good
leader. Despite the difficult circumstances, like the conditions in Birmingham and Selma only
furthered his influences as a good leader. Therefore, King was a solid, moral leader, in the face of
hatred. Martin Luther King Jr s policies, rhetoric,

4.2 Sample size
Size of the sample group is needed to be specified properly due to the goal is to make inferences about
the population from the sample. The appropriate sample size can be resulted in terms of the reliability
of the study, especially empirical study. Therefore, how many samples can satisfy the target? In
addition, a smaller sample size leads to a higher error of the sampling when compared with a bigger
size. Even if an increasing of sample size can diminish the error, after it goes beyond some point, an
error cannot be decreased significantly (see figure 4.1). Furthermore, an optimal sample size can also
save time and cost of study. Figure 4.1: Rough relationship between sample size and error, where error
is considered to be the deviation of sample values from population values [9]

Trichomonas Sexually Transmitted Disease
Trichomonas also known as Trich is a sexually transmitted infection caused by a parasite. It was first
discovered by Donné in 1836 and today, it is responsible for 25 % of all cases of clinically diagnosed
vaginitis. More than half of infected women and nearly 90% of infected men are asymptomatic which
means producing or showing no symptoms and that increases the chances of people spreading the
infection. Trichomoniasis is a very common sexually transmitted disease that is caused by infection
with a protozoan parasite called Trichomonas vaginalis. Although symptoms of the disease vary, most
women and men who have the parasite cannot tell they are infected. Trichomonas is a sexual

Bioinformatics, Identifying an unknown strand of DNA....
Question One:
Which type of BLAST search did you choose, and why?
The BLAST search that was chosen for this particular sequence was the nucleotide blast, as DNA and
RNA are chains of nucleotides. A, C, G and T are the nucleotides that are found in DNA. A, C, G and
U are nucleotides that are found in RNA. Nucleotides are the building blocks of proteins. Proteins are
chains of amino acids of which there are 20 or so, which are made up of nucleotides. This particular
sequence was made up of the nucleotides; Thymine, Adenine, Guanine and Cytosine, therefore, it is a
nucleotide sequence, rather than a protein sequence.
Question Two:
What is the name of the gene?
The particular gene is called AF120116.
Question Three:

Question Nine:
How many amino acids are there in the entire protein that the unknown sequence codes part of?
401
Question Ten:
State why the number of nucleotides that encode the protein is not exactly 3 times the number of
amino acids that are translated.
The number of nucleotides that encode the protein is not exactly 3 times the number of amino acids
that are translated because the numbers in the groups of amino acids is uneven to the amount of
nucleotides, meaning that the STOP codon, is translated before the end of the nucleotide sequence.
Question Eleven:
The protein in which the gene AF120116 encodes is named FtsZ, and is found in prokaryotes. It is
structurally related to tubulin, and accumulates at the furrow between dividing cells, playing a crucial
role in cell division [1]. The cellular concentration of FtsZ regulates the frequency of division and
genetic studies have indicated that it is the target of several endogenous division inhibitors [2]. Only
certain protists appear to have retained FtsZ, and the protein is absent from the mitochondria of fungi,
animals, and higher plants. [3] Without Ftsz, it appears as though Cytokinesis wouldn t be possible
within most bacteria.

Analysis Of The Book Fences
Fences: Troy Maxson An apocalypse is defined as a deeper understanding of the world that results in a
type of closure. Furthermore, a personal apocalypse would be described as an understanding of an
event or situation that results in a closure, such as the end of a struggle or situation, or even death
within time. Time is defined as the indefinite, uncontrolled, continued progress of existence and events
over time past, present, and future. Throughout Fences, Troy Maxson endures many trials and
tribulations, but the closure that comes from these events within his life results in his own personal
apocalypse over time. In Act I, Scene I of Fences, the audience is introduced to Troy Maxson as he
sitting on his raggedy porch talking to a friend. One can see that Troy has a control problem through
some of the statements he makes and the actions that follow them. At one moment, his friend accuses
him of eyeing another lady, and Troy reacts by saying, Hell, yeah, I bought her a drink! What that
mean? I bought you one, too. What that mean cause I buy her a drink? I m just being polite (Wilson
966). I have always been told that the convicted are the ones that get mad. Here, Troy gets aggravated
because he is being said to have something for another woman when he is married. To further this, his
friend then states that he has seen Troy walking around the woman s house several times. Troy then
goes berserk, saying, What you watching me for? I ain t watching after you (Wilson

Augustine s Confessions Paper
When one reads the word confessions, one would not necessarily associate it with the word narrative.
Confessions seem to be more of something stated directly without any story like element. They are
also a more personal thing one does not simply put them in a story form unless purposely intending to
do so, because usually it is something that expresses guilt for something personal or is between the
author and their conscience (or perhaps to themselves). However, there can always be an exception,
like Augustine s Confessions. It is written as a form of a narrative, even though the original the main
audience for whom it was written is God, yet it is also intended to be read by anyone, almost as a
didactic piece that sets an example ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
So one intention is that the narrative be for anyone to read and go off of as an example or guide to
their own morality. This is also logical because if he were writing his confessions solely for God, he
would have no need to publish it or share it with anyone else, and saying that it is not for God only
further supports this intention.
However, Augustine has another agenda his confessions are also meant to show his praise and love for
God. He says this in the fifth book with: Accept the sacrifice of my confessions by the agency of my
tongue, which Thou has formed and quickened, that it may confess to Thy name... But let my soul
praise Thee, that it may love Thee; and let it confess Thine own mercies to Thee, that it may praise
Thee. This is a clear declaration of his praise to God, and almost another underlying message of the
text to the audience. So as he is writing about his life, he is trying also to set an example to the
audience about how his choices were not always the best and use this as a guide to their own lives.
And finally through his story, use his conversion and change as a way to praise God to show that even
someone who strayed off the path was able to redeem themselves and how merciful and good God is
to accept someone even as sinful as he was.
To bring this all together, Augustine uses details and parallels between some biblical references to

