The objective of this reflection is to explore and reflect upon a situation from a
clinical placement on an orthopedic unit. The incident showed that I did not
provide safe, timely and competent care for my patient when the oxygen
saturation was low. Furthermore, this reflection will include a description of the

When most people think of college, some of the first words that come to mind are
majors, boards, and diploma. The problem with this is that all of those words are

and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards

to do in the future. Some countries have to earn their high school diplomas by passing
numerous tests. There some countries in the world that have to take an examination
before they enter into high school. If they enter in a good high school, it can also
lead them to have a better life for themselves. Teenagers never understand what it
would be like to live in a place that education that students had to study repeatedly
during the holidays or vacations. Some Americans do not value how can you get an
education for freedom and students are not being discriminated by their race, religion
or gender. The difference of the school calendar, mandatory classes that student have
to take, competitive entrance exams that help the students and the grading system
defines the difference of North Carolina High School and high school in Iran.
Every country in the world has a different Academic calendar. Iranian schools operate
from Saturday to Thursday and have 200 days of school. In Ashe County, there is
one hundred eighty days of school that operated from Monday to Friday. Ashe County

Each of the jobs requires a great amount of hard work, dedication, and varying
skills and abilities depending on the tasks they are performing. Each of the different
jobs conducted within our charitable organization include task identity, each worker
must complete their specific portion of work from beginning to end, to then pass it
on to the next employee so in the end they are all able to see a tangible result. Each
of the jobs within our charitable ogranization include the first three core job
characteristics, having skill variety, task identity, as well as a high level of task
significance.
The five employees working at our charitable agency have the ability to affect the
lives of many families, and even the ability to change people s lives and get them the
help that they need. Our agency has the ability to affect the lives of other people in a
positive way, which leads to intrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation occurs when
the employees have positive internal feelings that are generated by doing well, rather
than being dependent on external factors like incentive pay or compliments from the
boss, leading to motivation to work effectively.
