speed. In the same way, positive bias temperature instability occurs when an nMOS transistor is
under positive bias. Both effects degrade the speed of the transistor and in the long term, the

the conch is. The conch represents three important symbols throughout the novel. One of the
symbols that the conch represents is law. Law plays a big role in this novel. Another symbolthe

ABSTRACT: Nowadays every energy system depends on conventional energy sources but the
low availability and high initial cost usage of renewable energy is used to generate the
electricity but there are many renewable energy sources but in that wind energy is considered
and proved as one of the best reliable energy which is capable for generating electricity by lower
costs and this come under wind energy conversion and there are two types they are stand alone
wind energy and grid connected as wind flow by nature is irregular so storage systems are used
as backup for continuous flow of energy and the sustainability of 4 KW hybrid wind and battery
system is investigated to reach the requirements of 3KW stand alone dc load in a telecom station.
The charging and discharging of battery is controlled by ensuring a charge control of battery bank
based on turbine maximum power tracking and charging state of battery is developed. The pitch

considered lazy for choosing to stay at home and take care of their child instead of going back to

treated the same as women without children. In Confessions of a Stay at Home Mom, Ashley
Nelson argues that taking time off of work after a womanhas a childcan be bad, women with
children may earn less pay, and mothers are less likely to be promoted. I agree with Nelson that

Ashley Nelson s article, Confessions of a Stay at Home Mom, is about mothers and what they
should do about work when they have a child. Nelson argues that taking time off of work after a
woman has a child can cause her to not be offered the same jobs or benefits as a non mother or
male. Labor statistics show that while full time working women without children earn 7 percent
less than their male counterparts, women with children earn 23 percent less (Nelson 413). She
also states that mothers are less likely to be promoted than women without children. The sense is
that employers, consciously or not, demote mothers, assuming they cannot live up to the hours
and demands of the work place (Nelson 414). Nelson also argues that women should keep some
kind of a job after having children because they will be much more likely to get a new job or get
their old job back with more benefits, better hours, and better pay.
Nelson argues that taking a lot of time off of work after having a child can be bad. Nelson states
that even minor career breaks have dire economic consequences (413). This means that by
leaving a career, even for just a couple of years, can have bad consequences. I believe that Nelson

Sarah Ruhl s play, Eurydice, is a devastating story battling love, grief, life, and death. Although it
is set during the 1950 s, the play manages to encompass the ancient Greek myth of Eurydice and
Orpheus. The three most evident themes of this play are recurring death, fleeting happiness, and
the power of love. The main conflict in this play is ultimately about the painful choice that comes
with death; this is often caused by the King of the Underworld. One of the most impressive parts
of this play is the ability to change the way the play is perceived through design.
When I envision this play in my head and through my concept, I view the characters in the living
world to have bright normal costumes. For Example, I can see Eurydice in sundresses and Orpheus
in spring colored button up shirts and pants. This would represent the love and happiness they
have for each other. On the other hand, when I think about costumes in the underworld, I believe
they would need to be a little bit darker and quirky to represent the hard choices and confusion
that death has pushed upon them. I think Eurydice s father should be wearing a dark suit with a
crazy tie and no shoes. When both Eurydice and Orpheus arrive in the underworld their clothes
should become darker and more sullen. I perceive the Stones as being deceased people from
different eras that have completely forgotten who they were, and have been brainwashed by
being dipped in the river and by the King of the Underworld. To represent this, their outfits need
to look extremely dull and dirty; they should be everyday clothes from their different time
periods. All three of their costumes should be torn and drained of all color. The Lord of the
Underworld needs to have multiple different costumes. In the world of the living, he needs to be
the darkest dressed; he should wear a black suit and tie. In the underworld, I envision him wearing
more of a boyish outfit, such as shorts, suspenders, and crazy socks. When he becomes a man and
grows to a superhuman high in the end, I would have him wear tall stilts under long dress pants
and wear a suit top.

The people of this time also believe in fate and place their fate in the hands of the gods.
Gilgamesh lives in a way that is ordained by the gods: The destiny was fulfilled which the father
of the gods, Enlil of the mountain, had decreed for Gilgamesh (Sandars 118). The leader is not
overly revered and is seen as embodying the fate, security, and stability of the people and their
kingdom. When Gilgamesh dies, the people lament. Every aspect of life is ascribed to a god or
gods. The death of Gilgamesh is attributed to Ereshkigal, the Queen of Death, and to all the gods
of the dead (Sandars 119). The people see the world as a place of many dangers, ruled by
different gods who behave as rulers of their particular kingdom. Humbaba is such a ruler, and his
domain is the forest known as the Country of the Living, lying somewhere on the outer bounds of
earth and reality (Sandars 33). The people value the warlike strength of Gilgamesh because he can
protect them from these other gods, as well as from other rulers who might attack them. In ancient
Sumeria, the people came more and more to depend on any leader who could accomplish such a
feat and protect them from their neighbors, intruders from outside the area, and anyone who might
want to plunder their villages. The tendency was thus toward greater centralization and increased
power in the hands of whichever