Milleneration And Generation Z And The Post-Millennial...
Millennials are defined to have been born somewhere between the mid to late 80s till the early to mid
90s, whereas Generation Z is characterized to have been born between 1995 till about now. Therein
lies a large area for differences between the two generations. I was born on the tail end of 1999
meaning I was technically born in the Gen Z era, but I sometimes see myself relating to Millennials I
see online or in mainstream media. I will discuss both generations and then decide where I most see
myself.
Generation Z, the Post Millennial generation take up a decent sized chunk of the US population. They
are also referred to as the iGeneration or Gen Tech. You rarely hear of this generation as they are
usually overshadowed by the previous gen (Millennials). But Gen Z ers are a group all their own.
George Beall of the Huffington Post states that Gen Z processes information faster... Thus their
attention spans might be significantly lower than Millennials but that despite being less focused as
compared to Millennials Gen Z can quickly and efficiently shift between work and play, with multiple
distractions going on in the background . I can personally see myself a little in this, I have a terribly
short attention span but I can t really multitask. Beall also states that Generation Z desires more
independent work environments , implying that they lean more towards entrepreneurial work. I can t
relate to this, I thrive off of at least a little structure, I m not good in the

Feminist Reading of Thomas Gray s Elegy (Eulogy) Written...
Feminist Reading of Thomas Gray s Elegy Written in a Country Churchyard
While Thomas Gray s Elegy Written in a Country Churchyard overtly deals with the distinction
between social class and the opportunity for greatness, the poem also contains a subtle yet strong
message against the dominant role of men over women in society. Gray s tone throughout the poem is
permeated with regret and a sense of something lost, voicing his opinions clearly against social class
prejudice. This emotional tone, when applied to the stereotypical roles of differing sexes discussed
throughout the poem, portrays the injustice of inequality between males and females.
Gray begins with his argument by explaining the roles of women and men, both in ... Show more

Gray describes the upper class male as having the opportunity for greatness. Without the limitations of
lower class men, these nobles can become another Hampden, Milton or Cromwell. In contrast, Gray
briefly describes upper class women as only being able to use their beauty or wealth to advantage,
perhaps in order to attract a good husband (line 34).
A further distinction is drawn between men and women when Gray speaks about positions of authority
and leadership. He expressed the the idea of men s superiority in line 47, (...that the rod of empire
might have swayed) using the phallic symbol of the rod to associate leadership and dominance with
men. Also, as Gray describes the positions of greatness denied to those of lower class, the examples he
uses (Hampden, Milton, and Cromwell) are all male. In fact, all aesthetic relations of power and
leadership in the poem are ascribed to men, further emulating their dominance in society.
Gray refutes this social depiction of sexual inequality by attributing femininity to superior beings or
qualities through the use of symbolism. In line 49, knowledge is symbolized as a woman, unwilling to
impart herself to a man, insinuating that women are the embodiment of knowledge, a far cry from the
situation he depicts of life. Gray also describes men as being controlled by the Muse, one of the nine
Goddesses who presided over song and the different kinds of

The Hypocrisy of Religion in Moby Dick Essay
The Hypocrisy of Religion in Moby Dick
Stubb decides to give Old Fleece a lecture on religion after waking him to complain about his
overcooked whale steak. Not only does Stubb ask Fleece to preach to the sharks who are making a
considerable din eating the dead whale chained to the ship, but he compares Fleece s inability to
correctly cook a whale steak to Fleece s un Christian ways. This passage is an excellent example of
the theme of the hypocrisy of religion in Moby Dick.
Before Stubb calls on Fleece, Ishmael compares the actions of the shark to the actions of man. He first
compares Stubb to the sharks: Nor was Stubb the only banqueter on whale s flesh that night. Mingling
their mumblings with his own mastications, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
In this context, humans are no more civilized or refined than sharks.
However, Stubb s lines tell us that he believes otherwise. After he complains to Fleece about the
overdone steak, he orders Fleece to deliver his message to enjoy the whale but keep quiet while
indulging: now then, go and preach to them! (___). Fleece sullenly obeys, and tells the sharks to stop
dad dam noise dare (___). The irony begins here when Stubb steps and tells Fleece that he s doing it
all wrong, that you don t convert sinners by swearing. Stubb s classification of the sharks as sinners
becomes hypocritical, for as Ishmael and Fleece remark, Stubb himself is a sinner.
Fleece begins his sermon again, this time without the profanity.
Your woraciousness, fellow critters. I don t blame ye so much for; dat is natur, and can t be helped; but
to gobern dat wicked natur, dat is de pint. You is sharks, sartin; but if you gobern de shark in you, why
den you be angel; for all angel is not ing more dan de shark well goberned (___).
Fleece is saying that everyone has a wicked nature, but if one can control that nature, they can be
angels. Stubb completely misses this point of this warm moment; his comment that s Christianity,
seems more like a praise of Fleece s ability to refrain from swearing instead of a realization that
Fleece is saying there is good in everyone, regardless of the religious affiliation one is labeled.

