Abstract Pressure ulcer prevention is a major task of direct care personnel in
hospitals around the world. Even with evidenced based polices currently in place
at many facilities, patients still continue to develop pressure ulcers. Patients with
pressure ulcers require the care of a multi disciplinary team, ranging from nursing
assistants to nutritionists to wound care physicians. Pressure ulcers are expensive
to treat, can lead to infections and other illnesses, and sometimes cost patients their
lives. A literature search was conducted of five articles related to pressure ulcer
prevention in order to find a solution to implement on a medical surgical unit at a
local hospital. The proposed change was selected using Lewin s Change Theory.
The proposed solution was to train nursing assistants in assisting registered nurses
(RNs) with monitoring patients skin and providing care to prevent the
development of pressure ulcers. The pros and cons of this solution, required
resources, costs of implementation, education required, and evaluation of the

models we have shown the steps that customers get the items and then queue to get it
billed and then exit when billing is done. Other is lookers customer, who does not

instill or support a sense of awe and mystery towards the cosmos. The mystical

The symbolism for Metaphysical function for the King Arthur legend can be broken
down by one visualizing it as the body as a whole. For instance, the head of the myth
stands for the country of England. The country holds logic and reason of the Legend
of Arthur to the throne of Britain. The hands are meant to represent Rome, which
represents the religion of the time. The torso or breasts are the learning aspects of

In this week, it was challenging too. I was very stressed because I was waiting for
Mr. Alex to give me a new assignment to do since in most times I do the assignment
outside the office. The reason is that the office is so small and there is no place for

me the assignments and help me understand. I was very stressed and worried about

very hard and challenging because it was my first time doing a research paper and
writing ten pages essay. I was very worried to the point that I was crying. It always
