generator (TPG) for scan based built in self test (BIST) that can reduce switching
activity in circuits under test (CUTs) during BIST. BIST is a device, here part of
the functional device is self dedicated to self testing the correctness of the device.
In general BIST is comprised of two TPGs: LT RTPG (Low Transition Random
Test Pattern Generator) and 3 Weight WRBIST(Weighted Random Built In Self
Test) Minimization of hardware overhead is a major concern of BIST
implementation. In test per scan BIST, a new test pattern is applied to the inputs of
the CUT every m + 1clock cycles, where m is the number of scan elements in the
longest scan chain. By using two proposed TPG increasing fault coverage is achieved
through the reduction of switching activity, thereby dissipation of power is minimized.

Michael Innis Jimenez s Steel Barrio examines the way Mexicans and Mexican
Americans lived in south Chicago during the 1920 s and onward. The book
provides a general idea on the lifestyle of people coming from Mexican descent;
from the struggle they tried to overcome, to the ideas they developed. It seems like
survival was a key part of the Mexican life during that time, especially being
surrounded by their white counterparts and hate. The appropriate word for their
survival in Chapter 6 of the book is resistance. After reading the chapter on
Resistance, it dawned upon myself that most Mexicans living in America were
prideful of where they came from even though Mexico was in poor economic shape

The constitution, being written by men, only originally concerned the freedom of
men. Since women were brought into the mix for increasing equality, they are legally
allowed the same rights as any other citizen. One issue concerning the rights of
women is the argument of abortion laws. It is debated about whether it is an ethical
and morally just procedure and whether it violates the fetus s rights or a woman s
freedom of her own body. Most people either agree that women should be allowed
to decide on an abortion over pregnancy and some oppose abortions completely.
Before 1973, abortion was widely illegal. Since then, several cases have challenged
women s rights to abortions, and changed the laws for all states. Today, abortion is
legal in all states, because of the Supreme Court Case known as Roe v. Wade(1973).

Although no state now has the power to go against this, they can make it harder to