Essay about The Chinese Cultural Revolution
The Chinese Cultural Revolution The Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution, beginning as a campaign
targeted at removing Chairman Mao Zedong s political opponents, was a time when practically every
aspect of Chinese society was in pandemonium. From 1966 through 1969, Mao encouraged
revolutionary committees, including the red guards, to take power from the Chinese Communist party
authorities of the state. The Red Guards, the majority being young adults, rose up against their
teachers, parents, and neighbors. Following Mao and his ideas, The Red Guard s main goal was to

The role of Red Guard was mainly to attack the ?four olds? of society, as well as purging all bourgeois

things: 1 ~ anything of the old feudal culture (relics, statues, monuments); 2 ~ anything connected to
capitalism; 3 ~ anything related to the development of the mind (libraries, old university buildings, art,
classical musical instruments); 4 ~ traditional Confucian customs, symbols, philosophy and

to attack and not to attack. Another standard, which all revolutionary efforts were to be judged by, was
from Mao?s ideas found in his little red book of quotations. The little red book was a collection of
quotations taken from Mao?s past speeches and publications. The Red Guards? actions were a

and works of art. Many famous buildings like temples and shrines and heritages were destroyed. 4,922

Essay about The Constitutionality of Prayer
The question of the constitutionality of prayer in our public schools and public school system has been
an ongoing controversy for the past three decades. There is only one way to end the controversy, and it
is pertinent to the well being of our youth and our nation. We must keep church and state forever
separate. Any form of prayer in the public school system is an explicit violation of the first
amendment, is coercive, and harmful to not only our nations children, but to the nation itself. The
question of prayer in school should never have even been a question, and the fact that it remains three

Or, take it from Thomas Jefferson. As he put it, the First Amendment serves in part to build a wall of
separation between church and state (Gaylor). Any way you put it it is clear to see that the First
Amendment was created to keep church and state separate, and allowing prayer in our public schools
is an obvious violation to the intentions of the creators of the Constitution. There is no possible way
one could misinterpret the intentions of our forefathers when they wrote the Bill of Rights. The First
Amendment forbids government funded religious activity. Public Schools are government funded, and
prayer is a religious activity. Therefore, according to our constitution, prayer has no place in our
public schools. This is not to say that a Christian child cannot pray to God, or a Muslim child cannot
pray to Allah, they just cannot do so during the time spent at school or during school functions. This

worshiping, and this does not even include weekends (Education). If the amendment itself is not clear
enough, maybe a little history is. No one can argue that our founders made America home in pursuit of
religious freedom. This is fact. America was created when our founding fathers fled religious
persecution from their own government. Since the beginning America has been a religious mosaic,

1, 4-Dichlorimene Lab Report
Benzoic acid and 1,4 dichlorobenzene are extracted from an unknown sample of powder. Both
components are identified by comparing their experimental melting points to known literature values.
Discussion. Extraction is the transfer of a solute from one phase to another. Solubility depends on
polarity, and goes by the rule like dissolves like. Most organic molecules are more soluble in organic
solvents than in water. If the organic solvent is immiscible with water, then when the organic solvent
dissolves organic molecules this solution forms a layer separate from the water layer forming two
layers: an organic layer, and an aqueous layer. When the two layers are mixed together, small amounts
of components from each layer will dissolve in the other layer, establishing an equilibrium between
the two layers. In order to extract solute from solvent A to solvent B, several extractions with small
portions of the solvent B are more efficient than a single extraction with the total ... Show more

Since the unknown powder was known to contain both an organic compound and an acid, we had to
add aqueous sodium hydroxide in order to draw out the acid and its conjugate base into the aqueous
layer. When the base was added to the separatory funnel, it attracted the acid and formed an
immiscible aqueous layer under the liquid layer containing the organic compound. The funnel was
shaken to draw out as much acid as possible, and the aqueous layer was withdrawn from the funnel.
Aqueous sodium hydroxide was added a second time to pull out even more acid that may have
remained in the organic layer, and was withdrawn as well. In hopes of drawing out any remaining acid
from the organic layer, water, a polar substance, was added to the separatory funnel to form a final
aqueous layer that was withdrawn and added to the previous

The Benefits Of Foreign Language
Verbal language is how the human race communicates. Without it, nations would be severed from the
worldly ties it needs to survive. A hundred years ago language loss wasn t a concern, but now, it
threatens the world. There is a great urgency for plurilingual people amongst the military, political,
business, and international world, particularly in the U.S. If efforts are not taken to increase foreign
language capabilities amongst the people of America, the future of cross cultural communication will
be grim. Foreign language understanding is crucial in society, and so a greater effort should be taken
to educate the students of America for the benefit of globalization.
In the United States, foreign language study is in huge decline. In the past, the U.S. has attempted
foreign language study. In fact, 100 years ago the United States foreign language study was roughly
similar to Europe s foreign language study (King). But, after the United States entered World War I...
almost half the U.S. states criminalized the teaching of German or other foreign languages in schools
(King). This was because the United States was nervous that German speakers could transmit secret
war information. Now, over the decades, foreign language study has plateaued, especially in the U.S.
In fact, in some states, fewer than 10 percent of students are learning languages other than English,
painting a grim picture of foreign language education in U.S. public schools (Mitchell). The young
students of

Judaism Compare And Contrast
The topic I choose to write about is Judaism. Like other religions, there are differences in the religion.
I decided to compare and contrast the different types of Judaism. Writers compare and contract in
order to understand their similarities and differences ( Vandermey 2012 pg. 182 ). Judaism is a
monotheistic religion. Judaism is 3,500 years old, is the oldest of the monotheistic religions. The first
attestation of the word Judaism occurs in 2 Maccabees, a Greek abridgment of a history of the
Maccabean revolt that was written ca. 124 BCE References Satlow, M. L. (2006). Monotheism is the
worship of a single powerful God. The prefix of mono means one. Monotheism usually tends to affirm
the expressions such as absolutism which is the acceptance of or belief in absolute principles of the ...

