Abstract Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) is the collection of physical measurements in a
geographical area. It tracks the spatial average of the sensor measurements in a region. Since it is
highly vulnerable to sensor faults and measurement noise the average operation is not robust. In
this paper the proposed computational efficient method is used to compute a weight average of
sensor measurement. It takes consideration of sensor faults and sensor noise. WSN uses random
projections of sensor to compress data and send the compressed data to the data fusion center. The
computation efficient method uses the data fusion center for direct work with the compressed data
stream. The fusion center performed decompression at the time of computed weighted average.
Thus, it reduces the computational requirements. Hence the proposed method gives better accuracy
and more efficient for the WSN.

My Position As A Project Assistant
The focus of my position as a project assistant is document management. The document
management issue I plan to address relates to other project assistants and the remote site monitor
for my newest study. This study is a follow up study to a project that is already in place. All
documents in our studies must go through a review process, and this process involves all members
of the team. As a project assistant my department is responsible for the tracking, filing, and retrieval
of trial and onboarding documents. At the end of the project our documentation is audited, and any
issues that arise can impact the approval of the trialdrug.
The main issue that is occurring is our document turnaround time and accuracy has been struggling
due to employee turnover. This can create problems when auditors reference our system to see if
the approved documents were completed in a timely manner, and in some cases is a violation of
our standards to have documents go without updates. For example a medical license must be
verified and on file before its expiration date. Our document training varies by trial; for this specific
trial we are working off a simple document tracking guide, and our own notes from management.
My main goal is to improve and create a better set of tools to assist in our document management.

Introduction Over the years, many models have been developed and implemented to endeavor to
make disciples. Some of the models have been effective and others have not. Among some of the
most biblical and efficient models are the ones that involve small groups. Within the small groups
models, they can be broken down into further detail, such as pastoral involvement, the church s
goal, missions mindedness, etc. In this paper, I will explain my philosophy of small groups in a
church and the importance of the relational group in authentic disciple making. I will also explain
how missional groups can help the body of Christ move out into the community. Finally, I will
summarize my status in regards to living in community with other believers and being missional
with that community. My Philosophy of Small Groups My personal philosophy of small groups is
scriptural based. Acts 2:46 says, And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and
breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart. As the
original church began, it is obvious from Acts chapter two and particularly from verse 46 that the
church met in unity in large groups. They actually used a two fold approach of meeting in large
group meetings and then in the homes for more intimate small group gatherings. Acts 2:46 clearly

In this stage, I have watched an introductory video about computer science and what a computer
scientist does in general. According to this video, computer science is a certain way to impact the
world. This course will provide more information about computer science and why it is important to

Here, I learned the basics about coding through different games. In the first one, I helped an
angry bird move through a maze in order to get to the evil pig. In order to write a program, I
needed to drag and drop blocks correctly. Also, by using the repeat block in the game I learned
how loops are valuable and how computer repeat commands can be useful so people do not waste
their time. Next, I had to use repeat until block to set determined goals such as until the angry bird
gets the pig. Another game was about a zombie that I needed to feed, where I also used repeat until
command to achieve the goal. Besides, I learnt about fundamental concept in programming if
statement. By using if commands the computer program makes a decision. Then, I learn about if
/else block command, which made a decision what zombie should do choosing between the two

Psychodynamic (Psychoanalytical) theory was developed by Sigmund Freud in the late 1800 s
and has gained increasing popularity in the history of criminality (Siegel, 2005). Freud believed
that every individual carries [the] residue of the most significant emotional attachments of our
childhood, which then guides our future interpersonal relationships (Siegel). Freud theorized
that the personality is a three part structure made up of the id, ego, and super ego. These three
components work together in creating a behavior. The id creates the demands, the ego put the
demands created by id into a larger context using reality, and finally the superego suppresses the
id and attempts to make the ego behave morally, rather than realistically. Psychodynamic theory

Throughout the twentieth century, American women fought for the right to vote, the right to
make choices regarding their own bodies, and the right to be their own people. The disparities
between men and women were often overlooked or blindly accepted, but as Gloria Steinem said,
history is herstory too. After nearly 200 years of struggling, women made up only 10% of
Congress, received wages less than 75% of their male counter parts, and are stigmatized based on

The English word for being devoted to your country is patriotic, which literally translates from
Latin to loyal to a country ruled by men. In America during the 20th century patriotic was still the
accurate word, as men overwhelmingly ruled the United States. Because of this fact, women in
the 20th century did not reach political equality with men. In terms of sexuality, women in the
20th century were not considered equal to men because they were overwhelmingly abashed and
judged due to the personal decisions they made regarding sex. While men s sexual conquests
were disregarded or even praised, women were often shamed or called derogatory names for
choosing to have sex. That the same decisions made by two different genders could have such
opposite results proves that there wasn t sexual equality in America in the 20th century. Sexual
assault is another place where 14.78% of women in America are victims of rape at some point in
their lifetimes as of 2000. Yet the 60% of rape cases are never reported, and the vast majority of
rapists investigated are never charged. That such a horrendous crime can affect so many women
and yet have such a small penalty is appalling and a testimony to the sexual inequality of women.
