Cunningham. This is a great piece that looks at how women s emotions are still heavily
influenced by society, whether its suppressing certain emotions or exaggerating false ones. While
this article was written over a decade ago, I feel like the points brought up and the overall message
are still very relevant in todays culture and society.
The author, Amy Cunningham, is a freelance author and editor based out of New York. She

brought upon the sinners. They encounter Minos, the beast judge who blocks the way into the
second circle. He examines each soul as they pass through and determines which circle of hell they

The play The Tempest is a rather difficult play to follow in its written format. You have to
carefully keep track of who is talking to have a good understanding of what is occurring in the
play itself. Just like with movies it is easier to understand a play that is being portrayed by actors
on stage because you have the ability to view who is speaking with visual cues. Comparing the
written second scene in Act One of The Tempestwritten by William Shakespeare and the movie
from 2010 which was directed by Julie Taymor there are some differences like lines being
removed, lines being shifted, and overall easiness to follow.
During Act One, Scene Two of the play we start out by noticing that one of the main characters,
Prospero, has had a gender swap, which changes the name to Propsera throughout the play.
Starting out that is the only major difference that you can see, however the first line difference
that has been skipped occurs when Miranda says, Wherefore did they not that hour destroy us ,
which was completely skipped in the movie adaptation (Shakespeare, 12). In some instances, the

For my controlled assessment the business that I m going to focus on is Jaguar Land Rover. I
will be analysing how they motivate their employees based at their local production plant which is
in castle Bromwich, Birmingham as this is also local to where I live. The ownership type for this
business is a public limited company; which is run by Tata Motors. Jaguar Land Rovers headquarter
is located in Whitley, Coventry. They employee 19,000 employees directly. Jaguar Land Rovers

This will cause staff to start their work early as they are then already at work. A consequence of this
is increasing their employee s attendance and punctuality therefore productivity increases.
Another advantage of offering free food to Jaguar Land Rover staff is that they are encouraged to
do overtime. This is because their dinner would already be paid for. This can cause employees to
do extra work and increase sales. Resulting in the business to gain more profit.
However, offering employees free food can be a weakness in some aspects. For example, jaguar can
