Graduate students have already developed a certain level of proficiency in learning new materials
and solving problems independently.
I believe the best approach for advanced graduate courses is to guide the students through a broad
range of topics so that they can perform in depth reading of the materials outside the class.
Following this philosophy, instead of presenting traditional lectures,
I gave reading assignment for each chapter of the main textbook, and designated one student to
give a lecture to the class every time. Toward the end of each lecture,
I added important points that were either not covered or not explained very clearly.
In this way, everyone in the class was actively engaged in reading course materials and participating
in discussions. Besides, I regularly organized reading session of original scientific papers to
stimulate thinkings and intriguing discussions.

Madison fulfilled the Anti Federalists wishes by adding a list of rights to the constitution in order

Monotheistic religions such as the Bible for the Christians and the Torah for the Jews, but in
retrospect, the Quran delves into other matters beyond just religion. Dr. Salem Abdel Galil,

just a book of worship, but it serves as a guide for life. In other words, the Quran is not just a

A Controversial Painter of Post-Renaissance, Michelangelo...
Michelangelo Merisi de Caravaggio (1571 1610) is heralded as the last, and the most controversial
painter of the Italian post Renaissance. In an age when the papacy itself was self indulgent, corrupt
and immoral, Caravaggio s sexual ambivalence, his propensity for violence and his scorn for the
law made him the enfant terrible of the Italian aristocracy. Qualities that only succeeded in
furthering Caravaggios notoriety and success.
Caravaggios endeavors into art began In 1584 when he was apprenticed for four years in Milan to
the Lombard painter Simone Peterzano (1540 1596), who claimed to have studied under Titian.
Peterzano s speciality was doing frigid and cluttered pastiches of Michelangelo Caravaggio

such as thirst, and starvation. Jews were also physically and mentally abused in the cases of
separation, and violent acts. On page 65 of Night, Eliezer is physically abused when he is
whipped, Then I was aware of nothing but the strokes of the whip, he took his time between
each stroke. The beating of Eliezer gives a clear understanding that Jewish prisoners, or
prisoners in general, were mistreated, and the brutality of these camps, which violated the
Human Rights. In addition, on page 83, Eliezer speaks of the harshest days of his experiences

The case study that will be discussed will be Henry and Oni. Henry is a 38 year old born a French
Canadian but primary raised in the United States. Oni is a 48 year old was born and raised in the
United States but part Nigeria and African American. This is the first marriage of Henry but second
for Oni. No first marriageonly last two years because of her ex husband cheating. The couple is
madly in love with each other but worry about the recent fighting and sexual tension. Oni does not

My first work is the American film, The Wizard of Oz, directed by Viktor Fleming. The film was
released in 1939 and is also a musical. The screenplay was written by Noel Langley, Florence
Ryerson, and Edgar Allan Woolf. The music was written and composed by Herbert Rosson. The
film is based on the book, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, written by L. Frank Baum. It is set at the
turn of the 20th century in Kansas and then in the Land of Oz. My second work is the book, The
Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, written by the English writer, C.S. Lewis and published in
1950. It is the Scholastic edition from 1995. The book is set during World War Two in the English
country side and then then magical world of Narnia where time is different and therefore cannot be
compared to any time period of the real world.