If you really dissect each religion you will find that they have more in common than differences. They
all promote love for God and mankind. The Jewish tradition stems from Abraham s covenant with
God. Jews believe that God made a covenant with Abraham that he would be the father of a great
people if he followed God s instructions. The covenant was the promise God made with Abraham that
his people would be sacred and give them a holy land. Judaism is a tradition grounded in the religious,
ethical, and social laws as they are articulated in the Torah which is the Jewish holy book. There are
several different sects in the Jewish religion such as Reformed, Conservative, and Orthodox Jews. The
main difference between the belief systems is the approach to Torah and the implications of that
approach. It is how a Jewish community interact with Torah that defines them as Conservative Jews (

The Economic and Social committee from the view of the Republic of Turkey. This committee has
been given two topics to discuss in this session. These would be Recovering from the World Financial
and Economic Crisis: a Global Jobs Pact as well as Mainstreaming a Gender Perspective into all
Policies and Programmes in the United Nations System. With the issues we are faced with in this
committee session, we feel that the topic on the Global Jobs Pact should take precedence over
mainstreaming gender perspectives. After the worldwide recession that started in 2007, there were
many impacts that hit us more so than gender perspectives. For this reason, we feel that the issue of

Unemployment is a major part of that. The Global Jobs Pact would help to solve this issue. We would
like to be back to ranking higher in the GDP.
Topic 2: Mainstreaming a Gender Perspective into all Policies and Programmes in the United Nations
System In 1997, the United Nations Economic and Social council brought to light the issue of gender
perspectives in policies and programmes. The idea behind this would be to take into account how
legislation and programmes will impact women in the states mentioned. Member states unanimously
agreed in Beijing 1995 Fourth World Conference on Women that, It was essential to design,
implement and monitor, with the full participation of women, effective, efficient and mutually
reinforcing gender sensitive policies and programmes, including development policies and
programmes at all levels. This does not, however, mean that all member states agreed that the
advancement and empowerment of women is an issue of importance.
For us, the Republic of Turkey, we have a view of women that does not necessarily share the
increasingly popular idea of women s rights. Because we are a Muslim country, women s rights are
not of the utmost importance to us. When comparing us to many of the other United Nations member
states, it may seem as if we have no women s rights to really speak of. This is not exactly correct.

Early Childhood Education Policy Analysis
Based on this policy analysis, the recommended alternative is for the federal government to educate
states on recognizing the importance of and participating in the quality early education programs.
Some states have already started making progress in modeling and developing early learning systems
for children zero to age five. According to the Whitehouse (2011), The President s 2012 budget calls
upon Congress to establish a new, competitive Early Learning Challenge Fund, administered by the
Departments of Education (ED) and Health and Human Services (HHS), for states that are ready to
take dramatic steps to improve the quality of their early childhood programs. The Early Learning
Challenge Fund will be complemented by investments in Head Start ... Show more content on

This is to ensure that capable providers who are able to assist them are serving children and families.
The administration supports a newly designed technical assistance program that brings both current
and best practice evidence informed practices for local programs. They also support the local
programs working with their local school systems to be educated on the skills that children will need
and the gains they will need to achieve by kindergarten in order to achieve a smooth transition into
formal schooling. According to the Whitehouse, We must support families, communities, and schools
working in partnership to deliver services and supports that address the full range of needs of Hispanic
students (2011). Through early childhood education programs such as Head Starts, services are not
just offered at the school programs but in the home as well. The administration believes that some of
the funding that is allocated to these programs should be used in recruiting and retaining high quality
teachers this includes Latino teachers who can overcome the language barrier and help achieve the
language gap. To continue these ongoing resolutions, congress recently enacted programs that support
various neighborhoods. The implementation of Promise Neighborhoods projects is in the testing stage

D Day During The World War II
There are a lot of days throughout the landing on Normandy on June 6th, 1944, to get the Germans out
of Paris, which then lead to pushing them out of France in late August 1944. D day was a significant
day because it helped end World War Two . It was the day that had started the chain effect to ending
World war Two, an example of this is on December 16, 1945, the Battle of the Bulge. This was when
the last of Germany s troops went 50 mile across the Allies defences creating what is known as a
bulge. There are some main targets and effects of d day and some of those are, it helped the soviets not
fight alone against Nazi Germany. It spread the Germans army thin because they had to face fronts on
the East and West side of them, just like in ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
But now that Adolf Hitler Germany s chancellor has Poland, Hitler will break that pact in 1941. This
was when Hitler had organized a blitzkrieg on the Soviet Union . That Blitzkrieg was codenamed
Operation Barbarossa. On the day June 22, 1941 Adolf Hitler organized and launched operation
barbarossa, he had set the soldiers to the Eastern side of Russia. This was one of the largest military
operation in history. It concluded more than three million Axis troops, and around three thousand and
five hundred tanks. On the first day the Germans had gone nearly fifty miles into Russia. The Soviets
weren t looking so good they had two hundred fifty thousand men that were lost when the Germans
encircled and either killed or enslaved the Soviet soldiers near the end of June in Minskin Belarus near
Poland. Also around september one hundred eighty thousand were captured at Smolensk and
meanwhile five hundred thousand casualties in the Battle of Kiev. The Soviets with the non aggression
pact broken they looked for the help of the Allies.
Now organizing the Western front was hard that it looked. There was verise obstacles and worries to
overcome. Some of obstacles and struggles are that when President Roosevelt, Winston Churchill the
leader of England at the time had to plan and think about even little things like the moon. The moon
played in this because of the tides. If the tide was to high many of the landing ships would hit land

Catcher in the Rye Song Project
Under the Bridge Red Hot Chili Peppers Analysis In this song, the lead singer, Anthony Kiedis, is
describing how after a drug addiction he moved to a different city to start a new life. This relates to
Holden in Catcher in the Rye because after he was kicked out of school he had a hard decision to
make. He either could go to his home before his parents knew about the expulsion, or he could run
away to New York. Anthony and Holden both choose to go to the city. Also in the song and the book,
the singer and Holden turn to drugs as a way to help their lives. Obviously that is the wrong choice,
but anyways Holden, although underage, drinks as a means of an anti depressant. ...The more

