During World War II there were many different medicines/drugs to help revitalize
wounded soldiers. During the war time many medicines were still being discovered to
help fight infections, pain, blood loss and more. There are four different medicines
/drugs that were the top most important ones; Prontosil, Atabrine, Plasma, and

Even though the Salem witch trials were made to seem formal, they were actually
subjective and not based on fact. Since there were multiple people being accused
of witchcraft, the trials were short and quick to sentence. The witch trials lasted
less than a year. The first arrests were made on March 1, 1692, and the final
hanging day was September 22, 1692. The Court of Oyer and Terminer was
dissolved in October of 1692. The Salem Witch Trials occurred in the spring of
1692, when a group of young girls in Salem Village, Massachusetts seemed to be
possessed by the devil. The public insisted that several local women were guilty of
witchcraft. A wave of frenzy traveled throughout the colonial part of Massachusetts,
causing a special court to convene to hear the cases of those accused of witchcraft.
Thereafter over 150 men, women, and children were accused over the several
months of the trials. In addition, one man was crushed to death; seven others died in
