data coursework I will be investigating the heights and weights of students of years
7 to 11 in High School. Although this is a fictitious school the data is based on a
real school. I will look for a trend in the heights and weights of the students to see if
the taller they are, the more they weigh. This is my hypothesis. My Null hypothesis
is that there is no correlation between height and weight, and my Alternative
hypothesis is that there is strong, positive correlation between them. I will then
investigate the heights of boys in years 7 and compare them to the girls, and then do

I was always told about how certain races were treated but to actually experience it

Flashback to 2001. In the basement of a yellow brick house in the suburbs of
Pittsburgh, an aged, beloved VHS of Riverdance is nudged into a player. A four
year old girl is sitting on the edge of her seat awaiting the first drum beat signifying
the beginning of the performance. A performance that she has watched probably a
hundred times with her father, but every time they play it, she bounces around

Annually around St. Patrick s Day, we do performances at a myriad of different
nursing homes and assisted living centers around the Pittsburgh area. Sometimes,
our audience is not all that attentive to our performance. They tend to take the
opportunity to take an afternoon nap instead. One time, there was a frail, old lady
in a wheelchair in the front row who looked sad and lonely when she was wheeled