This song fits in perfectly with how Holden is handling his problems. After being kicked out of a
private school in which his mother paid for, he delays telling her until he can get his emotions under
control. He goes to New York City and tries to get drunk to relieve his stress, as Billie Joe Armstrong
did with drugs. Am I just paranoid? Or I m just stoned. This song also talks about the constant
paranoia he faces. Holden also has to deal with being paranoid as he is clearly insecure. It is rare that
the reader will find Holden describing somebody positively. He is constantly making shallow
judgments about the people he encounters. He says, I m not kidding, some of these very stupid girls
can really knock you out on the dance floor. Before even having a conversation with her, he already
comes to the conclusion that she is a stupid girl. This proves his insecurity because he is seeing his
imperfections through others and criticizing them for it. Unwell Matchbox Twenty Analysis This song
was written from the point of view of a depressed person, rather than a crazy person. I feel that Holden
would fall into the category of a depressed person rather than a crazy person. He states several times
that he really is just lonely. He says, What I really feel like, though, was committing suicide. I felt like
jumping out the window. This may contribute to his depression. This type of depression that he has

The Secrets Of Toxic Secrets
While essential secrets focus on creating boundaries and protecting others, toxic secrets tend to do
almost the complete opposite. Toxic secrets are usually kept from those that have a right to know or
should be informed of the secret. This, in turn, causes a lot of disruption and tension in certain
relationships. There are several different reasons why people choose to keep toxic secrets from their
family members, friends, coworkers, and others in the outside world. Most of the time people feel as
though the benefits of keeping their toxic secret hidden from another will outweigh the costs of not
doing so. The reason for this is that most toxic secrets include sensitive topics ranging from donor
assistance and adoption to homosexuality.
Before delving into the different topics that exist in the world of toxic secrets, it is important to
understand the process that others go through when keeping a toxic secret and deciding whether or not
they should share that secret. Imber Black (2009) explains that there are two types of people who keep
toxic secrets. The first type includes those who are powerless and keep secrets from those that are in
power. They do so in order to gain safety and power against those who already possess the power. The
second type includes those that are in power and may use toxic secrets against those who are less
fortunate or less powerful. They keep secrets in order to coerce or continue to keep the power they
possess.

2. In 2006, 60 percent of the population had health services provided by the Secretary of Health, 10
percent by Social Security Institute (IHSS), 10 percent by a private sector and 15 percent did not have
any health services.1 The World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Global Health and
Prevention (part of the CDC) have been working with public health institutes around Honduras. The
CDC has been training more individuals to strengthen the health services. The training focuses on
HIV/ AIDS, tuberculosis, infectious diseases, influenza and field epidemiology.2 Only 78.2 percent of
the total population has access to basic sanitation.3 This makes it difficult for Hondurans to take care
of their health. Hondurans do not have the resources to take care of their hygiene and nutrition. Most

Brief Summary Of A Separate Peace
In the 1950s, 15 years after his graduation from Devon, an all boys school in New Hampshire, Gene
Forrester returns. While walking through the campus, Gene thinks of his experiences at Devon during
World War II, especially during the summer of 1942, when he was a 16 year old boy. While passing by
a tree at the river, Gene thinks of his best friend and roommate, Phineas, who was nicknamed Finny,
the best athlete in the school. Gene flashes back to when Finny jumps from a high limb of the tree into
the river which was forbidden to everyone but the oldest Devon boys and dares Gene to jump as well.
Gene jumps, but is secretly afraid to. Finny loves the jump so he forms the Super Suicide Society of
the summer session and invites all the Devon boys to test their bravery by jumping from the tree to the
river. At each meeting, Gene and Finny make the first jump, but Gene is still afraid. Over time Gene
begins to envy Finny s athletic abilities, which grew when Finny broke a school swimming record on
his first try. He thinks that Finny, is also envious of his academic achievements, and he suspects that
Finny has been trying to distract him from his studies. Gene s suspicions grow into hatred, but he tries

A Simulation Based On A Health Care Organization
This paper focuses on a simulation based on a health care organization that is having financial
problems. The simulation is based on a cardiac care hospital called Elijah Heart Center. The paper
discusses decisions that had to be made based on financial dilemmas Elijah Heart Center is facing and
how these dilemmas can be solved based on the decisions made in the simulation. Phase I: Bridge a
Working Capital Shortage The first option, I chose was to reduce agency staff. These types of
employees actually cost more money to employ because they are contracted with a different company,
so it costs more money to have them work for the company than regular company employees. The
Elijah Heart Center will find that not only will the organization save money by not hiring contract
employees but they do not have the expertise, training and knowledge of company policies and
procedures that regular employees have. The second option that I chose was to change the skill mix.
Employees who are untrained, unlicensed or have limited expertise have to have duties that do not
require special training or degrees. These employees can concentrate of tasks that do not require much
skill or training such as, feeding, bathing or comforting the patient. This provides assistance to the
licensed employees so they can better concentrate on patient care without worrying about smaller
tasks. This also benefits the heart center by reducing the expenditure on employee salaries. This way
they will

