Mr. Spencer, who lived with his sister, connected to the Internet through an account registered in his
sister s name. He used LimeWire, a free peer to peer file sharing program, on his computer to
download child pornography from the Internet. Det. Sgt. Darren Parisien of the Saskatoon Police
Service, using publicly accessible software, searched for anyone sharing child pornography. He
could access whatever another user of the software had in his or her shared folder. He could also
obtain two numbers related to a given user: the IP address that matches to the specific Internet
connection through which a computer accesses the Internet and the globally unique identifier
(GUID) number assigned to each computer using particular software. The IP address of the
computer is displayed as part of the file sharing process. Det. Sgt. Parisien created a list of IP
addresses for computers that had shared what he believed to be child pornography. He then ran

On April 17th, 2009, the much awaited documentary, Beer Wars Documentary, was shown in many
cinemas across the United States. It s a documentary that discusses the grassroots efforts of the
craft beer industry having been filmed similar to a Michael Moore style documentary. It is a self
styled documentary by filmmaker Anat Baron portraying the beer industry in America from the
vantage of small artisanal brewers and specialty beer producers. During the 30 days preceding the
release, there was a flurry of social media activity that created a buzz about the documentary
creating its publicity. In the buzz, the brand promise of Beer Wars Documentary asserted that it
would take its viewers inside the boardrooms and backrooms of America s beer industry

Introduction Brief Overview One of the most important facets for a successful business in the
twenty first century is how it communicates with their customers, partners, suppliers and

William Bradford created a detailed picture in our minds of the hardships the Pilgrims endured,
especially during their adventures on the Mayflower and Speedwell to find new land in hopes of
escaping England s control. Between furious seas, disease stricken passengers, and a cracked
beam on the Mayflower, the hope Pilgrims once had, was almost lost. Only the writings of William
Bradford could allow us to see what grueling torment our ancestors had to overcome.
Some of the many hardships that the sailors and passengers endured included furious storms,
