Twisted Hero Essay Terrorism, one of the most twisted causes in the world, is seen as heroic to a
some people. And when considering cultural ways of viewing heros, we generally put them on the
highest pedestals for what they do. They are seen as admirable and an image people strive to be.
But, a twisted herois not some who is put on that pedestal. They are not admired and look upon as

The Hobbit Reflection
The novel I read this semester was The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien which was first published on
September 21, 1937. I had a positive feeling when reading the book because even though the
book has many bad events the characters have to overcome many difficult situations such as
almost being eaten by trolls and being cornered by wargs. Although the book started off slow
and it took a bit of time to adapt to the style of writing the content was full of suspense and
outcomes that I did not expect. This made the book fun to read and by far the best book I have

how events and adventures impact him. The Hobbitis set in middle earth, years 2941 to 2942 of the

daily or weekly basis. Therefore, the best approach to provide insights and locate certain
pertinent bits of data is to use a dashboard. The dashboard serves to show all of the key metrics
you would like to track and their changes since the last review all in one place. Dashboards
should be simple and easy to read in seconds. Dashboards that display the best metrics and key

However, dashboards can often be created ineffectively for a number of reasons. There are no
hard and fast rules when it comes to creating the dashboard as the metrics to track vary by

The first guideline is to always to use benchmarks to compare against your reported numbers. A
number without context is just a number. It doesn t provide the analyst with any insight because

can be used to provide context to these numbers, whether created to demonstrate the number against
