I believe that this desire for a car was important for me to gain more freedom from being home. Well
sure enough the time came where I had enough money to fulfill my desires. And here is where my

and the public that they are meant to serve and protect. Police misconduct often goes uncorrected
because people are not aware or understand their rights as citizens. Informed citizens can prevent