  • 2. The Cause Of Violence And Crime In America Violence has a deep history since the creation of human civilizations on earth. There is no definite factor that decides the cause of violence. Per the psychologists, it is in the childhood of a person that dictates his interest in violence. This causes the debate of nature vs. nurture. Violence can be caused by influence of both. Violence is also caused by societal conflicts especially in the area of government. Citizens of a nation often do not have say in the policies of their government and may return to violence to show their anger. Violence is a powerful way to show strength and intimidate others. Most people commit violence because of their inability to understand why life isn t fair at all times. For them committing a violent crime proves to be their own sense of satisfaction that they have done something to change what bothers them. Other times, it is the helpless victim of cultural stereotypes and societal dispositions that commits violence merely by being manipulated. Big organizations such as mafia gangs commit violence for money and security. Thus, there isn t just one simple cause/reasons individuals or organizations commit violence. It is often a combination of multiple factors. 2. How can we reduce violent crime in America? In recent years, America has become prone to violence. Although, overall crime rate has declined, violent crime such as mass shootings and drug offences have increased. The first way we can reduce crime in America is to start with the ... My Desire to Work in Game Development As a child all I wanted to do was rule the world, I noticed early on in my childhood that all aspects of computer games development especially programming and games design could help me accomplish this. I have been playing computer games since before even the PlayStation 2 was released when my brother got a PlayStation from a another family member. For as much as I have enjoyed, experienced a wide range of platforms, games and retain my love for this form of entertainment. One of my favourite games of all time is Kingdom Hearts, on the PlayStation 2 and developed by Square (later Square Enix); it played brilliantly, was graphically superb and had a perfect soundtrack. My resolve of wanting to develop games in the future using the variety of platforms that would be available, in empowering new technology, I can see that computer games programme gives solid groundwork within computer science to determine ideal. It would give the necessary skills, knowledge to learn and evolve with and within growing industry. Most of time spent reading books similarly comic books/manga etc. such as e.g. Charlie Higson s The Fear, Darren Shan s The Saga of Darren Shan, Online game magazines, such as PCGamer, Gamasutra, where I keep up to date with the latest news in the games industry, reading game reviews, learn about different aspects of a career in game development and much more. • 5. George Randolph Hearst And Joseph Pulitzer In the 1890s, capitalism controlled much of the industry in New York City. William Randolph Hearst and Joseph Pulitzer were two executives that in their pursuit to gain money oppress the child work force, the Newsies who are runaways or orphan boys selling newspapers for an income. When the newspaper executives raise the price of papers they are testing the strength of capitalism in America to see if even the weakest will adhere to this environment. The economic decision to raise the price of papers fails when the Newsies strike with the support of the masses of New York until there is no way to for the paper to thrive unless it drops back to price. The 1992 movie Newsies critiques the laissez faire capitalism that demanding executives tried to use, but it endorses a populist ideology that glorifies organization, self defense, and noncompliance with powerful executives. The character arc of the main character Jack Kelly shows how populist leadership can arise even under Pulitzers firm oppression. Jack Kelly in the beginning of the story is proud and arrogant about his ability to lead the Newsies. He is showing his power in the beginning by fighting two of the boys working for Pulitzer. When the Newsies decide to strike, he is chosen as the leader and is forced by the masses to bring their demands before Pulitzer. Jack know the social structure of the world that he lives in and is fearful to confront such a powerful man. This hinders the pride of Jack and shows weakness in ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Measuring The Quality Of A Hip Prosthetic Implants For... 4.2 Sample size Size of the sample group is needed to be specified properly due to the goal is to make inferences about the population from the sample. The appropriate sample size can be resulted in terms of the reliability of the study, especially empirical study. Therefore, how many samples can satisfy the target? In addition, a smaller sample size leads to a higher error of the sampling when compared with a bigger size. Even if an increasing of sample size can diminish the error, after it goes beyond some point, an error cannot be decreased significantly (see figure 4.1). Furthermore, an optimal sample size can also save time and cost of study. • 9. Bioinformatics, Identifying an unknown strand of DNA.... Question One: Which type of BLAST search did you choose, and why? The BLAST search that was chosen for this particular sequence was the nucleotide blast, as DNA and RNA are chains of nucleotides. A, C, G and T are the nucleotides that are found in DNA. A, C, G and U are nucleotides that are found in RNA. Nucleotides are the building blocks of proteins. Proteins are chains of amino acids of which there are 20 or so, which are made up of nucleotides. This particular sequence was made up of the nucleotides; Thymine, Adenine, Guanine and Cytosine, therefore, it is a nucleotide sequence, rather than a protein sequence. Question Nine: How many amino acids are there in the entire protein that the unknown sequence codes part of? 401 Question Ten: State why the number of nucleotides that encode the protein is not exactly 3 times the number of amino acids that are translated. The number of nucleotides that encode the protein is not exactly 3 times the number of amino acids that are translated because the numbers in the groups of amino acids is uneven to the amount of nucleotides, meaning that the STOP codon, is translated before the end of the nucleotide sequence. Question Eleven: The protein in which the gene AF120116 encodes is named FtsZ, and is found in prokaryotes. It is structurally related to tubulin, and accumulates at the furrow between dividing cells, playing a crucial role in cell division [1]. The cellular concentration of FtsZ regulates the frequency of division and genetic studies have indicated that it is the target of several endogenous division inhibitors [2]. Only certain protists appear to have retained FtsZ, and the protein is absent from the mitochondria of fungi, animals, and higher plants. [3] Without Ftsz, it appears as though Cytokinesis wouldn t be possible within most bacteria. References [1] Beech PL, Nheu T, Schultz T, Herbert S, Lithgow T, Gilson PR, McFadden GI. • 11. Analysis Of The Book Fences Fences: Troy Maxson An apocalypse is defined as a deeper understanding of the world that results in a type of closure. Furthermore, a personal apocalypse would be described as an understanding of an event or situation that results in a closure, such as the end of a struggle or situation, or even death within time. Time is defined as the indefinite, uncontrolled, continued progress of existence and events over time past, present, and future. Throughout Fences, Troy Maxson endures many trials and tribulations, but the closure that comes from these events within his life results in his own personal apocalypse over time. In Act I, Scene I of Fences, the audience is introduced to Troy Maxson as he sitting on his raggedy porch talking to a friend. One can see that Troy has a control problem through some of the statements he makes and the actions that follow them. At one moment, his friend accuses him of eyeing another lady, and Troy reacts by saying, Hell, yeah, I bought her a drink! What that mean? I bought you one, too. What that mean cause I buy her a drink? I m just being polite (Wilson 966). I have always been told that the convicted are the ones that get mad. Here, Troy gets aggravated because he is being said to have something for another woman when he is married. To further this, his friend then states that he has seen Troy walking around the woman s house several times. Troy then goes berserk, saying, What you watching me for? • 12. Augustine s Confessions Paper When one reads the word confessions, one would not necessarily associate it with the word narrative. Confessions seem to be more of something stated directly without any story like element. They are also a more personal thing one does not simply put them in a story form unless purposely intending to do so, because usually it is something that expresses guilt for something personal or is between the author and their conscience (or perhaps to themselves). However, there can always be an exception, like Augustine s Confessions. It is written as a form of a narrative, even though the original the main audience for whom it was written is God, yet it is also intended to be read by anyone, almost as a didactic piece that sets an example ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... So one intention is that the narrative be for anyone to read and go off of as an example or guide to their own morality. This is also logical because if he were writing his confessions solely for God, he would have no need to publish it or share it with anyone else, and saying that it is not for God only further supports this intention. However, Augustine has another agenda his confessions are also meant to show his praise and love for God. He says this in the fifth book with: Accept the sacrifice of my confessions by the agency of my tongue, which Thou has formed and quickened, that it may confess to Thy name... But let my soul praise Thee, that it may love Thee; and let it confess Thine own mercies to Thee, that it may praise Thee. This is a clear declaration of his praise to God, and almost another underlying message of the text to the audience. So as he is writing about his life, he is trying also to set an example to the audience about how his choices were not always the best and use this as a guide to their own lives. And finally through his story, use his conversion and change as a way to praise God to show that even someone who strayed off the path was able to redeem themselves and how merciful and good God is to accept someone even as sinful as he was. To bring this all together, Augustine uses details and parallels between some biblical references to ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 13. Milleneration And Generation Z And The Post-Millennial... Millennials are defined to have been born somewhere between the mid to late 80s till the early to mid 90s, whereas Generation Z is characterized to have been born between 1995 till about now. Therein lies a large area for differences between the two generations. I was born on the tail end of 1999 meaning I was technically born in the Gen Z era, but I sometimes see myself relating to Millennials I see online or in mainstream media. I will discuss both generations and then decide where I most see myself. Generation Z, the Post Millennial generation take up a decent sized chunk of the US population. They are also referred to as the iGeneration or Gen Tech. You rarely hear of this generation as they are usually overshadowed by the previous gen (Millennials). But Gen Z ers are a group all their own. George Beall of the Huffington Post states that Gen Z processes information faster... Thus their attention spans might be significantly lower than Millennials but that despite being less focused as compared to Millennials Gen Z can quickly and efficiently shift between work and play, with multiple distractions going on in the background . I can personally see myself a little in this, I have a terribly short attention span but I can t really multitask. • 14. Feminist Reading of Thomas Gray s Elegy (Eulogy) Written... Feminist Reading of Thomas Gray s Elegy Written in a Country Churchyard While Thomas Gray s Elegy Written in a Country Churchyard overtly deals with the distinction between social class and the opportunity for greatness, the poem also contains a subtle yet strong message against the dominant role of men over women in society. Gray s tone throughout the poem is permeated with regret and a sense of something lost, voicing his opinions clearly against social class prejudice. This emotional tone, when applied to the stereotypical roles of differing sexes discussed throughout the poem, portrays the injustice of inequality between males and females. Gray begins with his argument by explaining the roles of women and men, both in ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Gray describes the upper class male as having the opportunity for greatness. Without the limitations of lower class men, these nobles can become another Hampden, Milton or Cromwell. In contrast, Gray briefly describes upper class women as only being able to use their beauty or wealth to advantage, perhaps in order to attract a good husband (line 34). A further distinction is drawn between men and women when Gray speaks about positions of authority and leadership. He expressed the the idea of men s superiority in line 47, (...that the rod of empire might have swayed) using the phallic symbol of the rod to associate leadership and dominance with men. Also, as Gray describes the positions of greatness denied to those of lower class, the examples he uses (Hampden, Milton, and Cromwell) are all male. In fact, all aesthetic relations of power and leadership in the poem are ascribed to men, further emulating their dominance in society. Gray refutes this social depiction of sexual inequality by attributing femininity to superior beings or qualities through the use of symbolism. In line 49, knowledge is symbolized as a woman, unwilling to impart herself to a man, insinuating that women are the embodiment of knowledge, a far cry from the situation he depicts of life. • 20. The Hypocrisy of Religion in Moby Dick Essay The Hypocrisy of Religion in Moby Dick Stubb decides to give Old Fleece a lecture on religion after waking him to complain about his overcooked whale steak. Not only does Stubb ask Fleece to preach to the sharks who are making a considerable din eating the dead whale chained to the ship, but he compares Fleece s inability to correctly cook a whale steak to Fleece s un Christian ways. This passage is an excellent example of the theme of the hypocrisy of religion in Moby Dick. Before Stubb calls on Fleece, Ishmael compares the actions of the shark to the actions of man. Fleece sullenly obeys, and tells the sharks to stop dad dam noise dare (___). The irony begins here when Stubb steps and tells Fleece that he s doing it all wrong, that you don t convert sinners by swearing. Stubb s classification of the sharks as sinners becomes hypocritical, for as Ishmael and Fleece remark, Stubb himself is a sinner. Fleece begins his sermon again, this time without the profanity. Another standard, which all revolutionary efforts were to be judged by, was from Mao?s ideas found in his little red book of quotations. The little red book was a collection of quotations taken from Mao?s past speeches and publications. The Red Guards? actions were a reflection of Mao?s policy of revamping passion, and destroying counter revolutionary symbols. ? They named and renamed street signs and buildings, and ransacked museums and destroyed old books and works of art. Many famous buildings like temples and shrines and heritages were destroyed. 4,922 out of a total 6,843 were destroyed.? ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 22. Essay about The Constitutionality of Prayer The question of the constitutionality of prayer in our public schools and public school system has been an ongoing controversy for the past three decades. There is only one way to end the controversy, and it is pertinent to the well being of our youth and our nation. We must keep church and state forever separate. Any form of prayer in the public school system is an explicit violation of the first amendment, is coercive, and harmful to not only our nations children, but to the nation itself. The question of prayer in school should never have even been a question, and the fact that it remains three decades later is nothing short of unfaithful to the constitution. One could even go so far as to call this issue unpatriotic, as we are ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Or, take it from Thomas Jefferson. As he put it, the First Amendment serves in part to build a wall of separation between church and state (Gaylor). Any way you put it it is clear to see that the First Amendment was created to keep church and state separate, and allowing prayer in our public schools is an obvious violation to the intentions of the creators of the Constitution. There is no possible way one could misinterpret the intentions of our forefathers when they wrote the Bill of Rights. The First Amendment forbids government funded religious activity. Public Schools are government funded, and prayer is a religious activity. Therefore, according to our constitution, prayer has no place in our public schools. This is not to say that a Christian child cannot pray to God, or a Muslim child cannot pray to Allah, they just cannot do so during the time spent at school or during school functions. This leaves the average elementary to high school student with a good 130 hours a week to do their worshiping, and this does not even include weekends (Education). If the amendment itself is not clear enough, maybe a little history is. No one can argue that our founders made America home in pursuit of religious freedom. This is fact. America was created when our founding fathers fled religious persecution from their own government. Since the beginning America has been a religious mosaic, blending Christians with Catholics and ... Both components are identified by comparing their experimental melting points to known literature values. Discussion. Extraction is the transfer of a solute from one phase to another. Solubility depends on polarity, and goes by the rule like dissolves like. Most organic molecules are more soluble in organic solvents than in water. If the organic solvent is immiscible with water, then when the organic solvent dissolves organic molecules this solution forms a layer separate from the water layer forming two layers: an organic layer, and an aqueous layer. When the two layers are mixed together, small amounts of components from each layer will dissolve in the other layer, establishing an equilibrium between the two layers. In order to extract solute from solvent A to solvent B, several extractions with small portions of the solvent B are more efficient than a single extraction with the total ... The funnel was shaken to draw out as much acid as possible, and the aqueous layer was withdrawn from the funnel. Aqueous sodium hydroxide was added a second time to pull out even more acid that may have remained in the organic layer, and was withdrawn as well. A hundred years ago language loss wasn t a concern, but now, it threatens the world. There is a great urgency for plurilingual people amongst the military, political, business, and international world, particularly in the U.S. If efforts are not taken to increase foreign language capabilities amongst the people of America, the future of cross cultural communication will be grim. Foreign language understanding is crucial in society, and so a greater effort should be taken to educate the students of America for the benefit of globalization. In the United States, foreign language study is in huge decline. In the past, the U.S. has attempted foreign language study. In fact, 100 years ago the United States foreign language study was roughly similar to Europe s foreign language study (King). But, after the United States entered World War I... almost half the U.S. states criminalized the teaching of German or other foreign languages in schools (King). This was because the United States was nervous that German speakers could transmit secret war information. Now, over the decades, foreign language study has plateaued, especially in the U.S. In fact, in some states, fewer than 10 percent of students are learning languages other than English, painting a grim picture of foreign language education in U.S. public schools (Mitchell). Judaism is a monotheistic religion. Judaism is 3,500 years old, is the oldest of the monotheistic religions. This song also talks about the constant paranoia he faces. Holden also has to deal with being paranoid as he is clearly insecure. • 31. The Secrets Of Toxic Secrets While essential secrets focus on creating boundaries and protecting others, toxic secrets tend to do almost the complete opposite. Toxic secrets are usually kept from those that have a right to know or should be informed of the secret. This, in turn, causes a lot of disruption and tension in certain relationships. There are several different reasons why people choose to keep toxic secrets from their family members, friends, coworkers, and others in the outside world. Most of the time people feel as though the benefits of keeping their toxic secret hidden from another will outweigh the costs of not doing so. The reason for this is that most toxic secrets include sensitive topics ranging from donor assistance and adoption to homosexuality. Before delving into the different topics that exist in the world of toxic secrets, it is important to understand the process that others go through when keeping a toxic secret and deciding whether or not they should share that secret. Imber Black (2009) explains that there are two types of people who keep toxic secrets. The first type includes those who are powerless and keep secrets from those that are in power. They do so in order to gain safety and power against those who already possess the power. The second type includes those that are in power and may use toxic secrets against those who are less fortunate or less powerful. The paper discusses decisions that had to be made based on financial dilemmas Elijah Heart Center is facing and how these dilemmas can be solved based on the decisions made in the simulation. Phase I: Bridge a Working Capital Shortage The first option, I chose was to reduce agency staff. These types of employees actually cost more money to employ because they are contracted with a different company, so it costs more money to have them work for the company than regular company employees. The Elijah Heart Center will find that not only will the organization save money by not hiring contract employees but they do not have the expertise, training and knowledge of company policies and procedures that regular employees have. These employees can concentrate of tasks that do not require much skill or training such as, feeding, bathing or comforting the patient.
